How MicroAcquire Works in 2 Minutes

This is a YouTube video titled "How MicroAcquire Works in 2 Minutes" created on November 15, 2021. The content features Andrew Gazzecki, founder of MicroAcquire, explaining the buyer and seller experiences on the MicroAcquire platform, including how to list a startup, submit financial details, and interact with buyers or sellers to facilitate startup acquisitions.
How's it going? My name is Andrew Gazzecki and I am the founder of Microquire and I'm going to be going over how the buyer experience works and also the seller experience on microquire and show you how you can either acquire a startup or sell your startup without the typical headaches that you see in the marketplace. Today I'm going to start with signing up as a startup to get my startup listed on microquire and begin meeting buyers. Now the first thing you're going to want to do is complete your listing. Given this is a life changing acquisition, I highly recommend checking out finding an advisor, which you can do here. Once we have just basic information of your business, the next step is going to be providing your reason for selling. Let a buyer know if there's any financing and then this is probably the most important part of your profile, providing accurate financial details for buyers to review. And then if you want to sell your startup even faster, you can add metrics and I'm ready to submit my startup to the microacquire team. Once you submit your startup to Microacquire, our team goes through through and helps improve the look and make your profile stand out to buyers. So now the Microquart team has gone in and improved the profile of this startup. All of this is reviewable by you. And once you're ready, we go ahead and we take your startup live onto the marketplace. Now that my startup is live in the marketplace, I can begin meeting buyers. So sit back, relax and buyer requests will start coming in this area here for you to approve or deny it. So registering for a buyer is extremely easy. So, so once you enter the marketplace, you can search by SaaS, you can search by E Commerce, you can search by revenue of the businesses. You can also work with our partners ClearCo or if you're looking for SaaS companies, you can finance the acquisition with Pipe. And I'm gonna make a request to this startup here now. In order to send requests to sellers as a buyer, you need to register for Microacquire Premium. Alrighty. Now that I have registered for Microquarter Premium, I now have the ability to send messages directly to the founder of this startup. So I'm going to send a message. That's kind of thoughtful. I introduce myself, I give them a little bit about my background and I ask a specific question with a little bit of information of what I'm looking for. So I'm going to go ahead and send this request now. This request has been successfully sent to the seller of the startup that I'm interested in now. I just need to wait. And typically sellers respond first day, so just be patient and they'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
