A CTO explains why non-technical founders should launch their products early instead of waiting for perfection. He shares what he learned building startups and why getting something out there matters more than having all the features right.
And it's a tough thing. It's the, you know, because I give a lot of startup advice long before dime a dozen. Because I've been, you know, a CTO now for eight years or so, and I give a lot of startup advice. And whenever I come across a founder who's a technical founder, I just run them through the ringer. Like, you have to stop whatever you're working on right now. You should probably stop and you should probably just launch. Well, no, I got to get authentication working. It's like, I didn't have authentication. Well, you know, I got to make the web page look better. It's like I didn't make the web page look better. It doesn't matter. Whatever you're working on now doesn't matter unless you've launched. Once you launch, you're on your own and, you know, separate conversation. But what would you. What advice would you give, just out of curiosity, to a non technical founder? I'm not technical at all. That's crazy. I don't know how to code. I don't even know where our servers are. That's weird. No, I know they. I know our servers are.
