Are you participating on the day to day project team for any projects right now? This means you're doing tactical work for the project. You're not only the sponsor, you're doing day to day work. If you say yes, you'll hit the next two questions and we'll go through those 1. Note for people who are on leadership teams, CEO, COO, VP of Finance, VP of anything. If you're on the leadership team and you ought to be spending your time looking forward with big accounts, with future risk mitigation, with planning and things like that, if you are participating on the day to day project team, that could be a problem. I'm going to say yes for the sake of this.
