Why can't MY Score Alone count for my team's score?

Andrea Jones explains why one person's score can't represent their whole team. She uses a vacation-planning analogy to show how different people naturally give different answers, and recommends getting responses from everyone on the team so the platform can track alignment over time.

Hi, I'm Andrea Jones.
By now you are on board.
You want to know your team's executagility score. You want to know how well they're going to execute your growth plans. You've taken the assessment. So what is holding you back from sending it to the whole team?
Is it because you're worried about the.
Amount of time and effort it takes.
To get them to follow up? Is it worried that they're not going to be honest?
Or is it because you think your answer is sufficient?
Shouldn't have to get the rest of their responses to address the third one.
How often have you gone on, say, a family vacation or even a vacation with one other friend or a couple of friends? And if you were to ask each.
Person who was going on vacation to plan the vacation independently of each other, how likely is it that you would come up with the same itinerary the first time out of the gate? All right. If you've ever had that experience, you know that even down to choosing what restaurant to go to, people have differences of opinions. So it is unlikely that your team thinks the exact same thing as you do. You have taken this assessment. Every time you send it to multiple people in the same team, it always is different than the original person who took it. And the overall score always goes down a little bit. Every company wants to measure what matters.
Getting your execution of your growth plans.
Should matter if you can align yourselves, take the assessment, talk about your differences, change a little bit, take it again. You will see that score go up even as a full team. Kind of like planning that vacation and you talk about what you really want to do. Maybe you make trade offs on which restaurant to go to each night, something like that. If you're worried about the amount of effort that it will take, we will.
Follow up for you. Our assessment is going on to a dashboard.
We'll make it easy for you to send the link to everybody to let us know their email addresses and we will follow up so you don't even have to worry about that.
And if you're worried that their scores.
Are going to be different than yours.
Well, I can't really help you because that's the whole point. You need to know your blind spots and where they're different. If you're worried their scores are going.
To be different than yours, don't send it to them. But also, well, you probably know what might happen if everybody is on a different page than you. So my recommendation is send that assessment to everyone. We will help you with the follow up. And we'll make it easy for you to figure out where the differences are and increase that score consistently over time.
Thanks so much.
