This is a YouTube video titled "Travel Guide to Croatia Unlock Local Secrets and Expert Recommendations" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing a platform called Lucia that helps users hire experts for travel-related tasks such as dinner reservations and hotel searches. The dialogue focuses on how the platform can assist with planning a trip to Croatia.

Let's say I wanted to go to Croatia. Would I be able.
Yeah, you'd be able to go on to our platform. Hire someone with either that expertise or something that you might like about their experience, their ratings, etc. And you can basically use them to do anything from dinner reservations, searching hotels, getting advice on transportation, literally anything you want.
Oh, man, I'll. I'm going to. Sorry, what's the name of the company again?
It's called Lucia.
