Or at the same time, maybe. I know there's a certain aspect to my business. If I'm being very honest, transparent, that could be seen as a risk. That all has to be factored in. So, understanding the market demand as well, your level of competition in the space, your longevity in the space, has it been a flash in the pan, maybe six months, less than a year? Has it been through the pandemic? Has it been a transfer of ownership? There's a lot that can be played and factored into. But you start with the multiple report, speak with our team, use our valuation tool, get a baseline understanding, and then learn some more of the intricacies which we'll discuss here as we progress, that can help to influence that number up or down.
Agreed. And I think the word that stands out to me here is realistic. You know, being realistic with the valuation initially and understanding that could go up or down. Ideally, you increase the valuation as you speak with more buyers, but again, it starts with being realistic.
