How's it going? My name is Andrew Gasecki. I am the CEO and founder of Microacquire. And today I am extremely excited to announce the launch of our M and A Advisory directory with full of professionally vetted M and A advisors to help more startups get acquired. As a founder, going through an acquisition can be confusing. If it's your first time, hiring a professional can really be a huge benefit. You can sell your startup for a higher price. You can focus on what you do best, which is allowing you to grow your business and to walk you through things. The way it works, it's pretty simple. So once you've created a profile on Microacquire, this is my startup profile page. The information on the left is public, the information on the right is private. So this is only seeing my people that I grant access to. Now, if I want some additional help, like I want to hire a business broker or an investment banker or an M and a advisor or some to help with legal or accounting or even taxes, we built a directory full of these advisors and you can sort by the amount of deals that they've closed, can sort by their preferred deal size and their expertise and much more. And now the way this works is you would simply do some research on the individual, see if they're a good fit for your business and you would send them a message. Now once this message is sent, go over to your request and you can see that I've already reached out to two. I've reached out to Neon, who actually personally did both of my acquisitions, business apps and Altcoin, and helped me benefit from qsbs. So I highly recommend him and also Steven.
