All right, I'm here at Tomer Tomer. You've bought and sold on acquire.com but what brought you to Acquire Live? I'm just a big fan of the platform and I wanted to come here and network with some people and find other founders like myself. Maybe been through a similar journey or a different journey. How to just get overall perspective on this whole ecosystem of buying and selling companies. Tell me about when you've acquired startups before. What do you look for? Any tips? Really good financial documents is something I definitely look for and in terms of actual things that are attractive to me, it's something with a lot of users, a lot of free users, maybe someone who hasn't had the time to do some marketing or sales or something that I'm good at and I can come in and take over that right away. When you've moved over to the sell side because you've also been acquired on acquire.com as well, what are some tips you might have for first time sellers? This might sound like an obvious one, but be honest and be very accurate with your numbers. Like something we talked about earlier, there is setting up traps for yourself if you're not honest. There's that saying for a reason that numbers never lie and that's because it always comes out. And be honest, be authentic and there's a buyer out there for you. And then lastly, what do you think of the event? How did we do? Great time, honestly, really enjoying myself. It's. I feel like most events people are a little bit like shy and nervous and like, you know, trying to be very businessy and official. But here everyone's friends, everyone's authentic.
