You know, what are some of like the main learnings that you, that you would share with someone who's looking to sell their startup today? You know, they list on, you know, quote.com, you know, what should they do to prepare, what should they expect, what comes to mind?
Yeah, so I think, you know, have a reasonable price in mind. Buyers aren't stupid. I think that'd probably be one of the first things because that kind of dictates what people think. Be really organized with all your documentation, whether it's, you know, customer lists, logins, the tools that you use or whatever it is so the buyer knows what they're getting and then also know it's a two way street. Just because someone shows interest doesn't mean you have to spend a lot of time with them. Trust your instincts when it comes to dealing with a buyer because some people.
Could waste your time.
It's kind of no different than like a sales process if you're selling software. So yeah, I mean I think it's pretty straightforward.
