2.23.21 - The Ash Cash Show

In this episode of The Ash Cash Show, host Ash Exantus (Ash Cash) delivers a high‑energy, motivational broadcast that blends personal anecdotes, business updates, and wealth‑building philosophy. He opens with a promotional plug for the daily show and the Mailbox Money Academy mastermind, then dives into a conversation with his business partner "Don Vito" (aka King Richard) about luxury assets—high‑end watches, yachts, private jets, and Rolls‑Royce vehicles—using these examples to illustrate the concept that money amplifies one’s existing character. Ash emphasizes the importance of niching down, sharing the mantra "the riches are in the niches," and illustrates this with stories of friends who focused on taxes or credit repair to dominate crowded markets. He then shifts to his own niche: self‑publishing, describing how writing and publishing books opened doors to speaking, TV, consulting, and wealth creation, and outlines a potential Self‑Publishing Academy. Throughout, he reinforces a mindset that money does not change a person, only amplifies their traits, and calls listeners to join his programs, share the show, and engage with his community. The episode ends with shout‑outs, live‑show logistics, and a reminder to stay abundant and purposeful.

So yo, so look, last night, so we, so, so we, we have, um, we have a, um, a mastermind that we do every Monday, right? So fast shout out to, uh, Mailbox Money Millionaires. Um, so my private business program is called Mailbox Money Academy, right? And so, uh, our private mastermind is called Mailbox Money Academy. We meet every, uh, every Monday, uh, 7 PM Eastern Standard Time, right? Um, uh, Toss Toss, salute. So, um, last night was fire, right? And so what I, what I was talking behind the scenes, I was telling everybody about my business partner King Vito, right? And so King Vito Or King Vito— King Richard, my fault. Like, so let me look. He gonna be mad 'cause I'm saying this. So everybody know him as Don Vito, right? Everybody know him as Don Vito, and that's like his producer name, you know what I'm saying? So he like— he got— he got a lot of— like I said, he got a lot of platinum plaques, right? He got a lot of platinum plaques. He's worked with a lot of people in the music business. Uh, he has a lot of TV production. That's why Inside the Vault looked the way it does. I'll be honest with you, right? my partner, uh, you know, French Spencer. So between French and Don Vito, they were not buckling on the quality of production, and I'm happy they didn't. Because I'll be honest, when we got connected, I was like, yo, we missing the boat. Yo, let's do this on Zoom. Like, I kept saying, let's do this on Zoom. They was like, no, we're not doing it on Zoom. We gotta do it live in the vault. I said, yo, You know how many? So I got a lot of connections too. So I was like, you know how many connections I got? I could get some big name celebrities, some big interviews if if we didn't have to have them come to a physical location because y'all don't even understand with coronavirus going on and all that. You know what I'm saying? Like, um, yeah, yeah, that's that's that's Don Vito, right? Um, and so and so um so I'm like nah, like we gotta go. We we we we gotta go to the we gotta go to the Um, let's do Zoom, let's do Zoom. So they would not buckle, right? Um, they would not buckle on, um, on, on the quality. And I'm happy they didn't because that's what's setting our stuff apart is the quality of it. But here's what I'm saying. And so he's, um, I mean, if anybody is early Kandi, Kandi fans, right? Um, and that's how, you know, that's why she was our first episode is that, um, she had a show. I didn't know about it, but she had a show called Candy Coated Nights. So he was the producer on that, right? So he's— it was, it was like sort of like his idea. So, so he has a lot of— he has a lot of experience in brand building. So why do I say that, right? Um, I say that to say this, is that, um, the conversation we were having, um, the conversation we were having prior to getting on, uh, Mailbox Money Academy, you know what I'm saying? Yo, we was talking about, uh we was talking about watches, you know what I'm saying? Um, you know, you know, uh, we was talking about watches, you know, different types of Rolexes and all that. Um, and I've, I've never owned, um, I've never owned a watch that was— my most expensive watch I've had, probably $2,000. Like, nothing, probably not even that, like $1,500, something like that. Like, I've never had a watch that I've owned over Oh, $2,000. Let's say $2,000, right? Uh, that was over $2,000. These guys— so now I'm around other people who are talking about, you know, these Rolexes that appreciate in value too. I'm not just saying throwing away money. I'm just saying like, you know, a $30,000 watch that when you buy it is worth $50,000. You know what I'm saying? So that's the type of conversations we have. We have a conversation about watches. Um, you know, uh, Don Vito is like— or King Richard, because that's the other thing is that, uh, he's moving away from the name Don Vito. So that's why we calling him King Richard. I'm saying like, that's his— I mean, his, you know, his last name, you know, is Richard. So it was like King Richard, right? So that's another story. So that's why we call him King Richard. So that's why I keep slipping up and calling him Don Vito. And then, you know what I'm saying? Um, but I, I think, I think I'm due, right? I think I'm due for like— I mean, I'm not even— I think I know, I know You know what I'm saying? I can't be running around with guys with Rollies on. And not saying I'm following suit, but it's an asset. You know what I'm saying? So the conversation we were having prior to though was about, we was having conversations about the Rolex watches. We were having conversations about, so Don Vito's building our team because What he— well, I've always known this. I've always known this, but I've always, uh, uh, like, I have a talent. I could do anything. I could do everything. But that's not the best use of my time, right? And so because I have— I'm a master executor. I don't like waiting for people, you know what I'm saying? And so because I don't like waiting for people and being a master executor, I just do everything, but then I don't, I don't max out on the things that I should be maxing out on. So this is— what my, you know, what my, um, you know, what my, you know, uh, message is for y'all, right? And so, um, having, having Don Vito, you know what I'm saying? Like, having, um, Don Vito, uh, we, we all should associate with people discussing access therapy. Big facts. Like, like, like, yo, I'm telling you, like I said, like, I'm like, I think, I think I'm, I'm the only one in the crew that's still— that I still, I still got an Invicta, you know what I'm saying? So I like, I was joking about it. I was like, yo, I need, I need to come up off this Invicta and get this At least get the junior varsity, like, like at least get the Shands Rolly, you know what I'm saying? Let me get the junior varsity joint. But, or I like, I like, um, but whatever, right? So, so either which way, um, what I was saying was is that like connecting with him, we was talking about, so he's building a team, uh, and part of the thing in building the team, he was like, yo, you know, when we reach, when we reach a certain level of, uh, of income, of members, of everything that we're working on, He's like, yo, um, like, let's rent a yacht. Like, a yacht? He's like, yo, um, he said— he, he was like, he was like, yo, let's rent a yacht and, and, and let's rent a yacht and let's be— let's go, uh, and celebrate, you know what I'm saying, our success. And I'm like, a yacht? So we— so we— so right before— right, so if y'all— I don't know if I recorded it, but if y'all caught that, and I didn't post the, uh, the, uh, the video yet from last night, but I'll do it today. Um, but, but, but, but if y'all— I don't know if I started hitting record yet, but if you hear our conversation, yo, we talk— we talking about like, like yachts, we talking about private jets, we talking about, um, uh, Rolls-Royce Ghosts, you know what I'm saying? So, so mind you, I don't want to put this, this man business out, but you know what I'm saying, he got some means, you know what I'm saying? Like he touched some coins, I'm saying. So, so he's touched some coins, so he's already He's already lived the yacht life, he's lived the Rolex life, like the watch life. He was telling me about— like, I didn't know this, you know what I'm saying? 'Cause like I said, I've never owned a watch that was expensive, you know what I'm saying? And so he's telling me about like— You know, yo, and nobody laugh. I mean, I'm okay with it, but you know how like Drake got the song where he's like, this a Rolly, not a stopwatch? Shit don't never stop. Yo, I— so he was telling me, he was giving me the game on how Rollies don't— don't— like, like Rollies don't— don't tick-tock. Like, they don't, you know what I mean? Like, they don't— they don't— they don't tick. Um, they actually are activated with movement in your hand. And so that's why I don't stop. Like, there's no batteries. Like, as long as it's activated, you know what I'm saying? Like, it don't stop. And so he's telling me stories about how, you know, like, if you take it off your— Yeah, yeah. If you take it off your wrist You know what I'm saying? Like, if you take it off your wrist, like, the watch literally has like 72 hours, right? Look, look. No, that's a big fact, Wall Street, because, you know, I'm gonna get a plain Jane because I'm not— yo, I'm not— that's a fact. Like, get the Presidential plain Jane. That's a big fact. Like, I'm not flashy. So when I decide to invest in it, I'm not getting nothing with no diamonds or nothing. I'm gonna get a plain Jane, Just so you know, you know what I'm saying? Just so you know. But you know what I'm saying? So that's a big fact, Wall Street. And so he starts saying how he had to buy a— don't feel bad, I don't have any Rolexes. Yo, he starts talking about how he had to buy a— you got to buy a box, and a box turns by itself. Let's do this. It's here for all that. Big facts, big facts. Right? So he's like, how you gotta buy the box, whatever. So here's the other thing I didn't know. He's like, yo, when you buy a certain— so he had a Breitling, right? He had a Breitling watch. And I'm, I'm, I'm sharing this for, for a reason. Y'all, y'all gonna get what I'm saying. He had a Breitling watch, right? He had a Breitling watch. And a Breitling, they only made 1,000 of them, right? They only made 1,000 of these watches. And so his watch was 200 out of 1,000. So there's only 1,000 people on this planet that have that particular watch, right? And so in order to, um, in order to, uh, make sure it's real or whatever, he's like, yo, um, these expensive watches, you get a— you get what's called a certificate of authenticity, you know what I'm saying? Um, uh, I just need my investments right, my dream home, uh, and travel the world. Nah, get rid of that word just, yo. Abundance, everything. And that's why I'm sharing this. Like, nah, get rid of that word just. I just need— nah, just is limiting God. I don't just need nothing, I want it all. I'mma be honest, you know what I'm saying? I'mma be honest. And you know what I'm saying? Like, nah, ain't no just. Get rid of that word. I don't just need nothing, I need everything. God want me to be abundant. God want me to enjoy all of all that God has, right? Science of Getting Rich. God wants you to be abundant. God wants you to enjoy the finer things in life. It's not reserved for one set of nobody. Like, enjoy it, you know what I'm saying? Do it responsibly, but enjoy it, right? So, yo, certificate of authentic— like, so all this talk we talking, he talking about private jets, we talking about celebration. And so this is stuff that we're talking about, right? with the anticipation. And a lot of this stuff is tax write-offs too, so don't— you know what I mean? Um, you know, um, yeah, big facts. I want everything. Like, like, I'll be honest with you, like, I'm like, I'm looking forward to getting on a private jet, you know what I'm saying? 111. See, look, as I'm saying that, um, you know, I'm looking forward to getting on that private jet with my family and we having that experience, you know what I'm saying? Like, like We got like I like I'm not even I'm not limiting nothing. I promise you. I promise you I'm not I'm not limiting none of that, right? But but here's why I'm telling you all this, right? So we're planning, we're planning, we're planning, we're talking, we're talking, we're talking. And and so fast out. So so the energy and I'm just telling y'all like the energy of coming into um you know coming into the um the meeting was like I I was I was on one. I was on one because we talking about. You know what I'm saying? Like, like, like he's telling me about— so I've always known, uh, the Rolls-Royce Ghost, you know what I'm saying? And, and so, you know, you know, you know, that's, that's something on the desire list. So G-Wagon, white G-Wagon, white, uh, Rolls-Royce Ghost, like, you know what I'm saying? Like, like, and I even got my names for them and everything. Like, I'm gonna name them and everything, you know what I'm saying? Um, not seeing that Neo and his crew had a line of Lambos in Miami. I want to live that lifestyle. Uh, I, you know what I'm saying? So yeah, so like I've seen that, you know what I'm saying? Uh, I want to ride a Lambo. I don't know if I wanna, if I wanna own one. Um, but either way, right? So the energy that we was coming in on, the energy we was coming in on, like he's showing me the, uh, the Rolls-Royce Dawn. He's like, nah, I need the Dawn. Like we, we having that type of conversation, you know what I'm saying? So I say all this to say the energy of Mailbox Money Academy was on that. And, and he said something that was very dear to my heart that I want to leave y'all with, right? He said the riches is in the niches. I'm gonna say that again. He said the riches is in the niches. And I've literally been focused on how do, how do, how does Ash Cash niche down? Right? How do I niche down? How do I get to a point where I'm, I'm now niching down that people understand like, all right, you know what I'm saying? This is what he's good at. Right, he could do everything, right? He could do all this. But how— but, but what is that? What is that special sauce, right? What is that? What is that thing? What is that thing that he does? What is that? You know what I'm saying? Like, the riches are in the niches, right? Because— and I figured it out. I know what it is, right? I know what it is. And I've been hearing this for a long time, but it was just hard. I'll be honest, it'd be hard for me to let go. You know what I'm saying? It's hard. It was hard for me to like let go of the thought that I could do it, you know what I'm saying? I could do everything, you know what I'm saying? Um, and so now I'm like, all right, this is my special sauce. This is what I'm gonna niche down on. This is what I'm gonna focus on. And you know what I'm saying? Like, like, this is— make his guests cry. Yo, that's it. Yo, uh, uh, surround yourself with energy and people to strive to be. That's a fact. Uh, that's good. Forever Brandon. That's, that's a fact. Um, but it's funny though that, um, you know, I think that, you know, I think that, um, you know, you know, uh, uh, Miss, uh, Miss 527 says, uh, uh, get, get to the nitty-gritty. That's your special sauce. I like that though because I, because I agree with you. You know what I'm saying? Great day. Most high RBG, what up? I agree with you though, right? I agree that, right? I'm gonna tell y'all what my special sauce is: being able to pull out stories, right? Like I have, I have a, I have an ability to pull out the story. I'll tell y'all, I'll tell y'all a quick, a quick thing, right? When I interview Candy, when I interview Candy. I didn't, uh, there were a lot of like weird awkward times, right? Um, I've been following you since AllHipHop. Salute to AllHipHop, yo, salute to them. That's number— yo, look, every— yo, all my stuff is coming out, yo. Don Diva, first opportunity. AllHipHop.com, second opportunity. Not— I mean, so salute to everybody that came before. Look, my guy Rich Kid in the building, first entrepreneurship opportunity. Look, yo, we coming out today, B. Um, uh, you make the guests feel comfortable. Big facts though, right? Look, when I, when I interviewed Candy, there were a lot of like awkward— um, um, do I mentor? Yeah, mailboxmoneyacademy.com. Um, there were a lot of awkward times, right? But not awkward like in like weird, but it was like she wasn't ready for the questions I was asking her, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, facts out the cut. Big bro in the building, you know what I'm saying? Um, but the thing was that she wasn't ready for the questions I was asking her because when you, when you're a celebrity, I think that people are, um, people are waiting for the drama, right? People are waiting for you to come with some stuff, you know what I'm saying? Um, uh, I wish you more, more health and wealth, brother. I appreciate you. Thank you so much. Um, So, um, so that's the thing, right? People like— when you're a celebrity, people are like waiting for the drama because that's what they feel everybody needs. I think that, um, there's way to make an interview entertaining without talking about drama at all, right? And so, um, and so, uh, yes, uh, she said you had different questions and she liked that. Now it's a big fact. Now I'm talking about— I'm talking about behind the scenes though. I'm talking about behind the scenes as we was talking. Like some of this cut out, some of the stuff was kept in. She was— there were times that I stopped her that she was like, wait, ask that again. And I had to do a retake because, um, and I'm just, you know, I'm just being 100 with y'all. We had to do retakes and all that, um, and shout out to French because French cut the— cut it, you know what I mean? Like French cut it really, really well that you can't tell. But there were a lot of like awkward pauses in there. There was a lot of awkward pauses in which I asked a question, she's like, wait, wait, let me think about that, right? Because the mode, right, the mode that they were in, right, um, you know, um, you know, the, the, the mo— the mode that, that they, that they're in, they're normally like waiting, right? They're normally waiting for drama and how to be on defense, right? That's, that's the right ques— that's the thing. Most people, most celebrities are on defense, you know what I'm saying? But I ain't gonna talk about none of that because I, because I know how brilliant Kandi is. And I need her brilliance to shine. And so I wanted that interview to be only about her brilliance. I talked to Kirk and Rashida. I was talking about none of that, none of that matters, you know what I'm saying? Because they're brilliant, you know what I'm saying? They're brilliant. And because they're brilliant, I want their brilliance to shine. And so that's what we talked about. Alex Ginnagy, I watch his lives. I know You know what I'm saying? Like the intimate— some of the intimate details, right, about him. So I was like, oh, you know what I'm saying? Let's talk, right? I want to get the inside story, you know what I'm saying? Um, you know, um, um, you know, so, so I, so I said— so, so that's my secret sauce, right? My secret sauce is— and I get it from banking, right? I get it from being a banker. Um, because, uh, your guests will return, that other stuff is for TMZ. Big facts, right? But I get it from being a banker, right. So, as a banker, right, as a banker, I was a banker for 15 years. So, as a banker, I had to ask— I had to make you feel comfortable for you to tell me your life story. I had to, right. I had to make you feel comfortable that the answers you were going to give me, I wasn't going to judge you. Like, if you made $1 million and you spent $1.5 million, that I wasn't going to look at you like you crazy, right? That if you had an issue with your money, like, I had to make you feel comfortable, right? Because I needed to pull out, right? I need to pull out all the information. Big facts, Rich. Rich says your secret sauce is being you. That's a big fact. You know what I'm saying? And so, as a banker, I had to do that. I had to make you feel comfortable. You know what I'm saying? Like, I had to make you feel comfortable To really know that that that that I'm I'm not I'm I'm up here I'm here to inspire and motivate you, and so um you know a lot of my questions were intentional um um uh I really advise you you will win awards this is bigger than you know now big facts big facts you know what I'm saying um I just so I'm I'm dropping an episode right I'm dropping an episode with Rashad and Troy next. And there's no other interview like that out. I promise you, I watched it. And I'm like, oh, we was able to really get, you know what I'm saying, some, some, you know, their why, right? Like we was able to get the real backstory behind EYL and the, you know what I'm saying? And so, and so yes, that's the secret sauce. And so that's what I'm focusing on. But even from another perspective, even with my books and stuff, you know what I'm saying? Like writing books and helping people write books. And so I say all I can say, niche down, you know what I'm saying? Please niche down. Um, you know, we, um, I— so I have, um, uh, we got 2, you know, we're shooting again. Um, and, uh, you know, we got, we got, um, you know, we got, um, you know, we got, we gotta, you know, we got, we got, we got some things going up. Ash, can you bring on, um, uh, this Black vitamin company out of Atlanta? Um, send me their name. I'll do the research. I'll send it to the team. So that's the other thing, y'all. Like, I'm not the only person part of this, part of this, you know what I'm saying? Um, I, uh, you know what I mean? I gotta bring it to the team. So send it to me and I'll, and I'll, I'll bring it to the scheme. Um, uh, Kirk was not likable, uh, on the show but very likable with your interview. I guess every show needs a bad guy. Big facts. Um, I need to get, uh, get in on your book writing program. Uh, sending you a DM now. All right, copy that. Big facts. Copy that. And that's the thing though, because I'll be honest with you, I'm getting so busy that I might, you know what I mean? It might be time to retire the book writing program, but I'm still rocking with it. So yeah, so I'll definitely check the DM. Caterpillar Properties in the building. The vault is a person's mind and your secret sauce is getting inside of that. Big facts. That's actually it inside the vault. Right, like, like, like, I feel like I'm like the hip-hop Oprah, like, because Oprah is good at that, you know what I'm saying? I'm like the, like the young, the young hip-hop Oprah, you know what I'm saying? Uh, where are the interviews posted? Um, go to the Earn Your Leisure YouTube channel or subscribe. Go to— I go anywhere, just type in Inside the Vault with Ash Cash, you'll see it. Um, how do we— how do you suggest we do that? Uh, give us a step or two on how to choose. Styles, elaborate. How to do what? How do you suggest we do what? Um, give us a step or two on how to choose. Yeah, yeah, give me, give me, uh, um, elaborate on that for me, Styles. Uh, yes, being yourself makes it flow easy. Big facts. Uh, yeah, he definitely was not likable. Everything's played. Do you need to DM or is there a team, uh, we can DM? Um, I mean, you could, you could DM me and I'll make, I'll make sure I'll make sure the team gets it. Uh, well, let me get in before you retire. Now I'm telling you, now, and the reason why I feel like I, I, I'll probably do the— let me just be, let me be clear. I'll always do the self-publishing program, but I just don't know if I have the capacity to do one-on-ones anymore, you know what I'm saying? So, um, so I will be— I don't know yet, you know what I'm saying? Like, like, I will potentially be retiring the one-on-one. I don't know, but we'll see, we'll see. But yeah, let's, let's, let's definitely work. Let's definitely work. Uh, but yeah, not— and I got what you're saying. Uh, um, Pink Sapphire, Fernand Kirk, stop playing poor people. Uh, MMA gives you the sauce to self-publish it. Um, please present Ghetto Gastro chefs from the Bronx as a guest. Uh, they created, uh, Krug Chicken items. They are fire. Yeah, like, as long as— look, as long as the story is dope, but they also got to be willing to fly. Yo, so I'm telling you, that's why I'm proud Because we're shooting this week, right? And I got two people, two, two people are flying in for interviews, yo. That's that. I don't think y'all understand how, like during a pandemic, two people saw the value in the show to say, nah, yo, I don't care if I'm not in Atlanta. I'm I'mma fly in to to be a guest. And and and and the one person that's flying in. Y'all probably gonna be shocked. Um, the person that I'm flying in— well, I'm not flying in, but that is flying in— um, is gonna— is potentially gonna be our first guest for Women's History Month, right? Y'all gonna be shocked. But her story— her story is— her story is her story. I can't knock it. I can't knock it. I'll just say that. I would just say that her story is her story. If you're not inspired by her story, you know what I'm saying? I want to see if I can make her cry. I mean, not make her cry, but I wonder if— because she tough. I wonder if we could— I wonder if I could ask some questions that could dig deep to let some real emotions out. That'd be dope. That'd be dope. But I'm excited. I'm excited. You know what I'm saying? Hip-hop Oprah, I'm telling you, uh, your platform is fire. You touching lives every day. Now salute, I appreciate you. Uh, new to the page, but you're a great motivator. Bless us. Salute. Why not CJ? Salute. Uh, yo, Finland Fortune, what up? Yo, yo, yo, uh, yo, Wall Street. Yo, you— yo, let me tell you, Wall Street, you told— you told me— you told me he was gonna be the valedictorian. Um, I ain't gonna say no names, but we— we got— we got our first We got our first mailbox money millionaire though. Some somebody somebody just closed a a five-year seven million dollar deal mailbox money. I ain't gonna say no names. I ain't gonna say no names, Wall Street. But I know you in hibernation. I know that you cooking. But you told me you told me he's gonna be the valedictorian. So now the the bar has been set, Wall Street. The bar has been set. We got we got a person in mailbox money academy. That closed a five-year, seven-million-dollar deal. That's your bar. That's that's your bar, my G. That's your that's your bar, my G. Because you yo, I love it. I love it. Family never do that. Do not cancel the book writing program. This will make you a billionaire. Now big facts. And if you and if you said it, then then then then I'm you know I'm saying then then that's then that's gold. Uh, don't retire the program, King. Hire a resource to take the baton and sustain it for you. Now, big facts. So, so, fast shot to Terrace Moss. So, so, so here, here, that's a fact, right? Um, fast shot to Terrace, fast shot to the First Lady. So I— so First Lady has a degree in English. She actually was editing all my books. Terrace Moss has 25 years of experience as a copywriter, stuff like that. Um, You know, um, we've been working together though, like behind the scenes, because I actually get, um, I actually get a, um, a lot of, um— bless you, champ. I, I get a lot of, uh, like celebrities. Not a lot, but I got, I got a few celebrities I've been talking to about books. A lot of like, you know, you know, 10-figure earners who don't have time to write a book. Uh, and so I've been assembling a team of people to help, you know what I'm saying? So the First Lady, Terris, and I We've been working, and we actually got a client that we're working on. Name that you know, you know what I'm saying? Name that you know. And so, so that's so, so yes, I'm gonna retire it, but definitely, you know what I'm saying? I've been, I've been doing that. I've been looking at other people that I could kind of put under umbrella, kind of help, help in that process. You know what I'm saying? When Ash Cash get like the rest of his friends. Uh, it's over with authentic connections. Not that— so, so, Young Faces, if you say that, then you don't— let me, let me explain something to y'all. If you— if y'all say that, then you don't really know me, right? Like, like, I'm on my 4th life, you know what I'm saying? Meaning, meaning I'm so far ahead of my time, I'm about to start another life. Look around you, I'm about to pass twice, right? Um, yo, this ain't new to me, yo. When I, when I was a baker, like, when I was like in my 20s, yo, when I was in my 20s, Um, I had a, I had a multi-millionaire client that I've been around. I've been around millionaires all my life. I'll be honest with you, like, I'm not even like, I'm not even, I'm not even capping. Like, I'm not even trying to like front for the cameras and nothing like that. Um, I've been around millionaires all my life. I'm talking about when I was a kid, you know, guys in the streets Even as a kid, like, the kingpins and the guys in the streets would always, uh, like, like, look out for me, you know what I'm saying? And so I know some— I know some— I knew— I know some hustlers, like, you know what I'm saying? Rest in peace to those who are not here, but they're also people who are still around. I know some hustlers who, like, touched some M's though, you know what I'm saying? That, um, that, uh, you know, that I was around, you know what I'm saying? Then when I got into corporate America, I was a private banker. Like, my most wealthiest client was worth $22 million, you know what I'm saying? And so I've always been around people who had money, so money doesn't change me. I promise you, like, I'm gonna be worth $100 million and still shout out St. Nicholas Projects. I'm still gonna be from 129th Street and 8th Avenue. Because I believe— this is what I believe, this is what I believe— I believe that money doesn't change you. Uh, it just amplifies who you already are, right? And so if you're an asshole— excuse my language— and you get money, you're just gonna be a bigger asshole. If you're a, a kind person and you get money, you're just gonna be a kinder person. The problem is, is that the assholes have been getting, getting money, you know what I'm saying? Assholes have been unapologetic about getting money, and, and they've been unapologetic about, about showing it. And that's why people associate getting money with leaving or getting money with changing. Nah, I promise you that, you know, I mean, I mean, like I said, obviously there's certain things I'm not gonna be able to do, right? Just for like common sense reasons, you know what I'm saying? If I'm worth $100 million, you know what I'm saying? Like, there's just things I'm just not gonna be able to do. It'd be dumb for me to do. But, you know what I'm saying? In my core, I'll still be the same guy, you know what I'm saying? Like, I still, you know what I'm saying? Like, I still, um, you know, like, I'll still create ways that everyday people could gain access to me because that's the point, right? The point is not to act like success is this faraway thing. The point is to know that success is attainable for everybody, you know what I'm saying? So that's my core mission in life. My core mission is to display God, is greatness on display. It's to display that you could be great no matter where you come from, you know what I'm saying? So When I become the first, you know what I mean, business— yo, like, I actually have this on my mind. Like, when I become the first billionaire, business billionaire from the housing projects, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, say that to Ash, they don't know. You know what I'm saying? Like, the goal is to be the first, like, yo, yo, yo, he a business billionaire. And when I say business billionaire, I just mean it like I ain't rap or playboy, you know what I'm saying? I know. First, I mean, the first billionaire out the project building. I get that. But you know what I'm saying? And then no disrespect to him, but I'm just saying. Where are we? Where are we? Where are we? Oh, niching down. So Styles said, give an example of niching down. Honestly, find a— so I'll give you an example, right? Find the one thing that you're good at and build everything else around it. So that— so that be so good at this one thing that no— that you are the guru for that, no— everybody else comes to you for it. Let me— so let me give you an example, right. I had a friend, 2 friends actually, 2 friends. One friend wanted to be a financial advisor, right, wanted to teach financial literacy. But that space was so crowded, but the person was also a CPA. So he said, yo, instead of, um, instead of being— instead of just being a, um, financial advisor, let me niche down on taxes. And so now he's focusing on taxes, helping people, you know, maximize their taxes, make, uh, you know, like, do their best, right? Maximize their taxes. But in that, he still taught financial literacy, right? He still have a financial literacy program. You know, another friend of mine, financial advisor, was like, yo, I'm a financial advisor, but the space was crowded. So what he did, he said, you know what, I'm gonna focus on credit repair, right? He focused on credit repair, got hundreds of thousands, right? He has hundreds of thousands of people join his program. And then in the program with teaching credit, he also did financial literacy. So he niched down, he got that one thing that he was good at. So I'll give you a prime example for me. And this is what I'm thinking. I don't know this yet to be true, but this is what I'm thinking, right? Is that, um, I've been a self-published author for over 11 years, right? I've published over 10 books. I've ghostwritten 4 books. I've sold, you know, thousands of books, right, as a self-published author. And so the one thing, whether somebody has no money or a lot of money, The one thing in common that if they speak to me about and they get the most excited about is book publishing. It's like, yo, Ash, can you help me publish my book? How do you do this? How do you do that? How do you do that? Right? And so for me, I'm saying if I niche down and I just focus on book publishing, right? I create an academy called the Self-Publishing School or something like that or the Self-Publishing Academy, something like that. And everything in that academy is everything you need to know about self-publishing, right? But what do I do? I could— I'mma teach you how to build wealth with books. Because the one thing I would say, and this is the truth for me, is that as a financial educator, it wasn't until I started writing books— like, books open the door for so many things, right? Books open the door for me to be a public speaker. Books opened the door for me to, you know, for me to be on television. Books opened the door for me to be on radio. Books opened the door for me to be a consultant. Books opened the door, you know, for me to get, you know, television deals, right. Books opened the door, you know what I'm saying. So books opened the doors to so many other things, gave me so much exposure. That exposure gave me money. Money then I could use to deploy and buy assets and now build wealth from that, right? That's my blueprint, right? Like, I don't have no other— that's my blueprint, is, is, is the books open the doors for so many other things that allow me to do other things, right? Um, and so that's the niche. I niche down because I don't care how much money you got, you don't know about the self-publishing game like I know it. All of your favorite people don't have their own books. They went through a publishing house, and a publishing house is giving them a percentage. But what if, what if, right, the publishing house is just using your influence? What if I taught you how to use your influence, right? How to write your own book, use your influence to be a bestseller on your own. You know what I'm saying? What if I did that? You don't know that, because if you knew it, then you wouldn't sign with these people. You know what I'm saying? And so, that's my secret sauce. And so, you know, I've worked with people already, but now I'm going to be a little more public about the celebrities and other high net worth people that I'm working with because I can give you the game. You know what I'm saying? So, that's the example of niching down, Styles. It's like really find that one thing. One thing. Not— you know what I'm saying? Because guess what? Guess what? If I can make you $100,000 through writing a book, could you take that $100,000 and invest it in real estate? Absolutely. Do you need to know how to fix your taxes to make sure you minimize that $100,000 so you're not paying, you know, $30,000 in taxes? Yes, you need that. Do you need to know, you know, how to automate your finances, what to invest in now that you made $100,000 in your book? Absolutely. So I can niche. I can still be a financial educator, right? Teaching the financial education piece of it. But if I'm only focusing on Book writing. Now I niche it down. Y'all get what I'm saying? Hopefully you, hopefully you picking up like, like, like King Ashley Ann says, my sis. Hopefully you picking up what I'm putting down. You know what I'm saying? Um, retire after my book is published. So like, I used to start at $4,500, but now I'm gonna have to go a little higher. Uh, because I'm now bringing 2 other people, um, and we all got to be compensated for our time, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, fat shout out to the Credit Dude, that's my guy. Look, Carter Facts, I think I should start working on writing a book with you. Also, I will give. Nah, you should though, CEO. Shit, CEO, you got you. Look, you you got the front row seat. You look, shout out to my CEO. CEO, you give me access without without the access. Yo, Fat Shop. You know, rest in peace, right, to the big homie. Yo, I was like 11 years old. Yo, I remember, let me give you the story. Yo, shout out to the big homie, right? I remember the story. I remember going to my guy CEO house. His uncle, you know, is, you know, big-time legend, right? Big-time St. Nicholas legend. And so I remember I had to be like 13, maybe 13, 14. I don't remember. I had to be like 13 or 14. And I don't know if y'all heard of the watch Tag Heuer, like Tag, T-A-G-H-U-E. I don't know how to spell it, right? But I was like 13 or 14. And back, you know, shout out to Rich Kids. So I was selling t-shirts, mixtapes and t-shirts and all that. And they used to sell like bootleg watches, right? They used to sell bootleg watches on 125th Street. And so I want to say I saw a watch. It looked dope. It was a Tag Heuer, um, and I bought it. I want to say I bought it for like $20 or something like that, you know what I'm saying? And so, and so I thought I was doing— I thought I was doing something. So I'm, I'm like running around town with this, with this, with this watch, silver watch. I'm thinking I'm doing something. So I go to my guy CO's house, you know what I'm saying? And so CO, you know, like I said, CO's uncle You know, rest in peace, big, big St. Nicholas, you know, Harlem, right? Big Harlem legend. And, um, he's in the hallway, um, with a bunch of his friends and stuff. So I'm gonna, I'm gonna connect with C.O. So he called me, he like, yo, Ash, come here. He said, yo, what's that on your wrist, right? And I said— and so, so look, so look, I'm hyped. I'm like, I, I think I'm, I'm thinking I'm hyped. I'm like, yo, look, I got a Tag Heuer. Like, I'm fronting. Like, I'm, I'm, I'm like showing him my My tag huer. I didn't know the bootleg game, so I didn't know there was a way you could tell my watch was fake. But I was like, yo, look, I got a tag, blah blah blah. So he's like, yo, let me see that, right? And so everybody start laughing. Everybody around him start laughing, blah blah blah. So I take the watch off, right? And he's like doing this or whatever, whatever. Then he go in the house, right? He come back out. He said, yo, hold this real quick. So he put a real tag huer in my hand. And when I tell you that it weighed like 30 pounds, it probably wasn't 30, but it weighed like so much pounds. I was like, yo. And then he put mine back in my hand. He was like, yo. And he didn't even say nothing. He didn't even stunt on me. He didn't even say like, yo, this is a— like, he didn't say nothing. He just said, look. He put his in my hand and I looked at his and I was like, oh, you know what I'm saying? Uh, so fat, fat, fat shout out to the big homie. Rest in peace to the big homie. Um, and so I— so, so I— so what I'm saying, CEO, is I, I got some access, you know what I'm saying? I got some access through you, but I'm sure what you've learned plus what you've been through in the streets plus your transition, uh, would make a great story, my G. So I, I, I would implore you to do that. Like, I would, I would implore you. I think, I think, I think writing your story would be— it's mandatory, you know what I'm saying? Uh, uh, we'll talk this meeting on, uh, uh, we'll talk, we'll talk this meeting on Thursday. All right, facts. I might do, uh, Thursday at 7 though, so that way, uh, we not, um, we not, uh, salute Ash. Nah, we got to put it together. Facts. Um, yeah, so Thursday we might do 7 PM, you know what I'm saying? Uh, oh, uh, you tell it, you Wall Street. Can I get other information on doing a digital book? Um, I think that's inside Mailbox Money Academy, right? Do I have that inside there? I think I, I think I do. Mailbox Money Academy. Um, I'm also gonna like, I'm really gonna do the, the, I'm really gonna put together, I should do a lot. You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna do a live maybe today. I'll do a live on self-publishing maybe later. I love how you guys came together. Earn Your Leisure Social Podcast, Power Numbers, big facts. Yeah, I forget the name. Tag Hugh, I forget. Uh, Tag was the unofficial Rolly back then. Big facts though, yo, big facts. I'm telling you, that Tag was different, you know what I'm saying? Um, I had, I had the Folex, uh, that I, that I took, uh, to the Rolex store on 34th Street to see if it was real. I was disappointed with their response, never wore it again. Yeah, yeah, like, like, you know what I'm saying? So, you know, yeah, I had the, the tag that I had, the fake tag, and then my, you know, my big homie had the, you know, had the, had the real tag. Um, all right, y'all, it's 9 o'clock. I, I didn't realize I was, I was chatting so long. Um, hopefully, hopefully I dropped some gems, you know what I'm saying? Hopefully I dropped some gems.
