She notes that 19 questions feed an anonymous results dashboard, multiple team members can take it with aggregated responses, and respondents may choose 'disagree' or guess if unsure; a follow-up video will begin the assessment walk-through.

Hi, let's get started with the Executagility assessment. As you can see, this assessment helps you figure out how effectively your organization will execute your most important projects to grow or improve. There are 23 questions. 19 of them are used in the results dashboard, which is anonymous. Multiple people on the same team will take this and you can be very transparent because the answers are aggregated. If you don't know an answer, hit disagree or you can guess and in the next video we'll get started.
