At AJC, we believe that work changes with life's seasons. I started AJC in 2006. I had just finished graduate school, and I had been working full-time plus prior to going to business school. I knew I wanted to start a family. I was newly married, and I realized that when I had children, I didn't want to be working evenings and weekends and all of that time. Wanted a little bit more time for flexibility. 2006, this wasn't the age we're in today, and I decided to start consulting on my own. As the business has grown and expanded, I realized there are so many people out there who have such great education and wonderful experience and so much to offer in the way of meaningful paid work to this world. It's just that some people can't or aren't willing to currently do it full-time. That's what we mean by work changes with life seasons. It doesn't mean that we can't offer something in part-time hours. Our team is intrinsically motivated to deliver results and provide value and connection with our clients, even when we're not pushing the billable hour. So through AJC, our team continues to offer their valuable services to the world. I hope that you'll consider working with us.
