How to transfer your assets after singing an asset purchase agreement.

You sign the asset purchase agreement, now you got to transfer the assets. How did that process go? Yeah, there was some, some problems. So the first time I sold my first SaaS tools and I sold an iOS mobile app on escrow directly, there was a difference between the agreement and the information mentioned in escrow. So they took us in another process to verify before we can, we can, we can move on the transaction. Because the information mentioned in the agreement should be the same exactly as mentioned in escrow for the buyer and the seller. But it wasn't something like very complicated. It was very easy to do.
