This is a YouTube video titled "Automate Your PowerPoint Presentations with Sidekick AI" containing a monologue or single-speaker explanation recorded in July 2024. The speaker discusses the origin of the product Sidekick, initially called Flightkick, describing their background as an IT evangelist and the motivation to automate slide deck creation using GPT-3 technology. The content focuses on the development and purpose of the AI tool for presentation automation.

Well, originally Sidekick was called Flightkick. It was a totally different product. Originally it was an AI flight deck builder. And I feel this because I used to work as an IT evangelist. So I used to travel a lot and talk about things like AI blockchain, chatbots, IoT and stuff like that, and make presentations about different topics all related with it. And basically half my work time was making slide decks, another half was presenting them. I was with PowerPoint on my laptop all the time and, well, it was a very tedious process. And when GPT3 was launched, I thought, well, maybe now is a good time to try and automate this.
