The Secret to Explosive Growth Unleashing the Power of Horizontal SaaS

I think my thesis has kind of evolved where we're starting to look more closely at horizontal SaaS plays and then thinking more about the vertical component from a go to market perspective to avoid kind of the pitfall of if you market to everybody, you market to nobody, but also to avoid kind of the trade off of vertical SaaS, which is smaller kind of niche markets. So how can we take a horizontal play that has a bigger addressable market? Hopefully the venture players aren't going after it because then it becomes lot more competitive. But then how do we think about verticalizing it and go to market so that we can sequence growth really thoughtfully?
