Well, Kathy's been instrumental in all of our projects. She's, you know, just been hands-on, very high caliber.
The HR team was previously working through processing leave and ADA requests for the IT department in a really manual way, and so our service design team was supposed to make that a little bit more usable and more user-friendly.
Not only did she go through the entire design thinking process But once we came up with a solution, we tested it, and we handed it off to her to develop.
It was really cool to see all of that come together and see all of the service design work combined with the technology work that I was doing.
She brought a freshness, a real freshness to the team. She always said yes to everything, super curious, super smart. My experience with the Noble REACH Fellow, it's an opportunity to elevate what's already happening. My team was elevated, the Fellow was elevated. It's an investment that's worthy, not only for the organization, but for the Fellow.
