I started Microacquire after selling two startups of my own and going through the process is difficult. Typically, as a first time founder, you have no idea what you're getting yourself into when you go through an acquisition. And at microquire, we want to make that easy. We want to empower founders when they're speaking with buyers and really help streamline the process of them getting acquired and maximizing the exit of their business. Whenever you have the opportunity to basically take some process that's really manual or it's kind of like it's a process that's been going on for a long time and innovate on it, create some software that streamlines it and makes it easier for people to get it done, like acquisitions, then you have a big opportunity basically to help people. We're really trying to innovate at a level and build tools for buyers and sellers that allow for an easy, trusted and transparent acquisition process. I love working for a company that's found such an underserved place where there's all these startups that really are looking for buyers and maybe they aren't a perfect fit for a broker or they already know what they're doing and they don't want to pay those huge fees. And we provide them the opportunity to connect directly with buyers. There's more buyers out there than I could ever imagine and they're really hungry for product like this. I think using technology as a tool to, to make acquisitions easier is something I'm really passionate about. So technology is used every day to make everything in our life simpler. And I think at microacquire we have a great team and we're able to use that team to build something great for the marketplace. We're helping to create connections that help pay off people's student loans, that pay for their weddings, that help pay for their mom to buy a new house. And it's just incredible to be a part of that. Microgarry is simply the most efficient way to sell your startup. The traditional routes of selling your business can be confusing, difficult, challenging, and full of headaches. And our goal at microacquire is to eliminate that and help startup founders get acquired at the maximum price without any headaches.
