I've always been someone who's had a lot of different passions. A lot of different things interest me. Going into my third and fourth year of college felt like I was going to have to choose one and stick to it my entire career. And then hearing Arun talk about nonlinear career paths and the idea that you could actually experience lots of different areas and then have a better career for it was actually hugely impactful. At SpaceX, I work on launch hardware, specifically focused around the Starship program. Some of the skills that I've learned in these modules that I've been able to implement in my work has been stakeholder management. It's really valuable to be able to understand how to prioritize different stakeholders and bring that kind of experience from Noble Reach into my work. One really important thing I learned during the Scholars Program is like how much I learn in community. Everyone's got their own passions and unique roles and it's been really meaningful to be able to learn from each and every one of them. After coming to Noble Reach, after reading the Mission Generation, I was able to understand that the impact comes from having diverse experiences and bringing that into, into different areas.
