Tell me about the process, the acquisition process. What were your initial thoughts? How did it go? It's definitely like, a long journey from the moment you're like, hey, I'm going to sell this to when we actually got it sold, or is much longer than I had anticipated, you know, And I also think, like, macro has a big part to play in it as well, because, like, this is when interest rates are getting cranked up, software multiples are, you know, getting cranked down. So I think it just became, like, an increasingly difficult time to sell a company because, you know, your valuation expectations might be one thing. And, like, that's kind of the tough part about selling your business is you never know. Like, you know, when you're doing management calls, like, is this going to be the buyer? Is this one actually going to go over the finish line? Are we going to get an offer? And so forth. So kind of went through that process, realized it was a bit, you know, difficult, and then, yeah, ultimately ended up working with you guys, and you guys made it a hell of a lot easier.
