1.6.21 - The Ash Cash Show

In this episode of the Ash Cash Show, host Ash Exantus, joined by motivational speakers Eric Thomas, Iyanla Vanzant, T.D. Jakes, and Julian Gordon, delivers a high‑energy motivational broadcast. The show opens with branding and a daily aspiration themed “you versus you,” urging listeners to stop competing with others and focus on internal competition. Ash introduces the idea of a secret “handbook” of success, revealing that the handbook is actually the listener’s own heart and consciousness. The conversation repeatedly emphasizes the power of the spoken word, affirmations, and the “I AM” declaration as a creative force that shapes reality. The hosts link this personal power to God‑consciousness, arguing that speaking negatively about oneself is disrespectful to God because God’s name is “I AM.” They discuss money as stored energy rather than a physical object, encouraging a shift in relationship to wealth. Throughout, they stress personal accountability, rejecting victimhood, and adopting a winner’s mindset through disciplined action, media consumption control, and health awareness. The episode concludes with a call to action to join the “Vault,” celebrate financial literacy pioneer John Hope Bryant, and promote the show’s schedule and community engagement.

Baby, I got too Welcome, welcome to the Ash Cash Show, every Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 9 AM Eastern Standard Time. Tell a friend to tell a friend. Make sure you go to theashcashshow.com, subscribe to the podcast. Go to ashcashtv.com, subscribe to the YouTube channel. You know, salute to all my IG folks, my Facebook folks, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch. We are in the building. Uh, we're gonna start off with daily aspiration. You know what I'm saying? Because today is the you versus you edition. I need y'all to understand, right? I need you to understand that that that there is no competition whatsoever when you in your own lane, right? Slim got strength. Peace and blessings, right? There there is Chef CJL. What up? Um, there is no competition. All right, let's go. So you're a so you're a philosopher. I'm gonna tell you my philosophy.
Yes.
I'm gonna tell you my philosophy because I think oh, I think very deeply.
I think very deeply. I think very deeply.
Yup.
Yup. Got you, Tenacious. Happy Throwback Thursday, my enlightened and illuminated. Welcome to another day and another opportunity to do it better. Today's daily aspiration is dedicated to finding the answers. I was once told that there was a secret handbook that all successful people use in order to be successful. I was told that in order to have access to this handbook, you must be part of a certain inner circle. And I was also told that this handbook had every answer to every problem that ever existed. I did extensive research and have confirmed that this handbook does indeed exist, except 2 things. Number one, the handbook is no secret. And number 2, it's not a handbook. It's you right now. Right now where you stand, you have the answers to every single problem you are facing right now where you stand. You are the only key to success that you need. Your only mission is to tap into your inner circle, cleverly called your heart, and follow it wherever it leads. Stop always looking outside of yourself for the answer. Figure out what you're supposed to be doing and do it, or find out who you're supposed to be and be it. Figure out where you're supposed to be going and go there. It's really that simple, but you insist on fighting with yourself. You insist on fighting with yourself and making everything more complicated. If you keep telling yourself that you're lost and keep asking yourself for directions, then guess what? You will remain lost. Use your inner guide to get you to your destination safely. Stop searching and figure it out. I'll leave you a couple of quotes. First one's by— it's a Zen proverb, and it says, man stands in his own shadow and wonders why it's dark. Hey, I'm gonna say that again, right?
Man—
and when we say man, we mean mankind. Men, women stand in their own shadow and then wonder why it's dark. Oh, big bars. Next one by Joe Cordero, and it says, to question your life, uh, to the question of your life, you are the answer. And to the problem of your life, you are the solution. You are the solution. Last but not least, uh, by George Warren, it says, a man travels the world in search of what He or she needs and returns home to find it. Um, I need you to understand, yo. I need you to understand it's you versus you. Get out, get out, get out of your own shadow. Get out of your own way. It's really not that difficult. It's really not that difficult, right? It's really not that difficult. You are the solution, right? For the, for the, for the problems of your life. You are the solution. Get out of your own way. It's really that simple, right? Stop saying that you lost, because if you if you lost, then then then then once you tell yourself you lost, then you got to be found. You're not lost, right? Your words have power. Your words have power. Keep it simple. Go ahead, Ayala.
Get get ahead.
Get ahead, Miss Ayala. Go ahead, Mr. Yallah, maybe you can say it better.
Keep it simple. Yeah, the truth will cut through all the drama, all the misunderstanding, all the hurt, all the pain, all the memories. Keep it simple. Yeah, I don't care how long you've been with Fifi or Boo Boo, if they leave you, it's not because something's wrong with you. They ain't the one for you. Keep it simple. You got laid off from your job, there's another divine opportunity waiting for you. Keep it simple.
You lost your house, well, in your Father's house There are many mansions.
Just hang around long enough. Keep it simple. The path to greatness: order, vision, trust, faith, and simplicity. Let's clean up our mouths.
Yep.
How we say what we say.
How we say what we say.
Who we say it to. Do you know you can talk yourself into trouble? You can talk yourself into trouble a lot easier than you can talk yourself out of it. But if you become mindful about what you're speaking, it'll be a lot easier to handle some of the things that come up in your life with speaking. Years and years and years ago, I learned a secret. I used to open my pocketbook, my purse. I'd get right down over it and I'd say, fill yourself with divine substance right now.
Oh, you look at all that abundance just pouring down right now.
Oh, I name everything and I speak to everything. My car got a name. I said, Gracie, how you doing this morning? Come on, we going traveling. My house got a name, Villanova, the Big Vision. I'm mindful of my mouth because I know that what comes out of my mouth must be created.
What comes out your mouth must be created.
Here, well, here's a, here's an affirmation: Oh my, I can hardly wait to see the good that's gonna come out of this. No matter what it is.
No matter what it is.
As opposed to using our power to continue to affirm what's wrong, what's broke, what ain't working, what's not happening, how horrible it is. Let's speak life into things. Let's speak life into our children. Let's speak life into our families, into our relationships. I can't tell you the number of people who write me and say, I need you to help me with my crazy family. Why? They your family. I don't even know that kind of crazy you got over there. This is just what I be thinking, and then I bless my head so that that thought will go away. But what if we started saying, wow, I know it looks like Boo Boo, my cousin, is having difficulty right now, but I see a brighter day for you? It's what Emmett Fox called gold keying, where you key something up with the radiant richness of what you want it to be.
What you want it to be.
Affirming it as it is. Yo, stop.
Wait, hold on, let me stop it. Let me stop it real quick. Let me stop it real quick. You know, the, the big— the, the biggest problem, right? The reason why it's you versus you is because the biggest problem is that you keep, you keep listening to other people tell you to keep it real, right? You keep, you keep, you keep listening to people. You keep thinking about imposter syndrome. You keep thinking about people telling you to keep it real. You keep thinking about that stuff. And so You are you are so afraid of what other people think that what you you think keeping it real is affirming what is right now. That's what you think. You care about what other people think, so you think that affirming what it is right now is keeping it real. That is a lie, right?
The lie.
Is affirming what is right now, right?
You—
only thing you need to be affirming is, is what you want to see. That's the only thing you need to affirm, because life and death is in the power of the tongue. And so if you're affirming what it is right now, you're asking for more of what it is right now, period, right? Like, if, if you're affirming what is right now If you feel— you not broke. If you feel broke, there's a difference between feeling broke and being broke. You are not broken. That is a lie. You are not broken. You are not broke. You are not poor. You are not lost. You are none of that. That's a lie. It's a big lie. You are not none of that. You may feel it, right? You may feel it because there are people in your— there's noise in your ears. There's people around you. You may feel it, but you are not that. Use your I am the right way, right? You are not broke. You are not broken. You are not lost. You are not none of that. That is a lie. So as you affirm the lie, that's not keeping it real. Affirm the lie is not keeping it real. You know what's keeping it real? Affirm the I am. Affirm the I am. Affirm the I am. Affirm what you what you really are. You know what I'm saying? The image and likeness of God. That's what you really are. Affirm that.
So we want to clean up our mouths and what we say about each other. Keep it simple. The truth will cut through all the drama, all the misunderstanding, all the hurt, all the pain, all the memories.
Keep it simple. Keep it simple. Because here's what it is. Here's what it is. I can't say this another way. I need you to stay God conscious though, right? I need you to stay God conscious. The reason why you affirming the negative, yo, do you realize? Let me tell you, and this might this might shock some people. This might shock some people. Um, this might uh offend some people, and I don't care. But talking bad about yourself is talking bad about God. Talking bad about yourself is talking bad about God, right? Because God, right? God. What, what, what, what, what is God's name, right? We call God different things, right? Depending on what your religion is. You you might call God different things, right? Jehovah, God, Allah, Buddha, right? Depending on what your religion is, you might be calling God a different thing, right? But it's still it's still all God, right? But God's name is what? God's name is I Am.
Uh oh, uh oh.
God's name is I Am. And so, if if you talk bad about yourself, you are disrespecting God. You're not God conscious, right? Anything after I am, if it doesn't represent who God is, then you are disrespecting God. I need you to be God conscious.
God must become. God must become personal to you. Jesus must become personal.
Personal.
Now watch me blow your mind. Watch it. I'm going to bring it even more closer.
Yep.
God must become personalized in me. Yep. Through me. Through me and as me.
Huh?
And you see, this is what makes and made Jesus Christ what Jesus Christ is as a person.
Yep.
The fact that Jesus was so God-conscious.
Jesus was God-conscious.
That God became personal. God became personal.
Yep.
In Jesus.
Yep.
Through Jesus and as Jesus. Oh yes.
Uh-oh.
Jesus became and was so conscious of God.
So conscious of God.
Jesus spoke.
God spoke. Oh, don't miss that.
Leave that on the shores of—
don't miss that. When Jesus spoke, God spoke.
If you put that 2,000 years ago and leave it there, you missed the point.
Missed the point.
Jesus tell his disciples are the disciplines of his mind. Look, I teach the faculties of his mind. The works that I do, the work that I do, maybe— nope, you'll do— nope, no, no, the work that I do shall be— shall you do also. Do the same works that the master did. Yeah, you must have the master, you must have the master mind, you must have the master consciousness, you must Have the master power, and you see this is the whole idea of Jesus and the twelve disciples. You must give to every one of the aspects of your mind the master power.
The master power.
Let me hear every one of you say, "I have the." I have the master power of God in me. This is what made Jesus the master.
Yep.
He had the master power.
He had the master power.
These titles are not just titles that you can pin on you. You must get these titles in consciousness. That's why I'm glad for those of you who are talking about certificates. I'd like for you to have your certificates and your credits, but realize that all of your real credit is in consciousness and what you do with it. Some people are more desirous of the title Reverend than they are of the consciousness which alone can make you Reverend, a practitioner. Ladies and gentlemen, only the consciousness of a thing can make you that thing.
Can make you that thing.
No man can say that Jesus is the Christ except by the Holy Ghost, except by the Holy Spirit. You must have the spirit of whatever you want to be. So then Jesus is the God-conscious mind in man, that within you that knows who and what you are in And who and what God is in you. That's Jesus. And this must become your personal Savior.
That must become your personal Savior.
Personal to you.
You must personalize it just like Jesus did.
Yep.
I got news for you. The only difference—
The only difference—
Between Jesus—
Between Jesus—
And any other person—
And other person—
Is purely consciousness.
Consciousness.
Jesus is God's Son, and Jesus knows that. And the only difference between the average person and Jesus is that a man is God's Son, but man doesn't know it. Yeah, this is why again Jesus said, you shall know that you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. The truth that you are the Son of God, that sets you free from the belief That you are a son of a gun, and it sets you free from all that sons of guns are heir to.
I hear you.
The truth of you is that you are the Son of God. You're a child of God. And you see, when you are born again, you are born into this mind, you're born into this consciousness, you're born out of humanity into divinity. So this is Jesus. I I told you before, and it's worth repeating, when I say Jesus, I mean something so far beyond what the average person is thinking about. When I say money, I'm talking about something infinitely beyond what the average person is even thinking about. People think I'm just talking about dollars and dollars alone, but I'm talking about the one thing that is everything, which we call consciousness is. Because again, a part of our definition of Jesus says that Jesus is the one, everyone who knows I Am.
I Am.
Because in the scripture, I Am says I Am. I Am God. I Am God beside me.
Beside me.
And I'm—
wait, hold on.
Again and again and again. Hold on.
What the— what the scriptures say— what—
don't argue with me.
What the scriptures say? What the scriptures say? The scriptures say, I am God, greatness on display. And but and besides me there is who? What the scriptures say?
Which we call conscience.
Hold on, let me bring that back.
Because again, a part of our definition of Jesus.
Wait, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, Ike. Hold on, Ike. Hold on, Ike. Because I because I think I think some people were sleeping. I think some people were sleeping. I don't think, I don't think they, I don't think some people, some people heard this. I think some people were sleeping. I think some people were, were, were on, on Instagram, you know what I'm saying? I think that they were, they were listening. They were, they were half listening. I don't think, I don't think, I don't think people were listening totally. Hold on. Right now you're talking and tuned in. Wait, that's not it. That's not what I want. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. I gotta rewind it. I gotta bring it back the right way. Because I, because I know, I know, I know some people were half listening. Hold on, hold on. Liquid means rewind, gunshot means forward.
You requested it, so we rewind. Reggae and motivation combined, that's inspiration on another level.
Mind Right Radio, elevate your mind. Jesus must become personal to me. Now watch me blow your mind. I'm going to bring it even more closely. God must become personalized in me, through me, and as me.
As me.
And you see, this is what you versus you makes and made Jesus Christ what Jesus Christ is as a person. The fact that Jesus was so God-conscious That God became personal and personalized in Jesus, through Jesus, and as Jesus. Oh yes, Jesus became and was so conscious of God that when Jesus spoke, God spoke. But if you leave that on the shores of Galilee, you've missed the point.
Missed the point.
If you put that 2,000 years ago and leave it there, you've missed the Because what did Jesus tell his disciples? Ah, the disciplines of his mind. What did he teach the faculties of his mind? Truth.

When I say money, I'm talking about something infinitely beyond what the average person is even thinking about. People think I'm just talking about dollars and dollars alone, but I'm talking about the one thing that is everything. Which we call consciousness here. Because again, a part of our definition of Jesus says that Jesus is the one, everyone who knows I am.
I am.
Because in the scripture, I am says I am God.
I am God. And besides me, there's no one else.
Give you this again and again and again and again and again and again until you decide who I am awareness of being. Just stop and think about that and feel that for a moment. You are announcing your awareness of being.
You're saying that you am.
Bad grammar but good meaning. I am aware. This statement unmasks God. This statement is the unmasking In the scriptures, God is hidden behind many masks, as it were. And to those who do not have spiritual discernment, you see, God is hidden behind the personality of Jesus Christ, whereas the truth is Jesus Christ is to be the revelation of God. Every man is to be the revelation of God. You are here to be the revelation.
You are here to be the revelation of God.
I am here. I am.
I am here to reveal God. God.
Because I want to make this clear also that these are training sessions as well.
I am here to reveal God.
It's going to heal you. It's going to enrich you. It's going to solve your problems.
That hit different. I am here to reveal God.
I am here to reveal God's perfect good.
I am here.
I am says I am God. The awareness of being is God. Why? Because I am creates everything.
Yep.
Everything that I say that I am, everything I say that I am, everything that I think that I am, everything that I believe, everything I believe that I am, everything that I feel, everything I feel that I am, I become.
I become.
But until I add something to I am, I am just a great big infinite am.
Yep.
So if I want to be something, I must work with I am. I must add something to I am. This time I'm going to add healthy to I am. Let me hear everybody say, I am healthy.
I am healthy.
Now you see, I am is God, and when you become aware of being something with your awareness of being God, I am, creates it and brings it to pass. This is why again the scripture tells us, let the weak—
let the weak say what? I am strong. Let the weak say I am strong.
Why?
Because whatever you add to whatever you are, you become. I am created.
I am created.
It's so simple that it's profound. But this statement again, what does it do? It Unmasking of God.
Unmasking of God.
I don't want you to forget that. This statement is the unmasking of God. I can add so many things to I am. We can add rich to I am, but remember, we must— I am rich. Be sure—
I am wealthy.
We are not adding to I am subjectively. We must feel it.
We must feel it.
Believe it. Subjective reality always becomes objective reality. Subjective reality always becomes objective realities. Subjective reality always creates and becomes objective reality. Whatever I say I am in my feeling, in my gut, in my heart, in my mind, whatever I say I am, I am.
I am.
I am-ness creates that.
It creates it.
I am-ness.
I am-ness creates it.
Why?
Because I am God.
I am God.
I am is the making power, and that mind in you which knows I am is Jesus. I don't care how dumb you think you are, there is a mind in you that knows. I don't care how poor you think you are, there is a reality in you that is infinitely rich. I don't care how weak you think you are, there's a reality in you that is infinitely powerful. There is that in you which is aware of God, infinite good, perfect good. Whatever you add to this I Am-ness of your being—
Nothing without it.
And the mind in you that knows this is Jesus.
Yep.
And we hear the Master Jesus repeating this over and over again.
I Am I am the resurrection.
I am the life. I am the bread of life.
I am.
And the ascended Jesus says, I am the root and the offspring. I am the light. I am the way, says the mastermind. Meaning what? Awareness of being is the way to be whatever you want to be.
Wait, hold on, let me stop that. Awareness of being is how you be what you want to be. Awareness, right? Awareness. Um, and so you only get what you feel, what you see, what you are aware of, right? And so if the awareness— the awareness of health, right? The awareness of wealth. Poverty is a lie, right? Those who live in poverty, there's awareness of that poverty. And so, it takes a strong mind to be aware of the abundance that's your birthright. Sickness is a lie, right. Sickness is a lie. It's the awareness of that sickness, right. It's the awareness of that sickness that makes you sick. But if you are aware of wealth, if you're aware of health, if you are the awareness of being healthy, Will give you help, right? Think think think about yo I promise you I do not watch television. I can't I'm gonna keep saying that over and over again. I do not watch television. All sickness is a lie. All sickness, disease, all sickness is a lie. I do not watch television while while while everybody else. Is getting sick is because they are aware of sickness. Anytime I've ever gotten sick is because I was aware of sickness, or, or everything. Anytime that I have ever gotten sick, it was because I was aware of it. I watched somebody else, somebody else was telling me about all that. But focus on health and see what happens. Don't, don't take my word for it. Do not take my word for it. Focus on health and see what happens to your life. Focus on, on, on wealth. See what happens to your life. See what happens when you focus on wealth. See what happens when only thing you watch is abundance. See what happens when only thing that you put, you surround yourself is, is with people who are abundant, right? Television shows, whatever, whatever. Go to open houses, you know, see what happens. Just do it. Just see what happens. See what happens when you, when you tell, when you tell poverty to part in my back. See what happens when you be like, you'll part my back. I don't even I don't even see you. I don't even want to see you.
I don't even—
I don't want to talk about you. I, I don't even want to discuss you. I don't even— yo, I don't want to discuss you because it disgusts you. That's a bar. I just made that up, right? I don't even want to discuss you because you disgust me. That's a bar. Y'all should have been a rapper. That's a bar. It's not a bar. That's a bar, yo. I don't even want to discuss nothing that that that I don't want to be aware of. I I am aware of health. I am a I am aware of health. I am aware of wealth. I am aware of abundance because abundance is my birthright. I am aware of those things. I don't under I don't understand nothing else. I don't understand nothing else. All of that is a lie. All of that is a lie, right? All of that is a lie. Hold on real quick, real quick, TD, because that— because people don't realize I'm running out of time.
Yep.
What are you gonna do with the time you have left?
What are you gonna do with the time you got left?
That if you don't reposition yourself, you could miss the best time.
You're gonna miss the best time in this season. I need you to be aware.
Be aware.
Change the way you think. We have got to change We have got to change the way we deal with issues. And the reason that you have to begin to reposition the way you think and the way you function and the way you feel is that we many times are stuck between the lines of limited thinking and limited people and limited ideas and limited philosophies. And there's something creative down inside of you saying, let there be.
Let there be. Let there be—
You need to walk into a situation where you've been locked up and tied up and tangled up and say, let there be light, let there be healing, let there be books, let there be change in this city. You have tried 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 different things. Each you worked on 9 90 days or so and then said it doesn't work. How can you be a leader with a 90-day test? Of course it didn't work. You didn't stick to it long enough. You didn't fight hard enough. You didn't do what it took to win. And rather than correct it and get it right, you walked away from it and tried something else. And for the last 10, 15 years of your life, you've been on the run from One thing to the next thing to the next thing, trying to make all this stuff work. Stop it! Stand still! You have to have the courage to live with the pressure and the criticism. New levels bring new levels.
New levels bring new devils.
You have to be tough to be able to stand it.
You gotta be tough.
It's tougher keeping your kids encouraged. while you secretly worried to death yourself. Is it tough getting ready for a birthday and don't have a birthday gift? Is it tough about being able to get the light bill paid and the water bill paid?
It's tough.
But what do we do with these moments? Do we just have them and go back home and wait for the next one, almost like junkies getting a fix or smokers smoking a cigarette? Are we just habitually addicted to moments without being able to take that moment And use it strategically to do something in our lives. You do not have to accept it the way it is. Somewhere down inside of you, there is creativity. We got to break out of the barriers and the limitations and get outside of the box. Something is about to happen in your life. You've got to take it one day at a time, and when you get to the end of the day, you say, I'm not finished, but I've done everything that I could do.
I've done everything that I could do. For that day, for that time, for that season.
Your season is shifting.
Your season is shifting.
You're able to do now in a way that you have never been able to do it before. You haven't sung your best song.
You haven't sung your best song.
You haven't crossed the greatest spot. You haven't written down your greatest idea. You haven't framed your best frame. Maybe you have laughed your best laugh. You haven't had your greatest day yet.
It's somewhere inside of you.
You're a miracle.
You're a miracle waiting to happen.
You have got all kinds of things.
Storm, what up? My brother Storm in the building. Like this, the time is up. The stage is set.
Conditions are in order.
Yep.
Something awesome is about to happen.
Don't let anybody tell you.
Yep.
Don't let anybody tell you you're too old. Don't let anybody tell you you're finished. Every day you wake up in the morning, it's a sign.
It's a sign.
The best is yet to come.
This is my moment.
This is your moment. It's your moment. This is your moment.
The mind is about—
The mind is a battlefield. The fight is in your mind. Are you ready for the next level? The fight is in your mind. Hey yo, the fight is in your mind.
If you change your mind, you change your life.
Hey yo, the fight is in your mind. That's it. You don't need to know nothing else. The fight is in your mind.
More than humanly possible.
Elevation on another level. The fight is in your mind. But listen, you know why the fight is in your mind? We gonna, we gonna, we gonna end off with this because you owe you. You owe you.
It's you versus you. You owe you.
You owe you.
You can't make me want what I don't want. You can't dangle something in front of my face that I don't want that.
Yep.
And many of you are taking anything because you don't know what you want. And so if I can do one thing for you when you leave this room, I don't want nothing. What do you want in your marriage? What do you want with your son and your daughter? What do you want in your health? What do you want financially? Like, how much money do you want to make a year? What do you want to drive? How do you want to live? Stop just waking up like an accident. What do you want?
What do you want?
And once you find out what you want, spend the rest of your natural life waking up and going after it. The reason Why do you speak with so, so much authority? Because I'm talking about my life, not something that I read. I ate out of trash cans.
I had no business eating out of trash cans.
I lived in abandoned buildings. I had no business living in abandoned buildings. But E.T., your daddy wasn't in your life. Your mom was a teenage mother. Do you grew up— come on, look at yourself.
That's not an excuse.
There is no excuse for not living up to your fullest potential. No excuse. I told you, I didn't get a new daddy. I didn't get a new mama. What changed?
I changed.
And I stopped being a victim. I stopped saying I've got to wait for good things to happen to me. And I said, I'm gonna grind. I'm going to fight. I'm going to work. I'm going to press toward. I'm going to learn. I'm going to do everything in my—
Everything in my power. Every day.
I'm going to do everything in my power to become a victor and not a victim. Now let me say this before I move forward, and I can't explain it, but you better feel me. Winners win and losers lose. I can't explain it any better than that. I don't know how it happens, but winners win. And if you create a culture of losing, if you keep being a victim, if you keep letting losing happen to you, if you keep letting People do you and treat you any kind of way, it's gonna become a culture. I can't explain it to you, but you better stop making excuses.
Stop making excuses.
Once you start winning, you go from $1,500 to $3,000 to $5,000 to $7,000. You remember, see, from $7,000 to $10,000, nothing changed. We still in the basement. We don't have a building. We still use the garage for all of our products. We don't have business cards. We don't have a 5-year plan. We don't have a 3-year plan. How do you do it? Did you even wake up and grind?
Wake up and grind.
Win. I focus more on winning than I focus on structure. I focus on winning. And when you become a winner, they start seeing you as a winner. You get from being a loser low self-esteem, doubt, and fear. You can find your way on this side. You want— you know what's so funny? We want people to make guarantees to us, but we're not willing to make guarantees to ourselves. I'm gonna say it again. Like, you— somebody gave you a guarantee, $30, 30-day guarantee. In 30 days, if you don't make what they told you you're gonna make in 30 days, you got an attitude, you want your money back. But you've never demanded your money back from yourself. You've never looked at yourself You let you down. Until you get to that point, you let you down. You've never— you're not brave enough. You want to put it on somebody else. The reason why I'm not successful is because of my boss. Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and said, I'm not getting up on time, I'm not going to work on time, I'm not putting in 120% when I'm at work, I let me down? And when you get to the point where you can say you let you down, I don't care.
Listen to me, no disrespect.
Respect.
I don't care about Glenn. That's not why I do what I do. And I love Glenn. I don't come here and do what I do so Glenn can affirm me, so he can give me a pat on my back. I care more about me than I care about what Glenn thinks about me. I have standards.
I have value.
I don't care how much you pay me. If I speak at an elementary school for $300, I chose to do that for $300. If I chose to speak at a prison for free, I chose to do that. And I will not I'm going there giving those prisoners less than what somebody pays me $100,000.
Why?
Because I value myself enough to give 120%. Or don't do it. That's the problem with some of you. You always want to blame other people. You always want to— you want to hold other people to the fire, but you're not holding yourself to the fire. You just said you're giving 50%. You owe you an explanation.
You owe you an explanation.
You need to look at yourself in the mirror and say, why are you only You only giving 50%? giving 50%. What's wrong with you? You need to put yourself on punishment. You need to tell you no more TV, no more snacks, no more desserts, no more— no, we working out now. No, no more alcohol. Not right now. Not— no, I can't handle it right now. You need to tell you that you owe you something. Stop going back to— you keep going to the mall with the receipt. This is what y'all said it was. You didn't do what you said you was gonna do. Well, you didn't do what you said You you was gonna do. were supposed to do, so how am I gonna do what I'm supposed to do for you? You walk out of this room. You owe yourself. I didn't get here making excuses.
We didn't get here making excuses.
You can't make me want what I don't want.
You can't make me want what I don't want. Hey yo, you owe you. Hey yo, you owe you. You owe you. You owe you. You owe you explanation. Know what I'm saying? Hold on. Where's Julian? Yo, wait, hold on. You requested it. Wait, hold on. We gonna. It's a bonus because you know, you know, you know. I'm old. I'm.
Click wood means rewind.
Gunshot means forward. You requested it, so we rewind. Reggae and motivation combined, that's inspiration on another level.
Mind Right Radio, elevate your mind to elevate your life. Bonus, bonus, bonus, bonus, bonus. You and—
uh-oh.
Yeah, yeah, what's good everybody?
I hope you're well, having a great, great day and a great evening. Happy to be here.
Um, my name is Julian Gordon, JG, on social media as Mr.
Multifamily.
And so look, um, I don't have a $100 bill with me right now, but, um, guess what? It is 75% cotton.
People don't even realize that they still out here picking cotton. Still out here picking cotton.
They still pick the cotton.
They go, they go every single day and they get 100 bales of cotton, and then they give it to their master, and then the master gives them a little bit of cotton to take home. And so this is actually worthless. This piece of paper is actually worthless. It's no longer backed by gold or anything like that. It has no inherent value. You can't eat it, you can't drink it, it can't keep you warm, you can't make love to it, you can't talk to it. It has no inherent value whatsoever. This thing called money, right, is just stored energy. That's what I want everybody to take away. This is stored energy. When you start to see this as stored energy, it'll change your relationship.
Change your relationship.
Ask yourself, would you rather have a $100 bill, or would you rather have wealth consciousness? What's more valuable to you? But it's not just about money, it's about manifestation in your mind. And we talk about money as being One of the things that you learn how to manifest with more ease in your life.
