Andrea Jones walks through Question 7 of the Executagility Assessment: whether it's clear who's on each project team. Most organizations answer "sometimes," meaning people think they're helping but nobody explicitly told them they're assigned. That ambiguity kills execution.
It is clear who participates on the project team for each prioritized project. So the project team participants are the people who do the day to day tasks required to complete the project. Interestingly, this one is not as clear as you might think. People think they might be on some projects and they're happy to help if they're asked, but they're not 100% sure. Nobody's ever really told them. So I see mostly neutral sometimes on this one.
