Hi, I'm Andrea Jones, and today we are going to wrap up our ERP Implementation series. By now, I'm hopeful you recognize that this is a large undertaking. Some call it a digital transformation or a transformation in general. And an ERP system, which is your company's system, everybody logs into to place orders with customers to fulfill those orders, to plan and ship those product creation or shipping or scheduling or wherever you're going to do service. I mean, everybody is logging into this system that's doing work for your customers, really on a daily basis. So it's a pretty big deal. And you probably have heard it's fairly notorious for lots of pain. And I really hope that this series has helped you understand the main steps that are required to go through it and to maintain expectations across the board that are clear. So if nothing else, it's at least straightforward and low stress, even if it is a lot of work, which of course it is. All right, so big deal. And I want to emphasize that, and I say this all the time to CEOs and other leaders, ambiguity is the enemy of execution. You want to execute this ERP implementation. You want it to be done well, as effectively and efficiently as possible. You don't want it to drag on forever. You have to be very clear. If you are ambiguous, that's when people don't know what they're doing, don't know what their roles are, don't know what's expected of them, don't have time, can't prioritize because they don't know what to prioritize and what to do. So you need to keep it on the rails. It's very critical to having a successful journey and experience. If you are not sure, not sure if your company can do this on your own. I do have a suggestion, and it is currently free. We at AJC have created what I'm calling an Execute Agility assessment. Execute Agility is your organization's ability to execute your most important projects consistently over time. And what could be more important than an ERP implementation? Right, so if you go to execute agility.com and that's one word, it's like the word Execute ability, but with a G. Execute Agility. Yes, I made it up. That's because you can't trademark a real word. Okay, I'll put the link also in the notes. Go to execute agility.com there's a link for an assessment. You take that, you send it to your team, and you'll get scores on four areas that we always see people fail when they are not prepared when there is ambiguity and they're trying to execute at the same time. Those are alignments available time competence, the technical know how to do the work and structure which is the project management process you are using. If you are doing well in those four areas, I can tell you right now you will be great and you can execute this project without any additional help internally. If you are not doing green when you see the dashboard, you'll know what I mean on all four of those areas, which is a green full school, please. We certainly can help. There's tips in the results dashboard to help you figure out what to do for yourselves as well. Okay, so it's a big deal to do an erp. If you are ambiguous, that's the enemy of execution. And to find out if you can do it on your own, go to execute agility.com and click on Assessment. Take it for free. Send it to your team. When everybody you anticipate working on this project has taken it, you will know if you can execute this ERP implementation Well, good luck. Thanks so much for watching.
