During due diligence, if the buyer comes in to your tech platform and things aren't easy and documented well, and if systems are fragile, right? And so you have to put yourself in the shoes of the buyer where they're taking over this business and they want to step in and run the business. And they've got so many things to consider on day one, but one of the things that they want is going to be that the technical side is sorted out. And I think I think there's a lot you can do ahead of time. Get your technical side ready before you start the acquisition process. De-risk the technical side as much as you can.
