A walkthrough of how to filter startups on Acquire.com by revenue multiples, growth rates, and business type. The platform lets you narrow results to match what you're looking for, and their expert team can help if you get stuck.
In this video I'm going over how to set up your search criteria to really match what you're looking to acquire. So I'm looking for a low revenue revenue multiple. You can also search by gross revenue, ttm, net profit, the country that you're looking to acquire a startup in, annual recurring revenue growth rate, startup age and number of customers, all these different items. And then once you hit that, you'll be shown just startups that meet your exact criteria based on what you just inputted. And every week we are, every day we're publishing this one's under offer from another buyer. So we have different sort of labels that help you navigate the marketplace and just get a high level view of again the business is held. How are they tracking? This one looks pretty good. 1.1 million growing at 39%. And from there I can go back to my listings, click all listings and then start viewing other startups. And if I want to narrow it down by say type, maybe only Shopify apps and E commerce, I can click that and that'll make it so you only see those types of businesses or if you want just one specific type of business, just SaaS, you'll just see SaaS. So I hope this video was helpful and if you have any questions as well. In terms of how do I search the marketplace, we have an expert team that's available to help, so feel free to reach out with any questions.
