Someone built an app quickly without marketing it, sold it as an MVP by listing what could be improved, and proved you can actually sell an unscaled product that way.

I created the app, but I didn't market it much to get users. So when I sold company, I didn't have any users or user base, paying users. So the idea was it's like an MVP that I also put into description in which areas it could be improved so that the person who acquires it knows what to work on. And I sold it like an MVP. That was the idea. And my idea was to try to create something fast and also try to sell it and see if that works. And it worked. Yeah. It's a good start for me.
