10.02.20- The Ash Cash Show

In this live‑stream episode of The Ash Cash Show, host Ash Exantus delivers his regular "Freestyle Friday" segment, mixing personal updates, audience interaction, and financial education. He promotes his new ebook "Passive Income From Books" and the Mailbox Money Academy, shares details about his recent detox, migraine, and homeschooling schedule, and acknowledges his family’s support. The bulk of the show consists of answering live chat questions, covering topics such as the differences between whole‑life and term life insurance (including declining‑term strategies), the pros and cons of ETFs versus index funds, automated savings methods, and recommended personal‑development books. Ash also discusses a community‑wealth idea of giving local youth equity in neighborhood businesses, comments on President Trump’s COVID diagnosis and its potential market impact, and repeatedly encourages viewers to follow his podcast, YouTube channel, and merch sites. The tone is conversational, energetic, and promotional, with occasional personal vulnerability.

Uh, it is a, it is a, it is a, a Friday, uh, Freestyle Friday as we like to call it. Um, you know, I was, I was, I was talking to the studio audience, so fast shout, um, fast shout to my, my YouTube people, uh, my Facebook folks. Well, let me just make sure we good. All right, we good right there. All right, so fash out the YouTube, fash out the Facebooks, fash out the Twitter, Twitch, Periscope. We all in the building. I was telling folks earlier, or I was telling IG— What up on Facebook? I was telling my studio audience on IG earlier that I'm surprised that I'm like up and— well, not that I'm up, that I don't look crazy. Because I just dropped a new ebook. Oh, I'm gonna pin that, passiveincomefrombooks.com. So let me pin that so y'all know it. www.passiveincomefrombooks.com. Right, so so go to go to um go to www.passiveincomefrombooks.com. I just dropped a new ebook. I'm talking my talk. I'm giving y'all all a wait on for a second. www.passiveincomefrombooks.com. And so I was I was just telling everybody right. I was telling I was telling my folks on IG. That I'm surprised that I, that I, that I don't look too crazy, right? Because I got a lot going on. So yesterday I knew the, I knew the project was dropping. And so, you know, after the show I was like, yo, I'm talking about I did not— I did like 15 hours, 16 hours straight of just like going, you know what I mean? Just going in. You know, I gave y'all a lot of energy yesterday, and I was detoxing, right? So yeah, so so the one thing I didn't tell y'all is that I started detoxing. Remember, I was saying the last ten days of September, but like six days into it, the weekend hit. I was you know I went bike riding with the family. You know I mean, like like that that was the end of that. That was the end of the detox. Let me just tell you that, right? And so I decided that I'm like, all right, you know what? I'm a I'm a I'm a ride out. You know, I'm just going to, you know, do it again. I'm going to start at the first, you know what I'm saying, the first of the month. So, I started yesterday. So, out of all the energy I gave you all yesterday, right. Cousin, my cousin Sabine on a check-in on Facebook. So, out of all of the energy that I gave you all yesterday, then I was working. I didn't even get to do homeschooling yesterday. I'll tell you, I'll be honest. Uh, and then I had a mastermind at 9 PM and we went in for like an hour and a half or hour and 40 minutes. I think we got off at like 10:40. Then I still had to stay up and, and, and, you know what I mean? Um, my head hurt right now. Like I got the stupid migraine. Like, like right now as I'm talking to y'all, my, my head is like boom boom boom boom. Um, but I made the commitment, you know what I'm saying? So I knew that regardless I was going to be here to, to, to give y'all this work. And I just thought I was going to look crazier though. And so, Karen, you know, fashion out there, it might be the water. I'm, you know, like, you know what I'm saying? I got my gallon of water. It might be the water, but I feel, you know what I'm saying? Like, I don't feel as crazy as I thought I would feel, you know what I'm saying? Maybe that's what it is though too. A lot of times when you sleep, because you eating, your body is trying to digest the food and it's working or whatever. But because I have— I mean, I, you know, you know, fruits and vegetables or whatever. So, you know, like, you know, the body is, is, is resting, I guess. So, um, but yeah, all right, uh, salute, salute. So this is Freestyle Friday. Uh, let me know what y'all want to talk about. Um, I got some questions. I got mad questions already, so I'm about to jump in and get those questions. Can we talk about life insurance? Yeah, we could do life insurance. Just tell me, uh, tell me what you want to talk about. And let's go there. D Amazing, you know what I mean? Fast shout out to my big sis, D Amazing. She is officially a Mailbox Money millionaire. So salute to my sis. So she down with the crew. So we're looking for you. Yo, the biggest thing that I look forward to in Mailbox Money Academy is the success of the people in the group so I could talk my ish. It's one thing to talk ish about myself, which I really don't like to do because like I said, like, it's like a lot of the success that I've gotten is not really for me. You know what I'm saying? Like, I'm just blessed to be a blessing. But when I'm able to talk ish on somebody else, like, to know like, yo, like, I get to celebrate people, like, that feels better. So, fast shout out to D, looking forward to, you know, Uh, celebrating you. Uh, you're the king of the castle. Uh, they eat their way, uh, during the week and your way on the weekend. Um, I wish, I, I wish, Virtuous Beauty. That sounds good. That sounds good on paper. That's, that's, that's, that sounds good. That sounds good in the comments. I, I wish I would fix my face. See, the thing, the thing about, the thing about this is like, first and foremost, My wife is from Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. And so if you know, you know, like that, that, that ain't happening, right? First and foremost, my wife is from Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. And so that whole king of the castle thing, like that, that's not happening. Like, I like, you know what I'm saying? Like, like she, and to be honest though, to be 100% though, she definitely tried to support me. You know what I'm saying? Like in the beginning when I was like, yo, I'm doing a detox, she did it. She started too as well. But then she was like, she good, you know what I'm saying? Like, like, like, you know, she got rid of all her baby fat. I still got my baby fat, you know what I'm saying? So she like, no, I'm good. So she didn't— she, she started, but, but she didn't, you know, she, she didn't do it. Um, she says she's gonna do it again, but, you know, um, so to be all fairness, but also like, um, as far as our children go, like, we kind of run a, um, you know, we kind of run it in a way where we not like the tell you what to do type of parents, you know what I'm saying? Because it's like, you know, we feel like, you know, our kids are going to be older more than they're going to be younger. And so, we don't, you know, we kind of give them freedom. So, we don't like tell them what to do and, you know, it's my way or the highway kind of thing, you know what I'm saying? So, my daughter at 12, there's no way I'm telling like, You know how many times we've gone, you know, we've done like a vegan type diet and was like, yo, fam, meaning my daughter, you got to eat better, you got to eat better. And she still orders her Wendy's, you know what I'm saying? Like, because she got her own money though too. So, it's like, I can't pick and choose, right. I can't be like, yo, make your own money so you can do your own thing and then still control what she do, you know what I'm saying. So, Virtuous, I hear you. I appreciate you. Yes, that should be the case, um, but it's a little different. It's a little different. I'm gonna be 100%. I ain't gonna see— I ain't gonna even sit here and, uh, and stunt on you. Um, Shoe Solutions says eBay. Yeah, so yeah, so Shoe Solutions 6 has an eBay store and wants to do a giveaway. Um, yeah, y'all could go follow Shoe Solutions and, and, and check out the link in their bio. But yeah, let me check out, let me check it out. Says when I detox, it is definitely easier when my wife does it with me. Nah, big facts. Like, I'm pretty sure, you know what I'm saying, you're going to need that. Ash, you can have all power. I did it for 20 days and I didn't eat any fruits or vegetables, just smoothie and water. Whoa, that's— That's different, spoiled brat. That's different. And that— yo, I'll be ripped though. Like, if I did that, that's like— that's the 50 Cent— yo, that's the 50 Cent got shot 9 times, only could drink out of a straw diet. Like, I'm about to— that's different. Yo, I'll be ripped, ripped in, yo, 20 days of that. I don't know, because yeah, we about to, you know, we about to go out the country In November, so that might be, that might be. I don't know. That's different though. That's that's willpower. Billionaire Mind says I need a mentor. Yo, Mailbox Money Academy, we in there. Join join you know me apply join join mailboxmoneyacademy.com join the crew. You'll get you'll get you'll get more than one mentor. You'll get a few. How However you want to do it. Um, Jamie Jordan, what up Jamie? Bricklayers in the building, salute, salute, salute. Uh, Bill, uh, Billionaire, join Mailbox Money. Stevenson, what up, what up? Uh, thanks again, congratulations you got that book out there. Yeah, nah, nah, I did. Um, and it's, you know what I'm saying, like, like down to the wire, you know what I'm saying? So salute. Mobile Office, what up my guy? Vaughn in the building. Oh, what's that? I got a— I got 1K. Yo, where's that I got 1K for every bump on your face energy? I— yo, I gave y'all that yesterday. I— yo, I'm— yo, I'm powering through right now. I'mma just tell y'all that, like, through the grace of God, this is— this is— this is— this is the second win right here. I still got it. But look, look, I'm still happy though. Like I said, I still got, you know, I feel like— because, you know, I'm watching myself on IG Live And so, I feel like, I feel like my— you know, like I don't look crazy, you know what I'm saying? The Real Mar, you are my inspiration, read a lot of your books. Luke, I appreciate you, King. Thank you so much. I appreciate you. That's that winning energy of completion keeping you going. That's a big fact though. Like, I don't even understand. Like, I promise you, like, I mean, you know, call me crazy, but strangely I love the odds, you know what I'm saying? Like, I've always, you know, I mean, like, I've always been a competitor, you know. So I feel like, um, I feel like, yeah, I feel like I've always been a competitor, you know what I'm saying. So I'm always, um, you know, I'm always up for, for, for— I was gonna say challenges, but I want to get that out my head. I'm always up for, uh, you know, I don't know, whatever, you know what I'm saying. Because my brain— uh, good morning, God Jazzy in the building. Uh, I love those nights when I grind until the morning alone, but I hate the next day. That's what I'm saying. Like, I literally, huh, like, I, like, I can't go 2 days without doing homeschooling, so I literally need a nap after this, but I gotta homeschool. So after, after this, I'm gonna jump off, do the, do the, um, homeschooling, and then, and then we good. Young Face is smiling. Of course the educator is going to say what, no teaching? Of course that's what the educator is going to say. Yeah, I'm going to double up. And that's the great thing about the flexibility of homeschooling is that I could double up. We appreciate your dedication. Nah, thank you. You know what I'm saying? Like, it just is what it is. You know what I'm saying? Like, heavy is the head that wear the crown. Billionaire Mind said Jordan played with the flu in the playoffs. That's cute. But I need that heart. I hear you, fam. I hear you. And you all— and you— and you got the all caps though. Uh, Living Wiser says you don't look how you feel. Nah, it's dope though. That's what— that's why I'm happy though. I'm happy that I don't. I'm happy that I don't look like how I feel because like I said, my, my, my, uh, my head is pulsating right now. Uh, but it's all good. Um, you know I'm staying away from that. All right, so Young Poppy says whole life versus term. Um, all right, so I'll give you all the quick rundown, right? So life insurance, um, is, you know, you have 2 types of life insurance, right? You have whole life, which does what it says, it covers you for your whole life. Um, and then you have term, which does what it says, which is it covers you for a term. Because whole life covers you for your whole life, it's most of the times— I don't know any other times, but most of the times it's more expensive than term. With whole life, you grow a cash value, and so there's possibilities that as you're putting money into the whole life policy, You could borrow from it, you could use it, you could take loans and things of that nature. You know, if you— you know, the cash value could be, you know, could be taken out. You know, there's things that you could do because that value accumulates. A term— it's like a term life insurance is almost like car insurance, right? Like, you know how like car insurance You pay car insurance every month, and if you don't get into an accident, you don't— you're not— you know, you don't never get the money back. You don't get paid out nothing, right? So similar to term, um, is that if you— if you get term and you never die, or you don't die, uh, within the term that you have, then the money that you— that you were protected, uh, the money that you spent, you don't ever see that back. That's not a bad thing though, you know what I'm saying? Because we don't— you know, homeowners insurance is the same thing. Car insurance is the same thing. So, term life insurance is not bad. Like, you know, I know people, you know, if you're young enough, you could spend $30 a month and get $1 million in coverage, you know what I'm saying? And so, term is actually a good thing because it's one of the things that allow you to, you know, create an immediate estate, right? And so, You know, in fact, I always tell people when you first starting out, it may be in your best interest to get term life insurance just to make sure that you create an immediate estate so that if God forbid something happens to you, you know, you have an untimely demise, then your family's taken care of. Whole life, you know, and it's okay to have both. So you don't have to choose because there's a lot of agents out there, a lot of people who like kind of just do the one, like, oh, you know, one is better than the other. I think you can have both, you know what I'm saying? Like, you can have a term life insurance policy, and then you could have a whole life policy. A good idea, like, let's say you got a mortgage, and your mortgage is— so there's what's called declining term. So, I would, you know, I think a great idea is to take out a life insurance policy on you and your spouse or whoever has the home, do a declining term, right? So that means, let's say if you got a $200,000 mortgage, do a declining term for $200,000, right? So now, you know, as the— you know, as you pay down the mortgage, the amount of the life insurance goes down as well. And then if anything happens within that 30 years or 15 years or 20 years of your mortgage term, then at least, you know, your loved one's not you know, not left carrying the bag of having to, you know, pay for that mortgage, you know what I'm saying? So, there's different uses of mortgages— I mean, of life insurance. Whole life covers you for your whole life, term covers you for a term. Whole life is usually more expensive. Yeah, that's like a high overview. Anybody interested in life insurance, go to mindrightinsurance.com, fill out the questionnaire, and then we'll get back to you. Or you can hit the link in my bio, and that's that. Trump and Melania got the RORO. Prayers, prayers to Trump and Melania. Staying away from that. I mean, I'm not staying away from that. Prayers, like prayers to them. Like, I don't wish nothing. I don't wish nothing on nobody. There's There is no person on this planet— there's nothing anybody could do on this planet that'll make me wish harm on them. You know what I'm saying? Unless you touch one of mines or anything on earth, I would destroy anything you touch. Except if— except if you touch me or mine. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's different. You know what I'm saying? Uh, I'm not nonviolent. I'll just tell you that. I do, I, I do, you know, I'm peaceful, but I will protect myself by all means, by any, by any means with that thing that Michael popped in the picture. So I don't, I don't wish, I don't wish, uh, I don't wish, uh, anything on anybody unless, unless, unless you touch one of my— touch one of mine or anything on Earth. Hold on. So, um, so pray, you know, pray, pray, prayers for the president and his wife. Um, Trump's diagnosis. Um, uh, your girl Ashley Ash, what up Ashley Ash? Um, yeah, nah, definitely praying for them. Um, Trump has COVID. Uh, did you see the new video that Jay-Z and Pharrell made called Entrepreneur? Where you was at, Styles? Where you was at, Styles? Yo, I— yo, were you, were you on here that day? Yo, yo, me and— we rapped the whole verse for Entrepreneur. It's, it's, it like, like, that's, that's— I've, I've implemented that song, uh, in homeschooling with my son. My son knows the verses, you know what I'm saying? And, and we actually, we actually, uh, I think it was Monday. It had to be Monday, Styles. You probably wasn't in. But it was Monday, I think we talked about it, you know what I mean? Um, I'm looking— yeah, I'm looking forward to it as well. Salute, salute, D. Uh, it's a process. Queen said nah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, nah, it's different, it's different, it's, it's different, you know what I'm saying? I Am Davidson's, what up? Bricklayer in the building. Ah, yo, it's funny I can't yell because like anytime I yell my, my head hurts, so my fault, y'all. However long you do it, uh, better than not. Uh, look at it as building your health. Nah, that's a big fact. That's how I'm looking at it for sure. Um, because health is wealth, so you know what I'm saying? So, um, looking forward, uh, to you and the First Lady doing a show on insurance. Yeah, yeah, we— yeah, we're going— we gotta do that. Yeah, we gotta— we gotta do that. Um, we gotta do a live. Uh, we'll do— we'll do a— we'll do an IG Live soon. We'll definitely do that soon. Uh, she like, nah, I'm good, I want Wendy's. That's a big fact. Uh, that's not— that's that detox detox, man. Uh, nah, word, that— yo, yo, you talking— yeah, you talking about that, that, uh, that spoiled brat 20 days no, no, no solid food detox. That's different, you know what I'm saying? Um, yeah, got the book out, you know what I'm saying? Fast shout out to that. Uh, she did it for 20 days. Oh no, so, so yeah, so this don't say Lakers though, this say Moneymakers, you know what I'm saying? This is my, this is my, my Moneymakers merch, you know what I'm saying? Uh, ashcashmerch.com. Um, says you probably need to eat. I probably do, but I got to give my body a rest though, you know what I'm saying? Uh, gallon of water gang, you know what I'm saying? So yeah, we in the building. Excuse me, I'm, I'm a little slow on the, um, on the comments right now. I'm gonna get through the comments and I'm gonna answer the questions. Uh, I was up at 3 and tapped into your book, book Mind Right. Uh, dope. Love the fact that I got it on ebook and I can get, uh, I can get to save all the jewels you drop. Nah, salute, Sin. I appreciate you. Sin Jewel in the building. What up? Uh, instead of challenges, maybe use the word progress or progression. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think I'm gonna do that. For real, bro, I want, I want you to check out what I was saying, um, uh, in the questions. It's the answer. All right, I'm gonna check it out right now. Uh, will you be offering any other events or webinars this year? Um, I mean, I do, I mean, I do a lot of lives. I'm gonna do a lot of lives. I'm gonna do a lot. Yeah, I'm definitely, definitely, I'll definitely do, uh, lives, webinars, and all that stuff. Yeah, I'll definitely do those. So stay tuned. Um, You only get 1.5 return on your money for whole. Uh, it depends though because they got different types. But yeah, Relly here in the building. I'm working on getting insurance now. Yeah, salute, salute, salute to Relly in the building. Um, I'm with Charlemagne, the God's theory. Uh, MJ the Soul, tell me what that is. I don't know what that is. Tell me what that is. Teach my kids, Mama Bear. Congratulations on your new book. Nah, thank you so much. I appreciate you, Harlem Hands. Oh, haha. I'm not, I'm not, I'm not nonviolent. I'm not aggressive. I saw that the other day. Yeah, yeah. Now, fast shot, fast shot to my guy. I think 19 Keys or RZA Islam put that on, but that's a fact though. That's a fact. Um, wait, what happened with Jay-Z? LOL. Uh, I could if I've been— uh, uh, LOL. I could if been late that— oh, I could have been late that day. Yeah, yeah, we did a whole thing on that. Um, that's who need that plan. Um, he made a new song with Pharrell. Oh, oh, that's Styles explaining to, to young faces smiling. I have a children's book I'm working on. Uh, this one be a killer. Nah, salute, yo, the children's books hit different, you know what I'm saying? Kenny, what up, Kenny? I need a live session with you, bruv. Yeah, we— yo, hit me, hit me, let's figure that out. All right, so let's see. Whoa, man, y'all hurting my eyes today. Do you think if I made every child in my zip code a shareholder in a company, that opens a beauty salon, liquor store, gas station, etc., in their own— hmm, wait, let me just see the video on my page, and I think you'll love the whole idea. Do you agree that, that this business model would drive out the Arabs and Koreans out of our communities and start creating generational wealth for every Black child? So do you think if I made every child in my zip code a shareholder in a company That opens beauty salons, liquor stores, gas stations in their community. All right. Okay. So, I think it can work. I think it can work, but I think that— I think it can work. I think it can only work with education though, because if the— if people don't understand what being a shareholder means, Then it still is not, not gonna really matter, you know what I'm saying? Um, so that's number one. Number two, um, how, how do I say it? Um, you know, people don't respect free. Um, and so I— how can I say this, right? Um, the, the, the, the, the theory is good, right? The theory is good. The, um, the theory is good. The model is— can work. Um, but I believe, I believe that in order for that to work, there needs to be equity. Uh, and I'm just talking from, from, from experience. When people don't have equity, and when I say equity, I'm saying that when you give somebody something, they don't respect it as much as they will when they work for it, right? So I'll give you a prime example. You know, I don't do free stuff. I don't give away products that people would pay for. I don't give it away for free anymore. I used to. I used to be like, oh, you my homie, let me look out for you. I don't do that anymore. Because when I've done that in the past, they don't have skin in the game, right. So, I'll give you an example. Like, it's the same reason why mortgage companies require you to put 20% down, right, before they give you a loan, a mortgage, right. The reason why they require you to put 20% down is because if you don't have any skin in the game, then if things go bad, you're gonna give it up anyway because you didn't have to do nothing to get it. You know what I'm saying? And so, without skin in the game, it's hard for people to recognize. It's also like why wealthy people lose all of— wealthy families lose all of their wealth by the 3rd generation. Because the 1st generation worked hard for it. The 2nd generation saw it and continued it, but the 3rd generation is spoiled. So they didn't know what it took to get there. And so they squander it and they don't do what's right by it. And so I say all I have to say is that by just giving children in your zip code equity in a business that they didn't really have any, like they didn't work in it, they didn't really have to do anything to get it. I don't know how long that would last, and I'm just being honest. If there was a way, maybe their parents, if there was a way for them to, you know, some, you know, people in the neighborhood could work in those establishments and as a contingency of them working in it, get equity. I think that could work. Um, but I don't— yeah, I don't know, uh, because there are, there are models out there right now though, so that's not something that's not happening right now. Look up co-ops, right? Cooperatives. So they have food co-ops, they have, you know, they have business co-ops where a group of people in a community own, you know, the stores and stuff that's in their community. But the thing you have to ask yourself is first and foremost, you know, why are these businesses in our community to begin with? Because that's a mindset though, you know what I'm saying? It's a mindset that allows other ethnicities into a certain, you know what I'm saying? Like you couldn't do that in the Jewish community. You can't do it in, you know what I'm saying? There's a lot of communities that you couldn't just come in and set up shop. And so there's a big, you know, whole bigger play. So I love the idea, but I actually talk about co-ops too in my book, The Wake Up Call. So I give an example of how, you know, collectively you could take back your communities, but I think it's a great idea for sure. Um, Nicole, uh, Nicole says don't smile. Uh, oh, so stocks going to plummet or skyrocket because of Trump? Plummet for sure. It's going down. I think it's going down. I, I think, I think, I think that, um, I think that the, um, I think stocks are going to go down because of, because of COVID because of Trump having COVID coronavirus. I think the stock market is gonna— I don't think it's gonna crash, but I think you gotta think about it. It's uncertainty now. Like, it's crazy. Like, what's happening? Yo, 2020, yo, it's crazy. Yes, I do think— I do think, Nicole, that the stock market is potentially gonna plummet because of because of Trump's diagnosis. What else we got? This is just his way to change the headlines in regards to not condemning whites. You know, it's funny that you say that because immediately after I heard it, that's what I thought. I said, man, this dude, and you don't even know, you don't even know if it's real or not, you know what I'm saying? But I do think that Like, I do— I don't put nothing past him. Let me just say that, you know what I'm saying? This gives him a reason to not campaign for 14 days, stay out of the press, keep the bad headlines down before the election. Yeah, I believe that. Uh, it's natural behavior that we support our children. Just check out the video and you'll see it. All right, I'm gonna check it out for sure. Uh, Miss Chanice says, uh, people don't respect free. I agree, I agree. Um, uh, we aren't giving. Um, all right, Theory 3, all a stunt to make one of them value menu, uh, vaccines they rushing out to look safe. He will take it on national TV and all of a sudden be well. Yeah. Um, What up? That's why I don't give my services from my business away to people who know me. I learned the hard way. Yeah, I don't do that at all. Like, if you know me, you still got to pay because at the end of the day, the value is the value. Uh, and I, and I've, and I've done a lot of things, you know what I'm saying, for, for free. I spent a lot because it was friends. I spent a lot of time with them, gave them a lot of access. They did nothing with what I gave them. Um, and, and I made them a thief. I, I let them rob me, you know what I'm saying? So I don't do that. Uh, let's see, let's see, let's see. Uh, his fault we are where we are. Um, oh my God, I hope you're wrong. Yeah, yeah, I don't know, I'm just praying. I'm, you know, I'm just praying. Um, yeah, I'm just praying, you know what I'm saying? That's all. Um, let's see, let's see. I thought that as well. Um, Sherry 75, what up Sherry? Top of the morning. Uh, let's see. That's what I think. I said that this morning. Uh, we're so gullible. Yeah, yeah, I was, I was, um, yeah, as soon as I saw it, I was like, yo, I said, man, like, I don't put nothing past nobody. So, uh, um, yeah, so true. All right, let's see what else we got. Um, what are the pros and cons of investing Um, in ETFs, let me see. Uh, so what, what, what are, uh, right for— what are the pros and cons? Um, um, what are the pros and cons of investing in an ETF versus an index fund? Um, so ETF, electronic traded funds, um, versus an index fund, which is funds that are connected to an index like S&P 500, Dow Jones Industrial Average, things of that nature. Um, I mean, the pros are that when you look at, um, you know, technology and, you know, ETFs, uh, you know, you know, are gonna do well, or I think they're gonna do well because of the way, uh, you know, what they invest in. It allows you to both allow you to diversify your money. Um, I in particular, I am a bigger fan of index funds only because when you look at the history of, um, The stock market index funds always go up, even if they crash, even if they go down, they always go up. In fact, if the stock market tumbles because of, you know, because of what Trump has said as far as having caught the coronavirus, you know, stocks are gonna go on sale and it is the best time to jump in. A lot of people get scared of the stock market when you know, things go on sale, but that's when you should be, you know, you should be, you know, going, you know, going to buy some stock. And in an index fund, most indexes have done well, you know what I'm saying? Like, I'm talking about if you look at any history, if you look at the history of the stock market, index funds always go up long-term. And so, and so I think that that's the, you know, that's the You know why I like them. I guess the— I mean, the pros and cons for both is that there's a possibility that if they, you know, if they go down, um, you could lose your money, you know. But I think that the— that's the con. But I think the pros is that because it's diversified in different things, um, the likeliness of it going down is not that, not that great. And, um, um, damn, my brain is like on fire right now. The likeness of it going down is not that great, and then you could, um, you could, uh, long term you'll probably, you'll probably make your money. Um, let's see, let's see, let's see. Um, what's this person too? Because I'm gonna forget. Ryder for Real, um, if you could, if you could DM me that video Because I'm on live, so it's gonna be hard for me to see it. Um, and then I wanna remember it once I get off. Uh, let's see, let's see, let's see. Uh, Free Game, salute. I always suggest to people to invest in SPDR Financials. They always have high payout dividends. Let me check out what SPDR is. Uh, SPDR, uh, Financials. Salute to that. State Street. Oh, it's a— all right, cool, cool, cool. So it's an ETF.
