This is a YouTube video titled "Startup founder advice for others using Acquire.com" containing a monologue from August 15, 2023, where a startup founder shares three key pieces of advice for other founders about organizing work, testing product hypotheses by listing on acquisition platforms, and not prematurely shutting down products.
What advice would you give to other startup founders if you just had to give three points. The first one is to organize your work from from day one. So if you have digital assets, screenshots, elements, everything you might do, it's better to to have a folder for every every product in a product in your in your laptop. So it makes things easy, like later. The second point is to don't make a hypothesis. If you have a tool and you you say that maybe it will not be sold or it will not buyers, just put it on platforms like Acquire. You don't know, don't make assumption. And the third point is don't shut down a product if it's not working for you. Don't put all your effort and time into a trash or into an archive folder. Just put it on an acquisition platform. You don't know what may happen later.
