How's it going? This is Andrew Giazecki, the CEO and founder of Acquire.com and in this video I'm going to be going over how to register as a buyer to get access to thousands of different startup listings. And I'm also going to be going over some cool things such as how to build a letter of intent, how to build an asset purchase agreement, how to close an acquisition from end to end on acquired.com and also how to navigate the platform, how to view trusted listings that we have with metrics connected so you can really get a nice snapshot of the businesses health. And then also the technology that we built to help acquisitions close easier with our letter of intent builder or asset purchase agreement builder and then also our integration with escrow so you can securely close an acquisition after you've gone through due diligence with a potential seller. So I'm going to go through this and show you how this is done. So the first thing you're going to want to do is click join now and then that'll take you to a buyer screen. All right, so I've just registered as a buyer and the first thing it's going to ask is do you want to sell your startup or do you want to acquire one? So as a buyer you want to click the bottom button. You want to acquire a startup. All right. And once you've done that, essentially what you can do from here is we're going to customize your deal flow. So we're going to ask you a few questions that are relevant to your search. And as an example, let's say I'm looking for SaaS businesses. I have no maximum asking price. I want to see at least 200,000 in revenue. You can set this to whatever you want, but a hundred thousand in TTM profit, which just means trailing twelve months. And then you can also pick different tech stacks or certain industries that might be interesting to you. And this really helps us customize your deal flow. So I'm just going to click a few of these and just like that. And if you have a custom one, such as, you know, maybe Shopify and then enter your country, now you're going to be launched into our recommendation engine which instantly shows you deals that essentially meet your criteria. So kind of from a high level how to use acquire.com. be professional, don't spam people, Stay honest. And this is just a high level overview of how to use the marketplace to search essentially thousands of different businesses to buy. So in the left hand corner is going to be browse where you can search by acquisition criteria, popularity and then also our stat picks. And then you can also go over here to all listings and that'll show you all all of the startups listed on acquired.com and then my deals is where you're going to be able to create letter of intents communicate with sellers. This is going to be the portal that helps you manage all of the deals that you're currently tracking or communicating with the seller on acquire.com so this is my first impression. I'm just logged in. This is the deal flow that has been recommended to me based on my qualifications and so you can quickly browse different listings, see the revenue of the business and essentially this acts as a blind teaser or profile, give you a high level view of the business's health and get an understanding of the growth rate. And then when you're ready and you want to talk to the seller and have a discussion about potentially acquiring their business, you're going to go ahead and click upgrade. And this will give you access to thousands of different startups on acquire.com.
