This is a YouTube video titled "How Andrew Gazdecki, Founder & CEO of Acquire.com grew his presence on social media" containing a monologue by Andrew Gazdecki from November 14, 2024. In the video, Andrew shares insights about his approach to posting startup tips on social media, emphasizing authenticity and the impact of his content on startup founders and entrepreneurs, which also benefits his business as a key customer acquisition channel.
For context. For people that may not know me, I just post simple startup tips on LinkedIn and Twitter like once a day. Sometimes they're right, most of the time they're wrong. But they're usually like reminders for myself or things I'm going through or things that I'm dealing with in my business. There was no, like, initial plan, like, I want to be an influencer, I want to have a big social following or something like that. It was just I like sharing these tips. Hopefully they're helpful to one person. And that's probably my favorite thing is when I get a comment that says something like, I really needed this today, or I completely agree they for sharing this. You know, you kind of like really reach someone wherever they're at in their journey, building a company. But in terms of, you know, the business benefits, it's definitely undeniable in terms of, you know, we sell to specifically startup founders, entrepreneurs, and so that content resonates with startup founders and entrepreneurs. So it definitely helps with the business. And I'd say it's probably one of our, our top customer acquisition channels. Definitely.
