Andrew Gazdecki explains BAM: book a meeting from a meeting. When a sales call goes well, schedule the next one immediately to keep momentum. Buyers delay on their own, so founders need to actively push them toward a decision.
There's a acronym I love using called bam. Bam, which is after every call that goes really well. See if you can book a meeting from a meeting. So the call goes really well, you can say, hey, I enjoyed our conversation. You know, based on what you've seen, what else can you see to potentially make an offer? Like, what are your. Where are you on that? And they're like, oh, well, I don't know. Like, I'm kind of interested. All right, well, let's go over exactly what you're asking for. At the same time next week, you just take the calendar invite, and you just move it over on that call. Then you meet next week and go over whatever hesitation they had, because it is a sales process again, like, you got to warm them up. You got to, you know, continue to get the them excited, move things along, because there's always a thousand reasons for really any buyer to not be interested or talk themselves out of it.
