In terms of due diligence, how did that process go?
So I did that two times. One ended up not going forward. The second one was pretty easy because like the guy pretty much did his homework. So all we needed to do is to talk about the code base and transferring how I like how it can be developed further. Basically like on about technical and only things related to like financial, business, marketing and on. The guy already know everything. Just only do like technical due diligence.
