Welcome to the Dashboard. Here are the results of the survey. I just took a few things to note here. First, you can see there's only one response and there's a couple of red.
Areas, a yellow and a green.
So right now we already know. I think that some areas are not going great. Structure and available time. Alignment is okay and I believe competence is good. If I want to understand exactly how.
I answered these questions, I can click on these different links below.
One thing I recommend is sending this link to your entire team.
It opens an email in your browser with language you can use and a link to this dashboard's result. So all your team goes straight into your dashboard and no one else's.
At the bottom it tells me what I can do to improve.
Let's look specifically at alignment.
That one is yellow. It's not terrible, but we could probably be better. And this is the one most likely.
To go down when others take it because there are a lot of questions and they are all very specific and people get confused. The good news is it's very easy to improve this one as well. In general, this is an easy one to get.
Available time is red for everyone almost always.
It's so easy to pile on more projects than you have time to do.
When you understand that the team feels good about their time, you can reduce.
The number of projects, shuffle things around until this one gets to the green state.
Competence is almost always pretty good. It's not that people don't know how to do what they need to do.
It's mostly they don't have the time to do it.
Structure is really the hard one for.
Companies who don't have a project management office or really a whole team who's dedicated to organizing projects, getting them kicked off, measuring them, keeping them transparent, and making sure they hit the expectations every quarter. That is what the Execute Agility model does. You can have many people trained in the way that we run projects.
Easy way to contact us.
Just click on Execute Agility up here and it will take you right to our website and you can book a meeting from there. Thank you so much for watching this video series. I hope that you take this assessment and send it to your entire team.
