Hi, Anna. Hey, Frankie. How you doing?
I'm really well, thanks. How are you? You look gorgeous.
Thank you, thank you. You're all rugged up.
Yeah, I'm all more is more with my fur on. Evidently I'm in Scotland.
Yes, it's finally gotten very hot here in Dubai. Finally. Yes, the weather's back. Okay, we're gonna, uh, kick off. We've got so much to cover today. Um, all right, so welcome everyone, um, to our very first special masterclass. This is about women who lead, women who lead businesses and households, how we navigate motherhood, parenting, marriage as businesswomen. We have so many pressures in modern-day society, um, from trying to do it all, trying to be Wonder Woman, and it's simply not realistic. So I have got very special guest with us today, Frankie Seacorn. So Frankie was a member of our Mind Community. She was a private client as well, and she has absolutely thrived through the teachings and evolved her own body of work called Self-Sourced. And she's gonna be a guest speaker at ICONIQ. So I thought this would be a great way for you to get a taster of her, her energy, her genius, her magic, her talent, and for you to see exactly what we're gonna be teaching during the ICONIQ retreat. And how as women we navigate business and family life without burning out and overwhelm. So Frankie, I am, I'm so excited. I'm so excited to have you coming to Iconic. It's such a beautiful full circle moment because you came to the Dubai retreat like 2 years ago as a guest.
Less than 2 years ago, Anna, a year and a half ago. And that was such Such a moment to come to that retreat. I remember at the time it was such a stretch to come as a guest, and now I'm joining as a speaker, which is just such a blessing, and I'm so grateful.
So since that time, what changed for you in your life and your business and relationship?
Oh my goodness, how much time have we got? So at that time when I made the decision to come to the Elevate retreat, I had been through a period of up and down in, in the business. I'd set up my business around 5 years ago, had a very successful first year, did 6 figures in the first year, thought I'd cracked the code. But honestly, I, I couldn't hold it. I didn't have the personal power. I didn't have the energetic foundation to hold it. So I saw myself go up and down in my confidence and also in my finances and in what you would call success in the business. And to put it into context, when I came into your world 3 years ago, I was doing— my confidence was at a low and I was doing Sister Circles at £33. And I think after coming to work with you, a couple of months later, I was back to the level of high-level leadership, doing high ticket, working with the female founders that I love to work with and where I can make that impact. But along the road, I had, I'd making decisions in the business where when finance was low, I backed myself when no one else was really, could see that vision and I'd taken out debt and things like that. So for me, coming to Elevate a year and a half ago, it was a massive identity uplevel. This was about me putting myself in the room. This was about me really giving myself permission. You talk about giving myself permission, and the first time I heard that code, it was a full-on activation. I didn't even need the meditation, and I became the woman that gave myself permission. And even from the moment I'm making the decision, my identity changed, my revenues increased, my branding elevated. I thought differently, I held myself differently. I started seeing myself once again as a global leader. And as we know, we need to see ourselves first as that person before anyone else does. So I really seriously, for realsies, started seeing myself as that leader. And when I came into the retreat, it wasn't just one quantum leap, it really was many. My entire vision for Self Source, the work that I'm doing now, completely blew up. And yes, like, success followed that. That year I 3x'd my business. Last year I doubled my business. But it was so much more than that. As you mentioned, I've birthed my own body of work, which I know is my soul's purpose. And not only am I thriving, am I elevating, are things like so rich and deep in my family and in my relationships, but the ripple effect that this work, working with you, like birthing my own body of work through Self Source, the ripple effect that that has had on my clients, it's just, it's beyond words. It's beyond financial. It's completely priceless. So The impact, the personal abundance, the business success, it all completely blew up from that one decision to come over to Elevate.
Wow, incredible.
And that's the tip of the iceberg. That's literally the tip of the iceberg.
Yeah, well, they'll have an opportunity to speak to you in Dubai next month to learn more about the shifts and changes and growth. Um, so a lot has happened, a lot has happened, and you're going to be moving to Dubai. I'm excited.
Yes, so excited. We're in the process now of selling the house and doing all the things. And we lived in Dubai before, the babies were born in Dubai, we came back 5 years ago, and now we're moving back.
Amazing, amazing. So, so as, um, as a business owner who has 3x'd her business and then doubled it again. How have you been able to navigate the demands of small children? Right? Like, I've got teenagers and there's, you know, my kids are relatively independent. They can feed themselves. They can book a taxi, get to school. They don't really need very much from me right now. But when they were little, they were very demanding. And when they were really small, there are a lot of mistakes I made that I didn't seek help at that time. I didn't even know coaching was even a thing. thing back then. I just had to figure out myself. So what were some of the, the, the, the mindset shifts and habits and behaviors that you did to like not feel guilty when you're at work and not with the kids, and not feeling like you're thinking about work when you're with your kids? Like, how are you able to be present and to balance the two, the two sides of like navigating like small kids who still need their mummy and running a business and the demands of clients and your priorities? So I'll give you an example. Like, I used to give out my personal number to all my clients, and so they thought that was an emergency service. So in my early, early days when my kids were really small— because my kids are like 15 and 19 now— when they were really small, I was still doing like these 1-hour healings, and people would call me like at 11 o'clock on a Sunday. I'm like, do I breastfeed my child or do I do this emergency healing, right? And then, or they'll be crying and screaming because they want mummy to tuck them into bed, and I had a webinar to deliver. I thought it was so stressful. And when they were really small, I didn't crack it. Like, I felt so guilty because I wasn't present either. What were some of the mindset shifts and strategies you put in place to create this balance so that you could feel fulfilled in your career and serve your clients to their very best, but also be there for your kids?
Yeah. So I feel like for me, creating success with family in business was never separate. I work with a lot of clients and they've made the money and they think, right, okay, I want to create this with my family now. And for me, it was never separate because I had a successful career in corporate. I was already earning 6 figures tax-free, and I walked away from that life when I was pregnant with Sienna. I don't know why, because I didn't know about coaching, I wasn't spiritual, I didn't see myself as spiritual, I wasn't into personal development, but it was part of my awakening, it felt like my soul pushed me off a cliff, and all of a sudden I was allergic to that life because I was in the hustle, the burnout, the overworking. And I could only imagine if I'd had my babies in that world, it would have been so different to how it is now. But for me, it's always been about bringing that back to the vision and the clarity. So when I set up my, my business, it was never about I want to make this amount of money in this amount of time, I want to grow it that way. It was always about, in fact, you teach it, Anna, the Life Script.
Okay.
So, this is business, this is how I want to be a mum, this is how I want my marriage to be. So, it was always something that intentionally grew together, and obviously it's always a balancing act because we're forever growing and adjusting and course correcting. But it always comes back to clarity. Okay, so what type of mom do I want to be? What's important? What matters? What's in alignment with this phase, with my own rhythm, working with the Law of the Rhythm, with the season that we're in as a family, the season that we're in, in our marriage as well? Ravi and I, we've just celebrated our 10-year anniversary, but it feels like 20 marriages in one. And coming back to the point that you made, I don't do it all. I really do my best to live in alignment with my truth. My truth is I'm mum. I do not cook. I do not clean. What matters to me is that I talk to my kids every day. We set intentions going to— on the school run. Like, we do gratitude at night. Like, we talk. We have quality time. We have fun together. Right now, we're doing the splits challenge. So, at 44 years old, I'm learning to do the splits. They're teaching me to do the splits. Splits every night, and I'm doing it every night for a month. So I might be doing the splits next month. But you know, I'm not doing the things that drain me as a mum. So I'll lean into my alignment. I'll lean into my feminine so that I can really be the nurturing mum that I want to be. And it's the same in my business, to be honest. I do my best to stay in my zone of genius. I do my best to stay tapped into my truth, and that vision, that clarity is always, always, always evolving. And how do I manage that? I tap into it on a daily basis. So, you talk a lot about the Life Script, and that's a tool that I use. I use it every single day, either in my mind or I'm physically looking at it. And I'm looking at the vision that I've committed to for my business. It's so big. I'm looking at the vision that I've committed to as a mom, because I want to keep evolving, evolving. I want an extraordinary marriage. that gets better and better. I want to look the fittest, hottest in my 40s, getting into my 50s. So it's about staying committed to the process and evolving that clarity. And when something's out of alignment, I don't tolerate it. I literally do not tolerate any of the rules. So, like, I don't know if my kids are eating tomato ketchup week to week because Ravi sorts that. Sometimes I'll give them ketchup and they're like—
Oh, no.
Mummy, I don't eat ketchup anymore because you know what they're like at that age. They change their mind all the time, but I've dropped the guilt because I'm in alignment and their needs are met and my needs are met as a mum. And ditching all of the rules, so something feels heavy, like the rules that we get from family and industries and societies. I'm just ditching everything. So I remember. 4 years ago, we were getting into January and we were so stressed out because we were in Scotland and we'd just done Christmas and New Year, and we just thought, we're not doing that again. So we've traveled every winter and like, we travel a lot, so we put ourselves in environments that support us to thrive. And ditching every rule, literally question every rule— why should we do that? So a lot, I find a lot of, um, A lot of us as mums, it's easy to get tapped into the performing. Okay, I'm taking my kids to all these classes, I'm doing it all. I don't do it all, but I try my best to stay in my zone of genius.
I love that.
Imperfectly.
Yeah, you've said so much. We'll make sure we get really good notes for you guys after this training. You've said a lot. So I love that you spoke to the seasons that you're in. You know, when babies are small and you're breastfeeding, you're in a different season, right? And so when I was breastfeeding, I was delegating out a lot of the delivery of the business. So I had— I hired a teacher to teach classes for me because I physically was breastfeeding on demand. I couldn't be teaching the classes, nor did I want to be. I wanted to be there for the kids. So I honored the season I was in by getting help. And it was scary in the moment because I had to delegate control of a very vital part of the business. But in deciding and choosing, I was gonna hire the best teacher possible. I went out and sought somebody that was very experienced, that would— was a vibrational match to me, my company, my ethos, that could deliver the trainings knowing that my people wait for me. Like, I wasn't gonna lose my clients simply because I hired a teacher to work for me. My people will wait for me. And so that was a really big shift. Now, when the kids are, you know, older and they're like in primary school and things like that, like making sure that I was there during the week when they were home from school, for example, right? Now that they're teenagers, I make time, make sure I've got time, especially for my daughter. She still does need me more than my son. We do cool stuff on the weekends and I have more flexible time now because I call my shots. And so I'm adapting to beautiful experiences with my daughter, not from a place of compensating for the years I lost when I was small, but really from enjoying every single moment of her now. And people say, oh, teenagers are such hard work. I'm like, I have got the best teenage daughter ever. We don't fight. We never fight. She tells me everything. She spills the tea when we come home. We do lunches. We do cupcakes. We do fun experiences. I'm like, I don't know what people are talking about. My teenager is incredible, absolutely incredible. She doesn't throw tantrums. I'm thinking about the relationship I have with my mom. I'm like, Mother, I am so sorry for what I put you through. I was an awful teenager, awful. But because my mom was working all the time, she never had any time for me. She didn't show a genuine interest because simply she was really busy with her career. So, I love that you spoke to the seasons that we're in. The other thing I love that you said was around you don't do it all. You got to write this one down, guys. We as successful women don't do it all. You have to have the courage and bravery and that leap of faith to start outsourcing things in your life and your home. So, babysitters, nanas, nannies, cleaners, drivers, gardeners, whatever you need that's going to move the needle for you. And that might be even a personal assistant that is running your dry cleaning for you, like making that decision. Because when I sat down and I worked out, right, if I do this task of cleaning the house, and my hourly rate back then was, I think it was like $1,000, I was like, it's costing me $1,000 an hour to clean this house. It financially doesn't make sense. And my husband said to me, but Anna, you don't earn that money every hour. I said, but when I am working, that's what my charge-out rate is, so I'm actually losing money. And it's the mental space it takes to make those decisions. Did I buy the chicken? Is the chicken out of the freezer? Did I buy the— oh, I forgot the vegetables. Oh, I forgot the garlic for the aioli sauce. Like, this stuff takes mental space away from bigger decisions for you, for your business, and for your family. All right, so if you think about like your, your bank account of decisions and energy and life force you have every day, we all have the same 24 hours. Frankie and I just use it differently to most entrepreneurs where we're more selective how we're choosing our time and we value our time as our most precious asset. Then the money comes as a consequence, but time is your most valuable asset. So I love, I love that you said that. Okay, so now I'd love to you to speak to. And again, this was a challenge for me in my earlier, early days of my relationship when I started making more money than my husband, becoming more successful and more in demand. How have you navigated the balance with like being in your feminine, being your sexuality, being a woman in a marriage, right, in that energy, and then being that powerhouse leader, masculine, sometimes masculine energy in business? How do you switch off and don't bring that into the bedroom? How do you navigate the two that creates that balance and harmony and maintains that sexual attraction?
I love this question. So it's been a journey, to be honest. In the earlier years of our marriage, I was more in control and I was a lot more needy than I am now. I became the woman that fills myself up. I became the woman who is already satisfied, who's already in overflow. And it happened very, very naturally. So rather than needing something from Ravi because I didn't feel enough or I didn't feel loved on my own, we got to just come together in connection and adventure and fun and in partnership. And the evolution of our marriage, especially over the last like year, year and a half, has been really, really beautiful. And the way that my marriage has evolved has been from that frequency first approach, always frequency first approach. And this will be something that I go into more in Dubai because it's so juicy. This has been the approach that I've used to transform my marriage, move through multiple upper limits, but also support so many women reimagine their relationships. So I talk to Ravi's higher self all the the time on a regular basis. So when I'm tapping into the frequency and the energetic container of our marriage, we're always growing because there was times when I was growing and he was growing and we're on different paths and we're clashing and that wasn't fun at all. So I thought something has to change here. So it's been about creating that reality and meeting each other in the realm, okay, where we are in a higher conscious relationship and a more fun partnership where we're manifesting together, where we're visioning together. together, where I've put down the control, and bringing that into the body. And honestly, I just started talking to him as if he was his higher self. And that's the number one thing that just worked like magic. And I do it again and again. What man doesn't like to be spoken to and communicated to by their woman who sees the best in him?
Mm, that's right.
He responded to that and continues to respond to that. And now it's become a natural way of being. Honestly, we have conversations that aren't human or spoken, and it just happens. So, in my life script, I saw us traveling as a family a quarter of the year. And this is when I'd come into your world, and we were doing some amazing work together, Anna. And Ravi just started booking everything. And I hadn't verbalized these desires. I hadn't said, listen, hey, the kids are a little bit older now. Let's start traveling again. He just started booking every single school holiday away. And it's like in my journal, but I hadn't communicated that desire in the way that I would now. So there's a lot of unspoken energy between us and even fun stuff. Like a few months ago, I thought I really need to upgrade my tech. I need a new MacBook, I need a new phone. And it was on my to-do list for this month. A couple of days later, Ravi came in. Hey baby, I've just bought you this and that, and I've put it through the business. And it's just, it's gorgeous, but it's always in that frequency first. So tapping into the energy, working with our higher selves and embodying it in the way that I walk and the way that I talk and the way that I verbalize. And he responds because when we're in our feminine, we're the magic on legs, right? We're magnetic. So actually, I realized that I was the most dominant energy, even though Ravi's the protector and he's masculine and alpha male. My energy in my feminine is the dominant energy. Like, I hold the container, and that's the feminine. So actually, like, at the point now where I can be the powerhouse in my business and run the team and hold the clients and do all the things and things are go, go, go, go, go. There's nothing better than being able to just come in and put it all down and lean back. And like, when we travel, there's a running joke that I'm like a toddler rocking up at the airport. Ravi's got the passports, he's organized the car, he's organized the flight. I don't even know where we're staying because I don't need to ask because he knows what I like. And I'm just— it's just become an exhale. Oh, but that's been through the energy work and the work that we've done together, Anna, and embodying it and making it my own.
So good. Oh, this is, this is gold, guys. This is such a—
so this is—
so, um, on a, on a scientific level, what Frankie's actually talking about is called the Pygmalion effect. So it's where when we have assumptions about how people show up, if we have an assumption that like the partner's gonna let you down, that you're gonna have fights and conflict, they actually show up in the way that we expect them, right? If you have the assumption, expectation, as Frankie did, to see her husband as his highest self and speak to him as he is the king, right? She's the queen, he's the king. Then he stepped up to the plate without saying the words. Like you said, you didn't have to verbalize it. He booked the holidays, he purchased the tech for you without you even asking. It's like the wish gets fulfilled without any effort, and he gets to be the provider. He gets to take care of you in that masculine way, which is extremely attractive. Like, on a sexual energy, when you're in your sacred feminine, in the receiving energy, and he's in his sacred masculine, in that, that protector energy, it's incredibly attractive. And that binds the relationship together, and together you're stronger this way, rather than trying to compete, right? Compete, or fearing that you will outgrow the person. And then you'll dominate like that dynamic. Speak to your partner as though they already are the king. Change your assumptions about how you think your partner will show up and how you would want them to show up. So this is oh such gold, such gold. Okay, all right. So we spoke about sort of delegation and the support that you don't do it all. You have it all, but you don't do it all. What I love to speak about is. your personal power, because it's something we did work with together, you know, in our work together. And it's one that is often, I guess, easier said than done to make that decision, even though it feels uncomfortable, to walk the edges of your stretch zone, even though you haven't got the certainty and the ducks are in a row. When, like, you know, when the money is not in the account yet and you're making big plans and making big moves which require investment. In terms of the shifts that you've made with me and the work that you've done with yourself and in your community in Self-Sourced, what's a mindset shift or a paradigm shift that people need to make about navigating fear and faith at the same time so they can walk with personal power, make those bold and courageous moves in faith and assumption of the wish already fulfilled without allowing the, you know, the little demons in our ear to talk us out out of the action step or getting into self-sabotage or getting into permanent therapy and constant digging and looking for the next blocks. How have you been able to walk that edge and make those moves when the money wasn't there, when you didn't have the money to pay for team and help and cooks and everything like that? Mm-hmm.
What I would say is it becomes easier because we get so used to living on the edge that things that used to be scary just feel normal because I'm still walking on the edge. It's just a different edge. So the process has always been get out of the head and into the heart. The self-sourced work is really about journeying through the heart to tap into the soul's truth and to tap into the highest outcome. So I know if I can access something in the field, and I'm, I'm working with your God Zone meditation every day, which is just Magic, but if I can access something in the field, I know that that is my soul's truth. I know that that is something that I'm supposed to bring from the unseen into the seen now. So how when I access that reality and entangle with that in the quantum field, my only job is to be in alignment with that. My only job is to be. How deeply can I embody that? So one of the the shifts that and I don't have a word this year, but my code is untethered. So how free can I be with my soul's truth? How like untethered can I be with that? And there's been many times where my soul's truth has not made logical sense. And just to keep it real, there was a time a few years ago where my soul's truth was to have. A cleaner and someone cleaned my house, and technically I didn't have the funds to do it. But I mean, it was a soul's truth. So I actually went to my bank account and took the last thirty pounds out of my overdraft—not even—but to pay for a cleaner. So I've always done everything before I was ready. I made the investments in private coaching before I was ready. Like I brought a team in before I was ready. I invested before I was ready. Now the process has become. So normalized because I know that my only job is to be in alignment with the soul's truth. I'm not controlling the outcome, but I know if it's my soul's truth and not ego because we can feel it. If it's ego, it's about proving and performance. But if it's the soul's truth, we feel it in our heart. We feel it in our body. It's calm. It's still. My job is just to hold that and be completely untethered and show up in that truth in my conversations in. My business, I know now that the universe will always rearrange itself, and it works every time. But I had to be able to do that, like at first before I had any proof, and that was about self-sourcing. That was about like really, really going within, really, really being true to myself, and like holding the line when it looked like it wasn't working, holding the line when the people that I loved, including my husband. like wanted me to go back to corporate because the business wasn't working. It was about holding the line and really being in integrity with that soul's truth, because by universal law, the law of balance, it is going to even out. You're going to receive what you desire. The vision's going to unfold. But how, when we're feeling the resistance, how deeply can we hold? That alignment. Yes. Before there's proof.
You're dropping so many golden nuggets. I love this conversation. We're gonna have to speak some more. This is gonna be so good. So good. Okay, so this, the being tethered, being tethered, being tethered to old stories, old rules, old assumptions, which no longer serve you, right? That's what Frankie's talking about. When we, when we detach from incorrect assumptions, Right, so give some examples of like things that you untethered from in order to actually take that leap of faith and walk with conviction even though the physical evidence wasn't there yet.
Well, I'll give you a real live example. So we've talked about this move to Dubai. So I'm in the process of moving my family back to Dubai, and when we made the decision a few months ago it's a big up level, it's a— the cost of living is different, it's putting the kids into 2 private schools, my community is all like mostly in the UK, mostly in Scotland, and I've built this here now, but we knew, we knew that the next level of life, the next level of business, the next level of expansion is in Scotland, so we made that decision to move without having any proof that it would work out, we made the decision to Sign the kids up to private school, and of course things rearrange. The money comes in that we've paid for their private school now. We're in the process of moving out. We'd planned to rent the house out and keep it as an asset. That hasn't worked out, so we're selling the house. So we're selling the house and coming out, and one of the things that we're doing is we're doing it our way. Okay, so I swear that this is part of the untethered code. Rather than shipping the house out to Dubai and all of our stuff out to Dubai, we're going through this really cathartic process of releasing everything, and I don't even know how much of my wardrobe that I'll bring out. Now the rules are Like society says, you collect your things, you have your house, you have your car, you like, you have your things and your things are valuable. But in this process of moving to Dubai and getting really clear on how we want to do it, we're actually going to go traveling before it. I'm going to take the kids out of school and spend a month in Spain. I'm going to come out to Dubai, speak in your retreat, and then go into Tuscany. to host my own retreat. So we're releasing everything, getting rid of all the stuff, and that's been a really cathartic, a really cleansing process. Rather than society's expectations of like adding value to things and adding our worth to material objects, we're kind of shifting that upside down and just releasing everything. And coming to Dubai to reimagine what life gets to look like.
Oh, so good. So good. It's what we consider as like most important, the most important things you have in your life and what you value. So what are your core values? And sometimes our values get distorted by what society tells us that we should value. And for you, it's very much about the freedom.
Yeah, it's, it's coming back into that. Yeah. And, and it's coming back to that core value because I remember that was always my core value. like when growing up, but then I attached to someone else's version of success, and I created a career through someone else's version of success. But through coming home to my truth, myself, activating the untethered code, it's been about embodying freedom and not being tied to things or places in the way that I have been. Yeah.
Yes. I mean, there's so many constructs in terms of like the way business is supposed to be done, the way motherhood is supposed to be done, sales should be done, marketing should be done. And I've, I've done so many different unconventional things in business that work, that shouldn't work, that had my accountant scratching his head going, what are you doing? Just keep doing that. And it was because, yeah, because you're, you're, you're detaching from someone else's rules and preconceptions of how business or life or marriage gets to be done. Like, I know parenting is such a touchy, touchy subject. For those of you who are mothers, you know, you will raise your children in a very different way to perhaps your neighbor or your mother. And that doesn't mean that one's right, one's wrong. It's just your personal preference and how you want to raise your children. But it becomes a heated topic for people in terms of the way parenting should be done. And actually, you get to navigate with the type of children you have, the type of woman that you are, the kind of lifestyle you want to have. One of my friends, what she did is she took a year off They basically like rented out their property and they took an entire year off and they did their kids with online learning. So they would go to like the Vatican and like see the, you know, the paintings on the ceiling and everything else. And they would get the lecture, you know, on the tour. And that's how they would learn about the history. You know, they'll go to these like incredible locations and actually speak to like the real people and learn real history from instead of sitting in the classroom. But that meant they got such more enriched experience and education rather than sitting in the classroom staring at a whiteboard for 6 hours and just memorizing what they were told. So, as Frankie was speaking about untethered, I want you to start questioning, what are you tethered to right now? What rules and assumptions are you still tied to about the way that you get to do parenting? If you're scared about growing and scaling your business because you're fearing that it will take away from time with your children, Right? So when you're making more money, guys, like you're not working longer and harder, right? That's that's an incorrect assumption. You actually have people helping and supporting. You're leveraging people and systems to make more money, not working harder and longer. I made that mistake too. Yeah. And so when my business was was scaling, I realized it was unsustainable, and that's when I started to leverage systems and people. So. Amazing, amazing. So I'm going to just leave a few moments for you guys to answer any questions you guys may have. And while we're waiting for the questions to come into the chat, I'm going to have Frankie speak a little bit more about what she's going to be teaching at the Iconic Retreat. So we've got a number of guest speakers. I've got some phenomenal humans who are going to be speaking. I mean, the wisdom in the room is going to be short of iconic, really. Like, honestly, the minds and the knowledge and the wisdom You're going to get is, is you— this will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. So what are they going to get from you from the retreat, um, during your, your training?
Yes. Oh my goodness, so much. So I'm going to be supporting all of the attendees to tap into and embody their self-sourced women. That's the version of them now who absolutely has their all in business. Love in life. Okay, so I'm going to be taking you through my unique framework that supports you to not only elevate your business, your business results, in a way that is in alignment with you, your freedom, your desires, but also take you through the process for your relationships, your family, whatever family is for you, to be completely reimagined So wherever we are in our relationship, there's always a next level of connection, adventure, intimacy, fun, and play. There's always a next level in our family life. Okay, so I'm going to be taking the guests through my conscious communication method, and I touched on it in our conversation. It's the method that has Ravi booking a quarter of the year on travel, where you can tap into Like the love that you desire, where you can tap into the abundance if you desire and be that version now and completely redesign your life so that it feels— the word is feels— it feels richer than it looks. Because it doesn't matter how it looks, it matters how it feels.
So good. So good. Not fueled by coffee and champagne and burnout. Yes, exactly. Successful on the outside, but overworked, burnt out on the inside. Yeah. Oh, amazing. Amazing. Okay, so let's have a look at questions coming in. So, um, another shivers. Frankie, as always, your voice is so powerful. Oh, um, it's so nice to get to know you, Frankie. Um, thank you for— oh, my pleasure, Catherine. My pleasure. My pleasure. Okay guys, any questions? You can raise your hand, ask questions. Okay, I'll get Monica to pop the link for the retreat. This will be on the 28th and 29th of March in Dubai, SLS Hotel. It's a gorgeous, gorgeous hotel. 360 views of the entire city, beautiful rooftop pool, Michelin-star dining. It's all, yeah, it's luxury. The rooms are gorgeous. The city I love Dubai, and I'm so excited you're coming back. I think you and I are going to hang out a lot together. I can see lots of spa days at the Bel Sarai. Yes, you, Monica, doing business. Um, yeah, it's, um, it's, it's a city that once you land on this land, it has this like energetic vortex of energy of like innovation, momentum, creativity. Sky's the limit, nothing is impossible. In fact, I think that's the mantra of the city. I think like, yeah, making the impossible possible is what like Dubai is all about. That's how the, the quote by the Sheikh, making the impossible possible. And so the energy of just coming for the retreat and being on the land and walking the earth and, and just being in the energy vortex of this city is something quite incredible, unlike anything else I've ever experienced. Like, I'm pretty well traveled, person. Like, I made a conscious effort to really see the world and educate myself, develop culture and understanding how different people live in different ways. And Dubai is like— when I actually stepped foot on the land, I like, I can't even begin to tell you the shifts and change that occurred just by my first visit. Within a few weeks of visiting, I came home, I told my husband, I think we should move to Dubai. Like, let's run and buy the kids. And so I'm in the car saying, kids, how do you feel about moving to Dubai? My son thought I was insane. Within 5 months, we had packed and moved household, kids, business, bank accounts, like found the good schools, everything, everything. Like it was, it was intense. A lot of moving parts. You know, things don't always work out as we have planned. And we just, you gotta let go and trust, like be untethered, let go and trust in how things unfold. But once made that decision, things, beautiful things unfolded. And I asked my kids just recently, like, you know, would you ever consider moving back to Dubai? And they said no. I mean, moving back to England? No. They've just— they're now locals. They love the city. They love the convenience. They love their life here. And it's just, it's a different consciousness, a different consciousness. And this is what international travel does for you. It's one thing to be in a Zoom call like this, but it's another thing to be in the room. in another city, away from your environment, away from your family, away from your business, from your team, from the responsibilities, and from how you've created things right now, to step out and view your life and your business from like fresh eyes. Dubai supports that. The energy supports that. And then the retreat itself, the theme is iconic. To become iconic, meaning to take a stand for something that is that is visionary, powerful. So the women that we tend to attract in our, in our communities are like women who know they have a deep calling, a mission on this earth, and then they may be missing a few pieces to help them to like activate that, and then systems to actually like get that out into the world. Whether it's finding your voice, find your alignment, whether it's becoming untethered, whether it's about learning about your personal power and learning how to navigate the edges, even when it looks like it's not working. Easier said than done, right? Frankie's learned to lock that in and embody that. It was one of the most important abilities that she now has that will serve her for the rest of her life. Rest of her life. So I'm— yeah, I'm so excited for this container that we are creating. The conversations that will be in this room will be unparalleled. Unparalleled. I like— I'm getting goose pimples as I'm speaking about it. There'll be things that I haven't even added in, aren't in the schedule, But will occur in the room that will be life-changing. I'm getting, I'm getting tingles. I'm getting tingles. And so you'll be having an opportunity to speak more in depth with Frankie and really understand how she's been able to navigate marriage, children, business without sacrifice, without burnout, without overwhelm, without feeling guilty, without tormenting herself, without trying to be perfect by someone else's standards. Because the pressures that we have as women placed upon society, they are illogical, completely unfair, and outdated, by the way. So outdated that if a woman hires help in the home, that somehow she's not a good mother. That if someone else cooks, someone else cleans, she's not— she's not being a good wife. Like, it's such an outdated paradigm. It's time to let that go. So this is gonna be a very beautiful space. Okay, so we've got some questions come in. Let's have a look. Uh, Frankie, so excited for you leading this with this adventure, um, with us. Thank you, Jenny. Um, lots of thank yous. Okay, how do you hold your vision and faith even when it's not showing up yet? How do you hold your vision?
That's a great question. So when we're always growing and evolving, we're always creating a bigger vision. So I call this my soul gym. It's remaining consistent with doing the inner work. Okay, so a lot of people will do a vision and then they won't look at it again. They'll do a vision in their ritual, they'll do their manifestation vision, and then it'll be like, oh, it's not showing up, it's not showing up. When actually, if we are consistently tapping into our soul gym every day on repeat, we're activating our energy to be in alignment with it. So, Anna, you teach us about like activating your reticular activating system, that part of your brain who are working overdrive to make it happen. If I'm also tapping into my vision every single day, I'm changing my energetic signature every day to be a match, and then things will start to happen. So, synchronicities will start to happen, invitations will start to happen, So I always say, look at the proof that it's working rather than the proof that it's not working. Okay, so rather than the full million pounds coming in, or the fully booked coming in, or the big transformation coming in, where can you see the evidence that it's working? Because our minds are often programmed to be looking at, it's not working, that's not coming yet. So it's looking for the evidence on repeat, tuning into the The energy, doing the work daily or soldiering, and looking for the evidence that it's working. And then by universal law, it does. So good, so good.
Oh my goodness. So if you're doing digging on why it's not working, you're actually looking for evidence why it's not working, which is why I no longer do that anymore.
No shadow work, thank you.
Yeah. Okay. Next. Is a retreat there by? So, Liska. So I'm the primary speaker at the retreat. This is my retreat, and I've invited some guest speakers. So Frankie will be a guest speaker, and I've got two others currently in phenomenal speakers, and we'll send more more details about the other. Speakers as well. Yes, and quality women in the room. Yeah, we've got some incredible women in the room. That's what I'm saying, from a networking perspective. Yeah, you need to be in the room. Definitely, definitely. Every time I go to a retreat, my business uplevels. I implement immediately whether I'm ready or not. And then I always get a return on investment. Like, my belief or assumption is I always get a return on investment. That's my assumption. Otherwise, why would I go? Right? Yeah. And then the most amazing women, the most— like, the humans I meet at these retreats are just like— I'm still in contact with many of the ladies I've been with, and these women doing $50 million, $100 million, like, I can just message them. Like, where will you find phenomenal women that you can have access to, um, from a networking perspective, that you can like do business with each other, support each other? Yeah. And the conversations, yeah, are going to be phenomenal. So we've got some breakout sessions as well. So there's more details on the page. So you can have a look at the page. And if you've got any questions, you can obviously book in a call with, with our team. And yeah, we'll pop the link for you, for you guys there. Yeah. Any other questions before we wrap up? This was such a good conversation. Oh my goodness. It was that, like today's conversation, I am not kidding, was like the value of the retreat. Like, if you implement like the 4 things, the 4 crucial things we spoke about today, You will succeed, without a shadow of a doubt. Like, these are golden nuggets, golden nuggets, but obviously you need to implement. So, um, yeah, I'm, I'm so excited to have you come, come join us, Frankie. Um, so yes, oh, there you go. Yeah, so Monica's popped in the link for you guys there.
Amazing.
Okay. Yeah, so I'll be sending an email out, um, with the replay shortly, and then you guys will get the links to join the retreat. And, uh, yeah, obviously Obviously, um, Frankie will also be seeing you in literally less than a month, less than a month, for her incredible, incredible training, the wisdom that's going to be shared. Thank you so much. Thank you so much.
My absolute pleasure, Anna. This conversation's been so juicy and just the tip of the iceberg. And I just want to add, if it's possible for you to go to Anna's retreat, I highly recommend it. Make it happen. Make the decisions to put yourself in the room. It's not just about a return on investment. You will experience a quantum leap. Anna creates such a vortex that is just unparalleled anywhere. And you talk about making the impossible possible, that in Dubai. But Anna, that's the energy that you create, and you attract the most beautiful, heart-led women doing the most phenomenal things. I've got Partnerships, co-creation, soul-aligned friendships, actually clients as well, because people have come in and it's not just a return on investment. Your income will leap 10x, whatever you want to call it, but the experience that you get to gift yourself is absolutely priceless. And Anna, you make the impossible possible with the container that you hold.
Thank you so much.
It's not Dubai, it's Anna Kitney.
Thank you. I'm like, I'm thinking, thank God I'm wearing waterproof mascara. You're making me cry. Oh, thank you. Oh, I love my clients. I've got the most fabulous people. Well, um, leave the furs at home. It's caftans because it is going to be warm. It's going to be warm. Um, yeah, so bring your swimsuit. The weather's gonna be absolutely gorgeous. It's gonna be a beautiful space. Thank you so much, Frankie. Thank you. Thank you, everyone, and good night. Thank you.
