12.08.20- The Ash Cash Show

In this episode of The Ash Cash Show, host Ash Cash (Ash Exantus) opens with a high‑energy recap of the show’s milestones, noting over 150 episodes aired in eight months. He introduces the "Inspirational Word of the Day" – the distinction between operating at full capacity and operating at full potential – and uses personal anecdotes to illustrate how his intense work ethic, control‑freak tendencies, and reluctance to ask for help have kept him from maximizing his impact. Ash recounts his daily schedule, his massive physical presence, and his self‑identification as "permanently unemployable" in corporate settings, which fuels his entrepreneurial drive. He shares recent shifts: accepting help, delegating, and leveraging partnerships (Mailbox Money Academy, Legacy Builders, upcoming TV deal) to accelerate growth. The episode also highlights his long‑standing commitment to youth financial education, his experiences at Rikers Island, and his vision of becoming a "demonstration of greatness" for the silent majority. Throughout, Ash urges listeners to stop trying to do everything alone, to embrace collaboration, and to recognize their own divine potential. The show closes with shout‑outs, announcements of upcoming projects, and a call to subscribe to his platforms.

Uh, if this is your second time, third time, 100— I don't even know. Yeah, we definitely had 100 shows so far, right? So May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December— 8 months. 8 times 4, right? No, 8 months Right, so let me, let me do the math real quick because I think we ain't even celebrate the 100th show. Now I'm saying we slacking in our macking. So we did— we, we've been rocking for 8 months, uh, times, uh, 4 weeks in a month equals 32 times 5. Yo, 160. Yo, we, we bugging, bugging. Yo, we, we've been on— we've been on— oh no, but my minus my vacation, so minus 5, let's say, because I mean So we, we had 155 shows, yo. We did, we, we did 155 shows, uh, so far. We ain't celebrate the 100th show, none of that, yo. You know what I'm saying? Like, yo, we ain't, we ain't do none of that. Uh, yeah, 20 shows per month. Yeah, we, we had 155 right now. Um, yo, we got— yeah, I, yeah, I gotta, I gotta, I gotta organize some stuff, man. You know, you know, uh, me and First Lady was just talking about that, like, um Man, like, and actually that— oh, look, look, look. So, this is a perfect segue. Here's a perfect segue to my inspirational word of the day. And so, for those who are just joining us, right. Exactly, we celebrate daily, I receive that. For those who are just joining us, our show is broken down. Our show— look, look, look. Yeah, yeah, yo, yesterday's post was different. Yo, people, I'm pretty sure I lost— I'm pretty sure I lost some followers. Let me tell you how many followers I lost yesterday. So, so for those— yo, yo, Jarell, my guy, JFB Athletics. Jarell in the building, salute, king. That's my guy, man. I'm about to come tap in with my guy too, get some basketball workouts on. Best basketball trainer in the universe. Forget the country, in the universe. We celebrate every day, B, you know what I mean? Salute, salute. Yo, let me know, I'm gonna tell you, I'm gonna tell you, I'm dead serious though, I lost mad followers, right. What was yesterday's post? So yeah, so I posted this thing, so my guy Reese, shout out to my guy Reese. My guy Reese posted a picture of a needle going into a bottle, and it says, I'm 100% for mandatory vacations. Right, how about you? And so I posted that yesterday because I saw it, I was like, oh, this is, this is dumb funny, you know what I'm saying? Because at first I had to do, I had to do, um, a double take. I had to do a double take. I was like, yo, is he, is he on this vaccination thing? But did I— but then when I read it, it said vacation. So I thought it was so funny. So I was like, yo, it's, you know, let me lighten up my, my, my post, uh, and let me, you know what I'm saying, and let me, let me post it. And so some people, some people got it, some people were laughing or whatever, some people were like, oh, I had to read this twice, I almost unfollowed you or whatever. Then I had people who were like, who really thought that I said vaccinations, right. And so they was like literally like, like ODing, like going into, you know, like how much did the white man pay you? Like people were like going in, you know what I'm saying. So now let me tell you, let me show you, right. So yesterday, Uh, and so I, I, I don't care about followers anyway because it— because if you, if you, if you would follow me and read that and unfollow me, then you're not my— you're not my people anyways. I don't really care about followers. I really care about like engagement and stuff like that. Uh, but let me tell you how much followers I lost yesterday. No, no, no, no, uh, no cap. Is that what we're saying? Um, so my followers, uh— oh, it don't let you do— it don't let you do Um, I don't know if this was— oh no, can you tell me from yesterday? Let me see. Yesterday was Monday. Let me see. Monday. Okay, look, look, look, look, look. So Monday, right? So Monday, uh, I lost 84 followers yesterday. Oh, that's not that bad. That's not that bad. I lost 84 yesterday. Oh no, that's— no, no, I'm sorry. No, that's, that's not— what is this? Sorry, no, I'm wrong. Because that was December— that was November. Um, man, is it? Oh no, so it's not even telling me. It's not telling me. Um, I'ma wait because I have to wait till tomorrow, I think, because it's not— it's not telling me my— um, it's not telling me from yesterday on Sunday. Yeah, I'ma tell y'all tomorrow because— because it didn't update for yesterday. I would tell— I would see how much I lost yesterday. Uh, yeah, they was going in. They was going in. Uh, yeah, that's my guy Reese, yo. Uh, look, look, it say, it say I read it 3 times. Look, people don't read. Uh, I seen that, uh, Mugs was going in. I was just watching the show laughing. Yeah, they was going in. Uh, people being their feelings. Uh, if you, if you did feel that way, it's your business. I can't, I can't with people. Now that's a fact. Yeah, I, I don't really like the cancel culture either. I don't care, you know what I mean? I mean, I I don't care enough about it, but I, I think, I think that what kind of world we live in where we can't have a difference of opinion and be okay with it? Like, not, you know, not be mad at somebody because they have a different opinion. Just be okay with somebody having a different opinion. Like, it's crazy to me too, but whatever. I missed it. I thought it said vaccination. I said, huh, funny how your eyes trick us. Exactly. Uh, it's an app. that can tell you, uh, every day, uh, operating at full potential is limited capacity. Yeah, that's my, that's my, uh, my inspirational word of the day. Uh, please, uh, please need to read. I did double, uh, uh, do a double take and laughed and moved on. Hey bro, can you give Lupara a shout out please, bro? I don't even— who's Lupara? I don't know who Lupara is. Hey bro, can you give Lupara a shout out please, bro? Yeah, who's Lupara? I mean, I don't mind. Who's Lupara? Uh, they read it. Uh, they people just like to run their mouth. Truth. Uh, reading is fundamental. Uh, it was so sad to see how many people weren't taking, uh, the time to read it though. It was sad. It's all good though. Uh, man said, I approve this message. I do though. I'm 100% for mandatory vacations. I think everybody should have them. As somebody, as somebody, uh, I was thinking, dang, What else aren't you reading, you know what I mean? Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear. Like, literally, I am 100% for mandatory vacations, not vaccination, 100% for vacations though. But look, here's the inspirational word of the day, right. And so, those who are just coming, the show is broken down into 3 categories. Category number 1 is our inspirational word of the day. Category number 2 or segment number 2 our, um, financial news. And then I can't even find this thing now. I got so many tabs open right now on my computer that I'm like, yo, where is this thing? Uh, and then category number 3 is, um, is, uh, the Ask Ash Cash segment of the show. You ask me a question. Oh, there we go, right there. Um, where we at? Okay, I just got mad stuff open. Um, all right, so inspiration word of the day, right? All right, so my inspirational word of the day, uh, is dedicated to— I just posted this post, um, on my Instagram that says operating at your full capacity is not the same as operating at your full potential. Um, so, so this morning, uh, First Lady and I were having a conversation, um, about, um, you know, just, just, just about, you know, business, about life, about, you know, different stuff or whatever. Um, and one of the things that, uh, we talked about was about like accepting help, you know what I'm saying? Because, uh, yesterday— so Mondays are usually a very, very long day for me. So that's why, uh, if y'all notice on Tuesdays, I, I'm new. I usually don't have— on Mondays I usually have a lot of energy because I, you know what I mean, because I don't do nothing on Sundays. Sundays is usually like a chill day. So I don't work on Sundays. I don't do nothing on Sundays. I'm really just like chilling on Sundays or whatever, right? And then, um, on— so Mondays I usually, you know, I usually have a lot of energy, a lot of energy on Mondays or whatever to start the show off or whatever. Uh, but then by Tuesday I'm done. And the reason why by Tuesday I'm done, uh, is because, uh, I wake up, you know, you know, shout out to, uh, Dee Dee in the morning. Uh, I wake up, um, on, you know, early, you know, about, about 4 or 5 AM on, um, you know know, on, um, on Mondays, uh, I do, uh, the Money Making Mondays with, uh, you know, with Dee Dee in the morning show. Um, and so I, you know, it's a nationally syndicated show. Uh, I, you know, I do that for about an hour. Uh, so from like 6 AM to 7 AM, you know, I'm on there with them. Um, and then from 8 AM to 9 AM, I'm on, you know, I'm on here with you guys. Uh, then I gotta drop AJ off at school, then I gotta work, you know what I'm saying? Uh, you know, then I gotta work, then in the middle of the day I gotta walk the dog. I'm just giving y'all— I'm just letting y'all know, middle of the day I gotta walk the dog, uh, take the dog to the dog park. Um, then I gotta pick AJ up from school, uh, then I got— then I got more work to do, uh, then I have my mastermind meeting, uh, Mailbox Money Academy. I got my mastermind meeting. At 7 PM. Um, and then normally it's supposed to be an hour, uh, but Fresh Out the Mailbox Money Academy, they always, always, always, always hold me past an hour. Um, right, right. And then so, so now I'm done. I'm usually done about 9, you know, let's say 9 o'clock. Um, you know, um, you know, I'm done, I'm done about 9. Then after 9 Um, you know, I, you know, if there's anything I told the crew I was gonna get them, I try to do it. Um, you know, I mean, I'm doing a workout, um, regimen right now, me and the first lady, but we don't do it together. So I had to do, uh, my workout regimen last night. And so, and then, and then I had a comp— I had a call from, you know, one of my business partners last night that we was on the phone for like a half an hour. So literally on Mondays Um, what was it? Uh, Bigger Dream, what up? We in the building, we came for a billion, ain't nobody playing. Um, so I, so I, I literally, literally, literally on Mondays I have a 12, 15-hour day. 15-hour, right? Because from 6 AM I didn't finish till like 10. So 6 to 6 is 12. Plus the other four hours is sixteen, right? So literally, I had a sixteen. I had a sixteen-hour day. I always do on Mondays. Always, always. Um, and then, so normally on Tuesdays, I don't have no energy for you. Um, you know, my brain is not at full capacity. I mean, I feel I feel better today. You know what I'm saying? I don't feel like blah blah. But you know, it's still you know, I still feel you know. You know, I still got, you know, I still could feel it, right? Um, but yeah, I say all that to say is that, so First Lady and I were talking this morning and, uh, we were talking about this, about accepting help, uh, because, you know, I've been at— I've been like, like, I, you know, I'm very consistent. I mean, it's obvious y'all can see it. I'm very consistent. Um, I, you know, I've been doing this show You know, once I made the commitment to do this show Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 9 AM, we've been rocking with that. We had one— we had one, um, you know, we had— we had one— 155 shows, you know what I'm saying? So very consistent there. Um, you know, I've been, um, you know, uh, I've been doing it like— like when I used to do The Daily Word, um, you know what I'm saying? Like, I used to do that for 10 years straight, every Monday through Friday. So, you know what I'm saying? So at the end of the day, I have this level of consistency, but, but, but, um, there's times where I'll be, you know, I'll be, you know, I work at my full capacity. Uh, but the question that the First Lady and I was saying, like, yo, are you really working at your full potential? And that's, and that's usually where the, you know, where the, where the lines get blurred. Um, and so I'm, you know, I'm being 100% transparent in which, um, I know for certain I'm not working at my I'm not operating at my full potential. I know that for certain, uh, because, because I do everything myself, you know. I do everything myself, um, you know. I'm, you know, that's just me, you know. Honestly, you know, it just comes from, you know, I don't like, I don't like asking nobody for nothing, you know what I'm saying. Um, I don't like asking anybody for anything. Um, I don't like to— I like things to go at my pace, you know. So I'm, I'm really a, um, a control freak in a way. where like if I want something done, I want it done the way I want it done, you know what I'm saying? And so, um, you know, because, because, because I like to do things at my pace, uh, and I, you know, not that, not that I, not that I don't believe in people, um, it's just that I, I work with a certain level of intensity. If you ever work— so, you know, if you ever work with me, work for me, um, you'll know, you know, you know what I'm talking about. Like, I'm very intense and I'm not— I'm— I don't— I I don't, uh, I don't hide that. Um, I'm very intense. Um, I'm very competitive. Uh, I win all the time. I never— I don't, I don't understand loss. I'm— I win all the time, all the time. And so that mindset, I'm very intense. And so working with me could be— could, you know what I mean? Like, if you, you know, like— and I've had, I've had that issue. I've had that issue. I've had the issue where I work with people and I'm so intense because they can't match my energy, I get frustrated. And I might either snap on people or I, you know what I'm saying, I like just fall back and do everything myself, you know what I'm saying. And so, because of that, you know what I'm saying, because of that, because of that, that's why I don't accept help, you know what I'm saying. Like, Like, like, that's why I don't accept help. That's why I just be like, nah, I'm gonna do it myself. Because I, I'd rather just— I know, I know I'm not giving up. I know I'm going hard. I know that regardless of what, like, you hit me with a brick, with a brick, I'm still pushing. I'm still like, you know what I'm saying? Like, uh, uh, Kita Idol says you were my, uh, counselor job. Oh, Job Plus, what up, what up, what up? Look, so salute. You know what I'm saying? So, like, you know, I haven't been, you know, I'm not very good at accepting help. I haven't, you know, I'm not very good at accepting help. But let me just say that, let me just say that I also understand that that has been my biggest— the thing that is I wouldn't say setback because I win, you know what I'm saying? Because I'm winning. Like, so don't get this misunderstood. I'm not saying— I'm not saying this in a way where, um, you know, there's loss. But, but a lot of the— a lot of the— a lot of the— the dreams, a lot of aspirations, um, you know, a lot of the, um, you know, a lot of the things that I, um, want, you know, the things that I'm going to accomplish in this world, I could accomplish them faster, um, if I accept the help, you know what I mean? If you want to go far— if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together, um, and, and that's why I posted that this morning, right. I want y'all to understand that operating at your full capacity is not the same as operating at your full potential. I operate at my full capacity to the point where people be trying to get me on the phone, people be trying to connect with me, people be like— I don't— I ain't got it. And I, and I, and I make no qualms about it. I don't got it. I don't have shoot the shit time. Like, people be— people be trying to hit me up to shoot the shit. I'm sorry, I don't got it. I, I'm— I don't have it. I don't have the currency. I can't pay you, you know what I'm saying? I can't pay you shoot the shit time because I— because I'm— because I'm at my full capacity. Um, you know, people hit me, you know me, for like stuff that I just, I just can't do, you know what I'm saying? I just, I ain't got it, you know what I'm saying? Because if, you know, if, if I— whatever, whatever else I give you, I'm taking away from me, you know what I'm saying? Um, and so, you know, I'm at, I'm at that space. I'm at that space where I'm realizing like, yo bro, you operate at your full, your full capacity. but you're not, you're not operating at your full potential. Like, I, I'll be honest with you, at this stage in my life, at this stage in my life, I should be running a 10-figure business. Not like, no exaggeration. At this stage in my life, with all the consistency, with all of, um, you know, everything I put in, uh, with all the knowledge I got, with, with who I am, everything, you know what I'm saying? Uh, I should be running a 10-figure business, but I'm not. Because I'm operating at my full capacity, but I'm not operating, you know what I'm saying? I'm not operating at my full potential. And so, uh, recently I've, I've been accepting help, you know what I'm saying? I've been accepting help. Um, I've been doing things a little differently. Uh, I've been allowing, you know, people who are smarter than me, uh, people who have, uh, you know, uh, more, you know, uh, love, you know, what they do on their side. I've been accepting help, um, and I really, I really believe that 2021, if God allows us, right, if God willing, uh, will be one of the best years of my life, right? All right. And the reason for that is because I, I'm no longer trying to do everything. I'm only going to do what I'm good at. Um, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm sending everything else to every other people, like, you know what I'm saying? Because, um, you know, like, like, like, I, I just gotta, you know what I mean? Like, when you, when you, when you part, you know, when you part of that do-for-self, you know what I'm saying? When you— exactly right, you mean living wiser? Exactly, exactly. If you know, you know. Um, when you part of like do-for-self crew, you know what I'm saying? You just keep doing things every, you know You know, the same way. But you know, you got to get to a space where you really willing to do things differently. And the great thing about it is that I— yo, when I tell you I'm so positioned to win right now, I mean, I like win more because I— again, I don't ever want to— I'm not complaining, you know what I mean? God knows, Allah knows I'm not complaining, you know what I'm saying? I'm not complaining, not in one bit. Um, I am, I am recognizing though that, you know, there's so much that I want to do, uh, and I, and I'll be able to do it if I allow people to help. Um, and so, you know, I want, I want y'all to, uh, to get in that space. If you, uh, are listening to this, if you are, uh, at a space where you feel like you have to do it all, I'm telling you right now you are holding yourself back. You are holding yourself back, you are not allowing, right. You are not allowing yourself to reach your full potential. And here's the thing about allowing yourself to reach your full potential, because reaching your full potential will help so much other people. I help so many people, I'll be honest with you, like, I help so many people. And, and, and I, you know, I love, you know, getting, you know, emails, getting texts, getting, you know, like, I love, you know, people telling me how, how effective I've been. Um, but there's also the silent supporters as well, you know what I'm saying? The silent supporters who, um, who don't tell me how much I've helped them, how much I've impacted their life, that I know that I'm impacting their life Because every now and then, you know, it's something that I don't even remember, you know what I'm saying? Something that I, I don't even remember I, I did that is, you know, allowing them to say, yo, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be here, you know what I'm saying? Um, and, you know, at the end of the day, there's a silent majority because I don't think everybody is, um, you know. So, so for— I believe for every one person that tells me, yo, you've impacted my life, there's 10 more people that, that just wouldn't say nothing, you know what I'm saying? Um, and so, and I know that. And so when I think about the silent majority, I say to myself, yo bro, you, you, you operating in your, in your full capacity, not at your full potential, right? Uh, you're not, you're not operating at your full potential, but imagine if you operate at your full potential how much more you could grow the silent majority, right? Because that's who it's for, it's for the silent majority, it's for the people who I'm being a demonstration for, because that's what I believe, you know what I'm saying. I believe that, you know, I say this all the time, you know, that I'm God, right. I am greatness on display. In order to honor God, you have to honor who God is, because you're made in the same image and likeness of the Most High. And so, in order to honor God, you have, you know, little g, right, you have to become greatness on display. And so, you know, I want to be, you know, my goal is to be a demonstration. My goal is to be a demonstration, uh, and to show people that, you know, if you put your mind to it, you put your grind to it, you keep, you know, you stay focused, you could have, you could have heaven on earth, you know what I mean? I don't, I don't, um, I don't believe in, in, in, in the hereafter, meaning heaven at the hereafter. I don't believe that I gotta suffer on earth and then go, go to heaven and then that's when everything— that's when paradise begins, you know what I'm saying. I believe that heaven and earth, you know what I mean, you know, I mean, I said this before, but you know, give us this day our daily bread, forgive us our trespasses, but on earth— I don't know the whole verse, I need to read it, but the verse say, on earth as it is in heaven. On earth as it is in heaven, you know what I'm saying. Like, it's not saying, you know, wait till you get to heaven. It says, on earth as it is. Right, like as it is in heaven. I can't unhear that. I can't unhear that. I don't care what nobody say. I don't care what the pastors say. I don't care what the imams say. I don't care what nobody say. I can't unhear on earth as it is in heaven. I can't unhear that, you know what I'm saying? And so, because I believe that— I believe that though, nobody can't tell me. I believe I'm made in the image and likeness of God. And so my My perfections are God, my imperfections are God, my, you know, my sins are God, my everything. Like, I am made in the image and likeness of God. I don't separate nothing. My temptations are God, everything, every single thing, every— my breath, right? Look, look, look, my breath, my breath is God. Like, I breathe, my— what I'm saying is God right now, you know what I'm saying? On earth as it is in heaven, I'm made in the image and likeness of God. And so, uh, because I believe that, I believe I need to be a demonstration. But, but, but, but, you know what I'm saying? But because I'm not operating at my full potential, right? I'm operating at my full capacity. Because I'm not operating at my full potential, I'm not, I'm not maximizing, you know what I'm saying? Like, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not Showing my greatness to everybody who need to see my greatness. You know what I'm saying? So, so I say this to everybody: If you hear the sound of my voice, if you if you if you see you know what I mean? If you if you if you resonate with this message, please stop stop stop thinking that you could do it all. Stop saying no to help. Please accept help. Please find people who are smarter than you. Please find people who are willing to work with you. Believe in your abundance. Believe that abundance is your birthright. Believe that you are God, that you are greatness on display, and that everything that you do, everything, everything that you do should be displaying how great you are. Everything. Everything that you do should display your greatness, should display you know, who you are should display your, you know, your God self. And in order for that to happen, you have to let others display their God self, you know what I'm saying? And so, I'm excited, you know what I'm saying? I got some big things in the works that is literally just me allowing, you know, allowing God to work through me, you know what I'm saying? Allowing those connections, know, allowing, um, you know, me to, to be helped, you know what I'm saying? Like, to be— me to be helped. Because I'll be honest with you, that help is gonna— like, it's the quantum leap. MMA, if you know, you know, you know what I'm saying? Like, like, like Mailbox Money Academy, you know what I'm saying? Like, this, this next, this next season of my life, uh, is gonna be a quantum leap, right? Going from 0 to 100 real quick. You know what I'm saying, quantum leap. If you know, you know. But please, please stop trying to do everything yourself. Please have faith, you know what I'm saying. What up! Accepting help towards my abundance today and forever, reaching further together. Salute, MP. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, like, please start accepting help. Start allowing, you know what I mean, start allowing, you know, start allowing people to, you know, to really uh, use their expertise to get you where you need to go, you know what I mean? Uh, because, because I promise you, y'all, y'all gonna see with the moves, but I promise you, like, um, there's way more people that need to hear the, the, the, the sound of Ash Cash's voice. There's way more people that need to hear the voice of Ash Cash's voice. Um, and not, not for vanity reasons. You know what I'm saying? Not for vanity reasons, not because— because y'all could keep the fame, I'm good. Like, I got— like, I think I'm famous enough, I'm good. Like, y'all could keep the fame. I want the impact, you know what I'm saying? Like, I want the impact. I want to— more people need to hear Ash Cash's voice because there's millions of people that resonate with Ash that don't even know Ash exists, you know what I'm saying? Like, there's millions of people who could be blessed by the, the being that is Ash Cash Exantus, you know what I'm saying? There's, there's, there's millions of people that could benefit from that, um, that from that demonstration that just don't even know that Ash exists. And, and, and I'm not— I, I am not doing, um, my purpose, my mission, service by not allowing myself to quantum leap, you know what I'm saying? I am not allowing myself to quantum leap because I, I want to do it all. There's no reason why I should, I should be doing it all. There's no reason. It's not, it's not money. It's not— there's no, there's no, there's no shortage of money. There's no shortage of people wanting to help. There's no shortage of partnerships. There's no shortage of nothing. I I personally just am doing it. Like, there's no— there is no reason on this planet right now, you know what I'm saying? Um, do you know that there's no reason on this planet right now why I, you know, I'm not maxing out my full potential? So I want y'all to receive this message because when I'm talking to y'all, I'm talking to me. And, and if y'all could, you know what I'm saying, if y'all could understand what I'm saying, then, then I'm talking to you as well, you know what I'm saying. Um, all right, uh, this is a great word. Thank you. Nah, for salute, salute. Keep the fame, I want the impact. Big facts. Uh, Truth, trust me, you have, uh, an aura that transcends what we see in front of us. Salute, Most High. I appreciate you, King. Salute. says, do you, do you think your intensity along with your size hurts you in the corporate world? Uh, yeah, I'm permanent— I'm permanently unemployable. I'm permanently, uh, unemployable. Yes, I 100%, 100%— my intensity, my size, the fact that I'm a— like, listen, I'm 6'3. I want you to understand, I'm 6'3, 280 pounds. I love saying that. I can't wait till I get to 255 because it's, you know what I mean, I get my LeBron on. But that's another story. Um, I'm 6'3, 280 pounds. I'm a big guy. Big. I'm massive. Like, look at my guns. Like, I'm a massive guy. Like, I'm like, like, when I play basketball, they call me Shaq. They call me Shaquille. They call me Shaq because I'm so like, I'm, I'm towering, right? And so, you know, and that's the biggest thing. When people meet me in person, they don't realize how like massive I am. Like, I'm a big dude. Like, I'm a big dude, you know what I'm saying? And so, and so I'm 6'3, I'm 280 pounds, uh, I'm very loud. I have no inside voice. I'm very, very loud and I'm very passionate. Like, my passion exudes. I walk into a room, you can feel me before I say something. And so I'm very, very passionate. Um, I don't— I, I, I, I won't work in corporate. I'm permanently unemployable. Like, I, I'm— I wouldn't work. Uh, that's why I have to build my own. So I— so this— so me being an entrepreneur isn't even a, um— it's not something that I, um, want to do. I mean, I do want to do it, but it's not something that I have to do it though. I have to be an entrepreneur. I have to build my own, right? Because again, I'm permanently unemployable. I could, I could work with corporate, but the only way I could work with corporate is being myself. And so if they could benefit from my intensity, from my voice, and be able to use that— like, I'm not dumbing myself down. Like, I'm not, I'm not playing that role. I'm not playing the the happy Black Negro role. I'm not doing that, you know what I'm saying? Because that's— I mean, I'm happy, you know, you know, but y'all know what I'm saying. Like, I'm not shucking and jiving. I'm not pretending I'm something when I'm not, you know what I'm saying? And that's why, you know, like, like, I've, uh, 4, right? 5? 4? 5? I've, I've had in my lifetime, I've had 5 television deals, right? In my lifetime, I've had 5 television deals. Um, right now I have one that looks very, very promising. And so in God's will, you will see me on television. Early on, it never worked because they were trying to make me something that I'm not, you know what I'm saying? So even beyond corporate, I mean, I look at that as corporate as well, but even beyond that, you know what I'm saying? Like, my energy was too intense for people, you know what I'm saying? And so Uh, when I tried to dumb it down, it didn't come off as authentic, and it, it never worked. Uh, this, this time around, this year, uh, you know what I'm saying, I have a, I have a television deal, uh, you know, fast. I ain't gonna shout them out yet because I don't want y'all to be like Googling stuff. But you know, it's a major deal though, like it's major, major, major, major. I'm talking about like major, like it's major. Uh, but fast shout out to the folks, y'all know. I mean, I doubt if they watching, but y'all know who y'all are, you know what I'm saying. Um, and, and, you know, I, I think at this time around, because I'm, I'm 100% unapologetically me, I don't care. Like, I will— I, I walk into places, they'd be like, shh. I'd be like, no, you should get out my face. If I be too loud, like, get out my face, you know what I'm saying? So I'm unapologetic. So, so to, to that question, absolutely. I, I absolutely think my intensity along with my size, um, hurts me in corporate America, but I have no I have no— I am corporate America. I, I built my own corporation, you know what I'm saying? Like, I am corporate America. Think about all the— all, all of the bosses are weird. Real bosses are weird. Uh, if you ever— if you, if you ever— if you, if you was ever in a room— if you was ever in a room— um, if you ever watched, uh, Steve Jobs, if you ever watched anybody, you know what I'm saying? Dame Dash, any, any Boss, even Jay-Z. If you watch any of them, if you know any of them, you will see that they are weird as— they are weird. Meaning that they have their own idiosyncrasies. Not everybody can relate to them. They, they, they have— they, you know, they move a certain way, which is, which is why, you know, most of them can't, can't conform. You know what I'm saying? Like, most of them can't conform to, you know, what rules— that's what it is. Corporate America is rules. The thing about corporate America, you do not have to be the smartest person. All you have to do is understand how to follow rules, follow a system that's already been built, and then just move in that, that space. That's not me, you know what I'm saying? So, um, I mean being a Black guy. No, yeah, no, I, I get, I get that. Yeah, being a big Black guy. No, I got that, I got that. Um, salute, salute, salute. God Jazzy Rainey, uh, you know what I mean? Salute, salute. What up, Nadige? Sterling, Saka Fett, Ill Flow, what up? Same facts, I'm in the same boat. What up, Sharice? Yes, I agree, asking for help is something hard to do. At the same time, learning that asking for help can be a good thing, it's a big fact. What up, Adeline? It's my sis in the building. Salute, uh, congratulations. Uh, uh, Reg, what up? Eileen says congratulations, Big Mama. Salute, Big Mama, on the YouTube check-in. Congratulations on your TV deals, continued blessings. Yeah, nah, thank you, thank you, you know, uh, thank you. Uh, I have a— there's a big meeting happening in January. I won't say with who, uh, it's a big meeting happening in January, and I mean, we just see, you know what I'm saying? Like, uh, you know, God knows best. That's it, you know what I mean? I can't say it no other way. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, it doesn't. I feel very, very good about this one, so we'll see. Um, Bayan Bayan, uh, Labels Divide, top of the morning. My guy Gene Alert in the building, salute to King Alert, man, that's my brother right there. Fresh out to my brother. Uh, here we go, massive. Now it's a fact though, chill out Trace, it's a fact though. Allison Carter, what up Allison? Uh, showing the lines on your abs, you know what I'm saying? Like, it's a fact though. Yo, wait, yo, wait till I get— wait till I get that to that 250, it's gonna be different, you know what I'm saying? It's gonna be different. Uh, yes, I was just talking to a friend and telling them that you had a great influence this past year, uh, in me looking at my finances, actually making investments that I never did. Nah, salute, Pixifier, I appreciate that. Uh, and you know, fast shout out to, uh, you know, Styles Lewis, fast shout out to Mailbox Money Academy, you know what I mean? Yesterday they called me out on, on one of the programs that I, that I, I need to relaunch. Uh, so I'm gonna do that. I'm gonna make it happen. I'm relaunching, uh, the Legacy Builders Program. I'm gonna, you know what I mean, make that happen. So fast shout out to the, to the team at Mailbox Money Academy, you know what I'm saying? Um, and I, and I, and I'm actually working on, on, on help with Mailbox Money Academy as well. Like, I'm about to make it bigger and better, you know what I'm saying? Like, I got some things I'm working on, um, that's gonna magnify the group, make the group better, get us some, some I mean, we had some quality guests, but we gonna, we gonna even, we gonna step that up even. I'm saying, so stay tuned, y'all. Um, a little look. Bayan, Bayan. Uh, permanently. Yeah, I'm permanently unemployable. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's just not, you know what I mean? I can't. I'm, I'm permanently unemployable. I speak that to the universe. Like, I had no qualms about it. Permanently. Unemployable. DoForSelf.com, you know what I'm saying? Code switching is dead. Big facts. Be your own boss and own your own. Exactly. I'm good. Just us, uh, as a people are intimidated at higher educating— education to deadly the corporation world. I experienced it. I agree with that. Um, Uh, world is part of the universe. Uh, you should— uh, so happy to see the TV manifestation coming into fruition. It's done now. Big facts, big facts. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the TV thing's gonna be good, you know what I'm saying? Because I think that, uh, it's gonna give me an opportunity to do what I'm doing now, uh, at a magnified, uh, level, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, um Uh, Red says, have you ever thought about doing something for the youth money management? I've done something for the youth for money management for the last— for all my life though, Reg, all my life. So, so, so just, just, just for clarity, and, and, and the answer is yes. I'm actually going to start a different— my own program, uh, work with the youth. But just for clarity, uh, I start— I started, I started my— I started my, my I started my career with the youth. I just started talking to adults. I started my career with the youth, uh, 2004. I want to say 2004. 2004, uh, I, I was— I started, I started out volunteering at Operation HOPE. Um, I started volunteering at Operation HOPE, and with Operation HOPE, uh, I used to go to inner-city, uh, schools, uh, and teach financial literacy to inner-city schools. So I did that for some years. I then was working with a program called GOSO, Getting Out and Staying Out. I did that for a bunch of years, and I went to Rikers Island every Monday. Every Monday I went to Rikers Island. See, I don't talk about a lot of stuff because I don't do it for praise, but just, you know what I mean, just to be clear. So for some years— Shout out to Mr. G. I would go to Rikers Island. If you know, you know. every Monday, um, to C-74, right? Adolescents at War. I would talk to the adolescents at war every Monday, you know what I'm saying? And I, I, you— I use my street smarts, I use my size, I use all that to my advantage to get to them. And I'm gonna tell you why, why so dope, why I like talking to the youth. You know why I like talking to the youth? Because when I wear a suit and I walk in there, I look like, I look like a cornball. Right, what we would call it in the streets. Yeah, I look like a cornball. Like, yo, what's this dude know? This dude don't do— don't, don't, don't, don't know nothing. So they look at me and they'd be like, yo, this dude's a corn. Like, wait, he don't know nothing. Then I open my mouth, you know what I mean? Loosen up the— was it take off the blazer, loosen up the tie? Then I open up— I open up my mouth. Then they jaw drop. They like, oh, he one of us. Oh, he with the shits. He one of us. Oh, he— oh, he know— he noticed life. Yo, and I'm not glorifying it, but I've been— I've been going to visits to Rikers Island since, uh, since I was 14, 14, 15. You know, facts out to all my guys behind the wall. I know that life, yo. I'm not— I promise you, I'm not one of them guys that was— that— that was inside. Like, I know that life. I, I used to visit my, my friends in Rikers Island 15, hearing those stories, then going upstate. Like, I know that life. And so I know, I know the code, you know what I'm saying? So when I, when I was walking into Rikers Island, look, when I was walking into Rikers Island, I know the code. Don't never drop your head. I know that. So when I'm walking in Rikers Island and, and, and, and, and everybody lined up, nigga, like, what up? You know what I'm saying? Like, nah, like, I, I know that code. I'm not like, nah, don't drop your head, you know what I'm saying? I, I know, you know, that, that, like, like in the streets, that's how you learn micro expressions. That's They don't call it microexpressions, but you learn, you learn about microexpressions in the street, right? So I did that for the youth. Uh, then I, uh, I was on the board, uh, of a nonprofit organization teaching finances to the youth. Then I was, uh, a financial teacher with World of Money for 6 years, I think. Every, every year teaching 10 to 12-year-olds Like, so, so Reg, I like my youth— my youth money management is, is certified. Um, at this point, I'm, I'm like, you know what I mean, I'm not teaching no more. Like, I don't, I don't have the desire to teach the youth anymore. Does it mean that I, um— I'm definitely gonna— I'm definitely gonna do a program. I'm definitely gonna train other people, right? I'm definitely gonna train other people to do the, do the, do the classes and stuff, but I don't have the capacity Then that's what I was saying about capacity, right. When I was doing this stuff, I was at full capacity teaching finances, but I wasn't— that's not my full potential. I could train other people to teach finances to youth. I could actually train other people to teach finances to adults too. And so, I'm working on something that's going to be able to do that, I'm saying. I didn't even realize the time. Um, don't shush me, that's big facts. Uh, let's see. Facts though. Uh, authenticity always wins. Yes sir, I'm in law enforcement ready to go. Fast shout, fast shout to D, because if you know, if you know what I know— that's fine. Uh, they don't have to conform. Uh, resonate or don't. Congratulations, total grace upon you, you deserve it. Thank you. Uh, we praying for that meeting. Appreciate you. Uh, I'm so ready to walk away from corporate. Sick of being, uh, uh, the happy Negro. I heard you because I, I'm good. Uh, I don't think I would have worked in corporate America. Yeah, yeah, corporate is different. We both going to be out soon. Big facts. Uh, I think asking for help is extra hard for men. Um, what separates those who achieve from those who do not is direct proportion to ability to ask for help. That's a fact. I believe that. Uh, boss can't— uh, boss can't have a boss. I agree with that. What up, what up, my, my guy Sham? Salute, King. Uh, Remy Marcel says, light skin, what up? It was goodie. That glow, that glow difference. Salute, King. You're a fool, B. Fast shot to Remy. You're a fool. I was the youth. Fast shot, fast shot, right? Fast shot to Kita. Kita idol. You know what I'm saying? Fast shot. You know what I mean? I am youth learning from you now. Bayan, bayan. That's what I'm trying to say. I'm just trying to say like, like, you know what I mean? Salute to y'all, man. Salute to y'all. They have a business pitch competition every December for women. Fast shot to them. I plan on taking my daughter to the motherland. Nah, salute, Remy. That's a must, yo. Yo, check out my guy Haitian Nomad though. He throw the best trips too. This is a book if it isn't already. Nah, nah, nah, it's in my book. From the Block to the Bank. It's in my book coming out January 2nd, 2020. It's there. You know what I mean? Big up yourself. Right, fast something to you. Oh, they don't say— oh, they don't say cornball. What they say now? I don't know what they say. What they— they don't say cornball? That's what we said when I— when I was coming up, it was cornball. What was— what's the— what's the word now? Uh, Mrs. A or Hutch? I, I don't know. I don't know what the word is. What is it? They still count. Skyscraper Fighter, don't say that. I need you to teach me Uh, how to do an online classroom. I don't have the capacity. We're gonna see, we're gonna see how I can work it out. Please do that. Uh, I would love to train the youth and other adults about finances. Yeah, yeah, I'm working on something. I'm definitely working on something. Uh, you know what I mean? Uh, oh, goofy. That's what they say. They say goofy now. Uh, yeah, we said cornball. That's right. All right, so it's goofy, uh, cornball, or herb back in the day. Uh, yo, you a goof. You goofy. Is that what it is? Yo, fash out the goofy though. Yo, fash out the goofy. Goofy is a, uh, is a character, B. Uh, I wasn't gonna say nothing when you said cornball. They say goofy. All right, so goofy. Yeah, so nah, but nah, I don't, I don't think, I don't think that— but that's not the right word though. And maybe I'm bugging because I didn't mean that, that they look at me as a, like, goofy. I think they look at me as like somebody accomplished that don't know, that don't, that can't relate to them. That's why I said cornball, because cornball and goofy I think is different. Goofy is like a, like, like, like goofy people don't get no respect, you know what I'm trying to say? Like, like, like, like, I don't think I— that's not the word I'm looking for because I hear people talk, yo, yo, you mad goofy. I don't— the youth, like, like, I don't think that they would look at— I don't know, but like, let's say they look at somebody who got a suit on Um, you know what I'm saying? Like, like, like, I, like, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't think that they look at somebody that has a suit on and be like, yo, he goofy. Nah, because goofy is somebody you don't respect. They might respect the person, but they just might not think that the person understands them. That's what I meant by cornball. Um, yeah, I don't know, but whatever. I gotta, I gotta go. Uh, let me, let me do the— let me do this news real quick. Uh, yes, Goofy was funny character. He's Mickey Mouse friend. Yo, matter of fact, I'm gonna hold this. Yo, fast shot to Styles Lewis because I'm gonna hold this till tomorrow because I want to talk about the Shark Tank story. Yeah, that's what I meant. Like corny meaning like out of touch. That's what I meant. You know what I'm saying? But I gotta go. Coolio mean it's getting too hot. If Faith had twins, she probably had two pox. Get it? Two pox. Um, I appreciate y'all. I gotta go. Yo, yeah, word. Put some put some respect on Goofy's name. I appreciate y'all. Yo, the Ashcast Show. Uh, every, every Monday, 8 AM to 9 AM Eastern Standard Time. Tell a friend to tell a friend. I appreciate y'all. Thank y'all so much for rocking with me. Uh, I'ma see y'all. I'ma see y'all, right? Today's slang don't add up. It's different. It's different. Um, it's different. But, um, I'm— I appreciate y'all for rocking with me. Uh, I gotta go, Coolio. I'ma see y'all tomorrow, in God's will, same time, same place. Uh, make sure y'all go to ashcashshow.com, subscribe to the podcast. Go to ashcasttv.com, subscribe to the YouTube channel. Uh, I'm gonna see y'all tomorrow, same time, same place.
