6.16.21 - The Ash Cash Show

The episode is a live, high‑energy morning show hosted by Ash Cash (Ash Exantus) with co‑hosts and audience interaction. The broadcast opens with shout‑outs to listeners, badge‑love acknowledgments, and promotional plugs for a Father’s Day special and a Jeremy Anderson interview. The core of the show is a series of motivational monologues that weave together themes of self‑worth, purpose, destiny, and perseverance. Using the metaphor of a dollar’s intrinsic value, the hosts argue that personal worth does not diminish despite hardship. They stress that purpose is non‑substitutable, that success is measured by doing what one was “born to do,” and that winners must adopt a relentless, action‑oriented mindset. Practical advice is offered on goal‑setting, avoiding excuses, and entrepreneurship (e.g., not using a 401(k) to fund a startup, proving concepts before scaling). The episode repeatedly urges listeners to define what they truly want in life—relationships, health, finances—and to pursue it with urgency, framing life as a “run” toward destiny rather than a passive “walk.” The show concludes with gratitude, a final call to share the broadcast, and a reminder that the host sees himself as a vessel delivering God‑given purpose.

I gotta like— don't— I mean, I, I might, as I'm gonna do though, I got, I gotta do a separate joint. But because, because this is just— this ain't, this, this ain't the one he with me. But I got, I got like—
chill, tell Let me teach that person.
I got a Jeremy Anderson joint though.
This is a dollar bill.
Changing the world. Love you too, big sis.
And there's something for 90 cents.
Can I buy it with this dollar bill?
Okay, all right. So if I go to the store and there's something for 85 cents and after tax it ends up being 96 cents, can I buy it with this dollar bill?
Okay, all right. So what if I ball the dollar bill. Wow, you turn it in the building. Salute.
Think about it now. Like I just ball the dollar bill up. Like so it can't be worth a dollar now. It's probably worth like ninety-five cents, right?
We'll do. We'll do.
How much you think it's worth?
A dollar.
Listen, y'all gotta pay attention.
I just balled it up.
So clearly it's not worth a dollar anymore. All right.
All right. So maybe what if I step on it? What if I stop it?
I just stopped it.
How much is it worth now?
Maybe sixty-five cents, sixty-eight cents.
It's still worth a dollar.
Okay, what if I ball it up, like I stomp on it, and then I put it in the trash can and it's in here with some trash and it's around some beer and some gum and a bunch of other nasty stuff and some guy off the street pulls the dollar out, unfolds it? How much is it worth now? Maybe 82 cents? Come on, at least 92 cents? It's okay. All right, so what if I ball it up? What if I step on it? What if I put it in trash and then watch this? I tear it in half. Think about it now, right? How much is it worth now?
A dollar?
I could tape it. Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait a second, wait a second. I just, I just, just stepped on it. I put it in trash, pulled it out, I tore it in half, and you mean to tell me I can pick the dollar up, I can wipe it off, and I can put some tape around it and it's still worth a dollar? Then why, if this dollar doesn't lose its worth—
Hey, look, thank you for the badge.
Why do you feel like you've lost your worth and value? Because many of you feel like you've been stepped on, you feel like you've been pushed aside, you feel like you've been abandoned, you feel like you've been talked about, you feel like you've been abused, like someone took from you, someone hurt you, Somebody took advantage of you and beat down inside your core. You feel like you've lost some of your value. And I am here to tell you today that this dollar still has worth and value because there were some men years ago who put value over this life and said that no matter what happens to it, it can still be put back together. It can still be wiped off. I am here to tell you that you were created and you're born and you're here and you have life and you have purpose and you have value. And when you've gone through some hard times, Even though you're experiencing some depression, you might want to give up, I am here to tell you, you still got worth and value.
You still got worth and value.
That could take your worth and your value away. So what you gotta do now, you gotta pick yourself up, you gotta dust yourself off, and you gotta keep moving.
Girl, Orlando doing— I mean, A-Lo doing the, uh, doing a live. I gotta tap in.
Yup.
Clap for yourself.
Yup.
Yup.
You are here for a reason. You are not an accident, and there is so much purpose for your life. The question here, the question is, what are you gonna do with your life?
What you gonna do with your life?
The question now is, are you gonna do it?
Absolutely. 1018 Clothing.
The question now It's, are you gonna stand up? The question now is, are you gonna save a life? You have what it takes.
Yep.
There's nothing you can't do.
It's a hot mess.
All you gotta do is ask yourself, you know what, it's time for me to operate in my full purpose.
It's time for me to operate in my full call. It's time for me to be as amazing as I was created to be.
All the stuff that you've gone through, all the things that you've experienced, that has, that has formulated like a, like a soldier inside you. There is nothing you can't do. There is no greater impact that you can have. You speak life, you love, you stand up for those who cannot stand up for themselves. You speak life to those who are dying inside, and you save a life.
That's my time.
God bless you all.
Thank you.
Yep, yep, yep. Mind Right Radio, your number one source.
Yeah, yeah, I definitely got— I definitely gotta get a, uh, uh, the another Jeremy Anderson, uh, episode in here for sure, for sure. Um, gotta clap for yourself though. Um, and that— and that leads me to today's daily aspiration, you know what I'm saying? Like, what What are you doing with your life? Towards the end of my dreams, salute, salute. You said to apply pressure this week, I got asked to do a— Oh, dog. Yo, fast shout out to my guy Rain in the building, Unconquered Healing. You said to apply pressure this week, I got asked to do a podcast on Friday and I'm going live with a few people on IG. Let's go, man. That make my heart sing, man. We applying pressure. Orlando, I can do all things. If you know, you know. Salute, salute, Cheryl. Tap in. If you gotta take a nap, take a nap. You know what I'm saying? I know you at the airport. You know what I'm saying? Tap in, tap in. Salute, salute. Yeah, so this actually, this actually, I don't know why. I'm gonna tell you the truth. I woke up this morning and I didn't even know what day it was. That's how— yo, yo, I woke up this morning, I didn't even know what day it was. I was like, yo, what day is today? Uh, and so, uh, I— oh, it almost feel like Friday to me. You know what I'm saying? It almost feel like Friday to me. Uh, and normally on Friday we do Freestyle Friday. Uh, and so anybody can talk about, uh, A-Lo. You and I do tomorrow. You gotta run. I'm gonna just do the acceleration, bro. This is the energy we on this week though. It's the energy we on this week though.
Yep.
Pretty motivated.
E-God.
I am an E-God.
If you know, you know. Aimlessly looking into the wind and the weather, waiting on the bus to come. It means that while you're waiting, you ought to be doing push-ups and jumping jacks and lifting up barbells because you're renewing your strength. What are you renewing your strength for? Because you need to be strong enough to bear the weight of the favor that God's going to release on your life. It's amazing how you can be sustained by a thing you can't even describe. You can't even tell people what it's like, but you just know that something is about to happen. Is there anybody who knows what I'm talking about? You just need something. I don't care what it looks like, your season. I don't care what it is.
Yeah, thank you for the back love.
It's never too late for you to get what you need, and I'm telling you today that it is dangerous to give up too soon. People get upset when you got your blessing outside of them. There are some other folk in this room who survived, didn't have this, didn't have that, didn't have dollar, didn't have help, didn't have a husband, sometimes didn't have a job, sometimes didn't have a friend. Sometimes you had to push yourself, sometimes you had to encourage yourself.
Nice clothes.
You never had everything working at one time, but you were moving. You were in the dark, but you were still fighting in the dark, working in the dark, bought your house in the dark, raised your kids in the dark. You know God was on your side. Salute, Halo.
See you out here working.
But whoever you are, I want you to understand this is the time. This is the moment you've been waiting on. You've been waiting all of your life to get to the point that you are right now. You're in the right place at the right time for a miracle to break loose in your life. If it had happened 10 years ago, you couldn't have handled it. If it had happened 3 years ago, you would have been before the family. You had to go through everything. That's strong enough, that's courageous enough, that's tenacious enough. And now you're ready. Slap somebody, say, I'm ready!
I'm ready!
No time to cry. You feel like I can't even have good grief?
Nobody—
pick up the pace, pick up the pace! People who cannot pick up the pace, don't be strolling when I got a 911 on you. I need people who can Do not allow the cares of this world to destroy your passion for living. You have to run after it. Success is always intentional.
It's always intentional.
Aim for the stars and not hit them, this is not aim at all. I would rather go after it and not get it than not go after it at all. Yeah, I'd rather try and fail than not try at all. I don't want to live with the idea of wonder what would have happened had I done more with my life. I'm gonna go for it, come hell or high water. I'm going after my destiny. You gotta run after your destiny.
You can't stroll after your destiny.
You can't walk after your destiny. You gotta run.
You gotta run. Y'all need y'all to run.
Run after your destiny. Yep. Do not stroll.
Do not stroll.
Do not walk.
Do not meander. Do not wander, but roll after your destiny. You gotta run.
You gotta run.
You gotta run. You can't just wake up in the morning. Let me see what's gonna happen this day. Ah, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I don't know what I'm gonna wear. I don't know what I'm gonna cook. I don't know where I'm gonna go. I just woke up. Oh, you should stay in the bed. Give the day to somebody who's gonna run out there. Give the day to somebody who has a plan, who has a strategy, because success is never an accident. And if you don't want it, get out of the way, because there are some people who want to do something with their life. You gotta run after your destiny. You gotta run after your destiny.
Yeah, A-Lo, run!
You gotta run.
It's running time. It's running time.
It's not strolling time.
It's not walking time. It's not sightseeing time. It's running time.
Give me some space.
It's the whole hustle.
What up?
Get up out of my face because I'm getting ready to run.
Yep.
Don't have time for what you talking about because I'm getting ready to run. I'm gonna run! Yep.
Gotta run!
I'm running for my life! Gotta run! Gotta run! Gotta run! Gotta run! Gotta run! Gotta run! I'm getting ready to run like I never run before. I'm getting ready to leap like I never leap before. I'm getting ready to shout like I never shout before. I'm getting ready to dance like I never dance before. I'm getting ready to run! Everybody gonna run with me? Anybody gonna run with me? Anybody gonna run, run, run, run? I'm gonna go for it! Come to hell!
I'm never high water.
I'm going after my destiny. You gotta run after your destiny. You can't stroll.
The auto sales, thank you for the backup.
Run after your destiny. Run after your destiny. Do not stroll. Do not walk. Do not meander.
Do not Mr. Trump, thank you.
You can't just wake up in the morning, let me see what's gonna happen today. Ah, I don't know what I'm gonna do, I don't know what I'm gonna wear, I don't know what I'm gonna cook, I don't know where I'm gonna go, I just woke up. Oh, you should stay in the bed. Give the day to somebody who's gonna run after their destiny. Give the day to somebody who has a plan, who has a strategy, because success is never an accident. And if you don't want it, get out of my way.
Get out of my way. Some people who want to do something with their life will run after the destiny. So fast shot there. So speaking of that, we're going to do the daily aspiration because today is about getting what you deserve, right? So happy Wednesday.
It's a winning Wednesday today.
Happy Winning Wednesday, my centers of influence! Welcome to the day that you vow to yourself, no matter the circumstance, situation, or obstacles, you will continue to protect your dreams and aspirations with unwavering faith and urgent action. Today's daily aspiration is dedicated to defeat. Just like any sport, life has its winners and losers. The main difference is The difference between sports is that only one team or person can win. In life, you are not competing against anyone else. So in essence, the win or loss is all contingent on your will, your desire, and refusal of failure. As Edwin Lewis Cove once said, you don't drown by falling in the water, you drown by staying there. I'm really not sure how to put this any other way, but If you don't win, it's because you didn't really want it bad enough. Losing is never an option to anyone who is determined to reach any goal. Yes, you may encounter some temporary defeats and setbacks, but it is important to remind yourself that you are not a failure until you give up. Refuse to lose. The world is yours for the taking. I'll leave you with a couple of quotes, one by Dennis Hartley, and it says, Forget about the consequences of failure. Failure is only temporary, temporary change in direction to set you straight for your next success. Next quote by Ben Stein, and it says, it is inevitable that some defeat will enter even the most victorious life. The human spirit is never finished when it is defeated. It is finished when it surrenders. And last but not least, this is the unknown quote, and it says, when defeat comes, accept it as a signal that your plans are not sound. Rebuild those plans, set sail once more towards your goal. Um, I'm gonna give you a bonus, and this is by Napoleon Hill. It says, opportunity often comes in disguise in the form of misfortune or temporary defeat. Um, I need to cut the music off for this though because I need y'all to hear me. I need you to Hear me on this one, right? I need y'all to hear me on this one, right? If the load of music is hard to hear, well, here's this, right? If you don't win, it's because you didn't really want it bad enough. If whatever you're going after, if you do not win, then it's because you didn't really want it bad enough. Because losing is never, right, losing is never an option for anyone who is determined to reach any goal. That's just a fact. That's just a fact. The people who lose in life is because what they were going after, they didn't believe enough, right. Am I saying that, you know, everything is going to be all good? No. I'm saying that yeah, you may encounter some temporary defeats, Right. You may encounter some temporary defeats, but at the end of the day, at the end of the day, even as you're encountering this temporary defeat, it does not in any way mean that you're finished, right. Setbacks, temporary defeats, all these things are going to happen. That just means that your plans weren't as sound as you probably thought they were.
Right.
Because the truth of the matter is that you're not a failure when you fail, you're a failure when you give up, right. Sometimes we're so worried and concerned, right, we're so worried and concerned with how we look to other people. And so, because, you know, we are concerned with how we look to other people, we don't like people seeing us at our growing stage. You know what I'm saying? Like, we don't like people— like, we don't like to be naked, right? We like people to see us fully clothed. We don't like to be naked. But it's all good though, right? It's all good because at the end of the day, you know, I believe when people see you fail and they see you keep getting up and they finally see you succeed, I think that's the biggest testament. You know, I never hide my failures. The things that don't work, they just don't work. But the one thing they'll say, Ash Cash is consistent, yo. You go around any circle, anybody who know me, my multi-million dollar friends will tell you, my, you know, my community will tell you, my family will tell you, the one thing they gonna say, They gonna be like, yo, that boy has cash consistent, right? If you, if you're new, if you're new to what, to what, to what I'm out here doing, I promise you, I promise you, if you just do a simple Google search, you do a simple Google search, you do a super simple YouTube search, you're gonna see chipped tooth and all This ain't new. And so I don't win because I'm the best. I win because I'm not smart enough to know when to give up, right? I win because I'm not smart enough to know when to give up. Like, I just know. I apply pressure to everything. Are you gonna need to take some breaks sometimes?
Fine.
You know what I'm saying? I've taken many breaks. But I promise, I promise you that in fact, right, a simple Google search, if you like, yo, yo, who is this guy? I never heard of him before. You know, like, like, like he just came out of nowhere. You know what I'm saying? You'll see. It's the consistency for me. It's the consistency for me. It's the impact for me. It's the I'm not giving up till I get what I came for for me. It's the yo, I have a mission. And come hell or high water, I'm going to accomplish that mission. For me, it's the— my goals are bigger than myself, so I got to keep going. For me, it's the— yo, I got a gift and the gift ain't mine, so I keep giving it. For me, see, a lot of times what people are doing is that they're attaching their gifts to themselves, right? They're attaching their gifts to themselves, and so they think that they got the right They think they got the right to start and stop whenever they feel like it. That's what they think. A lot of people think that because they're being used as the vessel, that they got the right to start and stop whenever they want to. I don't own this package. I don't own the gift. I don't have the right You know, I'm an Amazon deliver— like, I'm delivering a package. I'm an Amazon driver. I'm an Amazon driver.
I don't have the right—
I don't have the right to hold up somebody's package because I don't feel like driving today. When, when, when, when somebody make— when somebody hit that purchase button, when they, when they hit that purchase button, the moment that they paid, right, the moment that they paid for that package, Amazon made a commitment. Amazon made a commitment to make sure that that package is on time. And the moment that we put out our, um, desires to our higher power, God assigns— the universe assigns a driver to deliver that package. And nobody who has been chosen to deliver a package Has the right to hold that package from other people. You do not have the right to stop other people from being blessed because you don't feel like it. The gift isn't yours. You are a vessel. You are being used as a vessel, and the reason why you have breath in your body right now is because God said, I still need to use you. That's it. God says, yo, you still have value, you still have purpose, and I need to use you. So, you do not have the right—
That's right.
Stop holding on to other people's packages and stop holding on to it and, and, and, and, and, you know, showing up late. And because at the end of the day, you have a purpose, and if you don't fulfill that purpose, you are now tapped in and tuned in. Tapped in and tuned in. That's not what happened.
Mindrightradio.com.
There's no substitute for purpose. There's no substitute for purpose. What I'm saying is so important. This is more important than anything that you can hear right now. This is more important than anything that you can hear right now because there's so many people who are lost, frustrated, and saved.
Frustrated.
There is no substitute for purpose. I was thinking of an example, and there's so many of them. Have you ever seen a manufacturer who began to build something and because it didn't become what he intended, he made it something else? You don't see that. They don't stop until they get what they purpose. There's no substitute for purpose. There's no substitute for purpose. You cannot make a car a boat. You can't decide, I'm tired driving this car, I'm going to drive into the water, I'll make it a boat. You just can't do that. You can't substitute the purpose for the product. You cannot make a microphone a cooking spoon. I mean, you could, but it would be microphone abuse. You may laugh, but it's true about your life. If you are becoming something, or can I say trying to be something that you are not, you're abusing who you are. There's no substitute for purpose. There is no satisfaction beside purpose. Purpose and only purpose will satisfy. Purpose therefore will haunt you. That's why God uses the word prevail. He said, no matter what you plan, whether it's big, good, fantastic, evil, bad, or excellent, if it's not my purpose for your life, God says, my purpose will prevail over that plan. That will prevail means it will haunt you.
Haunt.
You did everything everybody wanted you to do, but not what you were born to do. Then what you were born to do will haunt what you did. You gotta understand God's word here. He says, my purpose will override, overrule all of your plans, no matter how good they are, no matter how big they are. Purpose will frustrate your success. You know people, maybe you're one of them. You know everyone thinks you're doing well, but when you close the door At night and cut the light off, it's hell in the bed. It's hell in the bed. You cry, you weep, you're mad because you don't feel fulfilled. And then when you go on stage, everybody claps, but in secret you are depressed. They think you are the best corporate executive in the whole Company, but deep inside you really want to go preach. Deep inside you really want to go paint pictures. Deep inside you want photography. You don't have to set up no desk. Whatever your gift is, whatever your purpose is, it will make you frustrated. It'll prevail over all of your success.
Why?
Because purpose itself will overrule your accomplishments. Purpose will overshadow all your work. Purpose will depress your impressions. You impress people, but you're depressed because deep inside you're not doing what you were born to do. God says this purpose will make you sick. My purpose will hurt you. It will make you feel so frustrated that no matter how successful the world thinks you are, my deep calling purpose will make you sick. And some of you know what I'm talking about. Purpose will frustrate you. Nothing but nothing can take the place of purpose. Purpose is the key and the measure of success. You're only successful if you did what you were born to do.
Everything else is failure. So the only measure your success is Wait, hold on, I gotta stop this because I need a reminder, right? Your, your, your doc— rest in peace, Dr. Miles Monroe. Dr. Miles said you're only successful when you do what you were born to do. Everything else is failure. Even if you are successful at something that you're— that, that's not your purpose, that is still Considered failure. If, if your purpose is to be an architect and then you become an engineer and you're the best engineer that has ever lived on earth, you're still a failure because your purpose was to be an architect. And the truth of the matter is nobody could tell you, right, what you were here to do because you feel it. You know what you're supposed to do, right? Because when it's your purpose, you feel it in your soul, you feel full, right? You feel excitement, you wake up with joy when that's your purpose. And so, I need you to understand that there is a lot of us right now Who are successful failures. I said what I said. There's a lot of us right now who are successful failures. We are, we are, we are successful in something that's not even supposed to be ours. We passing up time. We do, we do, we doing stuff just for the sake of doing, but that's not even what we were called to do. I said what I said. And so, and so even if you're successful at something that you're not supposed to do, you're still failing. And at the end of the day, what are you afraid of? Because God will never put a dream, a goal— God would never put nothing in your spirit without a way to do it. That's right. Never, right? Yo, and let me, let me explain something to you though. Let me explain something to you. I, I said what I said, and I, and I'm not even adding respectfully to it because I've been there, right? I've been there. I've been a VP at a bank and everybody's proud of me, but then when I get home, I feel empty. I climbed to the highest level of corporate America as a CEO of a credit union, but every single day I'm sitting in the bank and I'm like, what the F are you doing here? When the cameras came on, I'm smiling, I'm cheesing, I'm happy, my family's happy, they're proud of me. Everybody's saying how great I am, but I get home, I look in that mirror, and I feel like I'm wasting my life. And so, what I'm saying to you, I'm not even like— I dealt with making a decision on me and people abandoning me, people calling me stupid, people telling me this is the dumbest thing I could ever do.
I've been there.
And so, when I'm saying this, I'm not sugarcoating none of it. In all disrespect, because there's a lot of us right now who are wasting our life. We are wasting our lives. God— how dare you? God gave you another opportunity, right? God gave you another opportunity. Like, you're still here, you still got breath in your body. God gave you another opportunity, and you still—you still doing stuff to please people. You still care what other people think. Somebody need to hear this again.

There's no substitute for purpose. What I'm saying is so important. This is more important than anything you can hear right now. Because there's so many people who are lost, frustrated, and saved. There is no substitute purpose. I was thinking of an example. There's so many of them. Have you ever seen a manufacturer who began to build something, and because it didn't become what he intended, he made it something else? You don't see that. They don't stop until they get what they purpose. There's no substitute for purpose. There's no substitute for purpose. You cannot make a car a boat. You cannot make a car a boat. You can't decide, I'm tired driving this car, I'm gonna drive I'm gonna drive into the water and I'll make it a boat. You just can't do that. You can't substitute the purpose for the product. You can't make a microphone a cooking spoon. I mean, you could, but it'd be microphone abuse. You may laugh, but it's true about your life. If you are becoming something, or can I say trying to become something that you are not, you are abusing who you are. There's no substitute for purpose. There is no satisfaction beside purpose. Purpose and only purpose will satisfy. Purpose, therefore, That's why God uses the word prevail. He said no matter what you plan, whether it's big, good, fantastic, evil, bad, or excellent, if it's not my purpose for your life, God says my purpose will prevail over that plan. That word prevail means it will haunt you. If you did everything everybody wanted you to do, but not what you were born to do, then what you were born to do will haunt what you did. You gotta understand God's word here. He says, my purpose will override, overrule all of your plans, no matter how good they are, no matter how big they are. People, maybe you are one of them. You know, everyone thinks you're doing well, but when you close the door at night and cut the light off, myrightradiovip.com, you cry, you weep, you're mad because you don't feel fulfilled. And then when you go on stage, everybody claps. But in secret, you are depressed. They think you are the best corporate executive in the world, but deep inside, you really want to preach.
Deep inside, you really want to preach.
Deep inside, you want to do photography. You don't want to sit at no desk. Whatever your gift is, whatever Whatever your purpose is, it will make you frustrated. It will prevail over all of your success. Why? Because purpose itself will overrule your accomplishments. Purpose will overshadow all your work. Purpose will depress your impressions. Will depress your impressions.
You impress people, but you depressed. You impress people, but you depressed because deep inside you're not doing what you were born to do.
His purpose will make you sick. My purpose will haunt you. It will make you feel so frustrated that no matter how successful the world thinks you are, my deep Calling purpose will make you sick, and some of you know what I'm talking about. Purpose will frustrate you. Nothing but nothing can take the place of purpose. Purpose is the key and the measure of success. You're only successful if you did what you were born to do.
You're only successful when you did what you were born to do.
Everything else is failure.
Everything else is failure.
So you only measure your success by your assignment. If I told you to paint the wall over here, you paint that one beautiful, perfect, excellent, you still failed. You still failed.
That's why it's tough work. You gotta make a decision, Miss 527.
To be good.
Make a decision, make a plan, and execute. To do a good thing, but not the right thing.
Purpose is the right thing.
Wanting is not making a decision.
It's not just a good thing. Purpose is that which you were sent here to perform. Purpose is the end for which you began. Purpose is destination.
Purpose is destination. Make a note of that.
Purpose is destination. Purpose is destination. And destination is destiny. Destination is destiny. Purpose is your end that is set. And then God backs you up to begin it. Therefore, you began because there's something that's already finished that you were supposed to start. Therefore, your birth was caused because of your destiny. Your existence became necessary because of your destiny. So you don't go to your destiny. Destiny is who you are. That's why when you go off course, there's something constantly—
wait, hold on, let me, let me just answer this real quick because I don't want to miss these 2 questions. So One question was about— or one comment says, I don't want to sit at my desk on July 1st. What will I do? Right? And so I want us to understand, or we need to understand, that the very act of wanting to do something is not a decision. And so I want a six-pack, but I'm not eating right. I'm not doing my crunches. I'm not exercising, right? And so if I want something, then I'm always going to be in a state of wanting it, right? Because because because I'm not doing what is necessary to do in order to have a six-pack, and I'm also not being. Right. People who are— who have great bodies, they are— they have great bodies because they take care of their body. So, in their being, they're being healthy, right. They're being healthy so their body is healthy. And so, you know what I'm saying, like, I don't have my six-pack because I am not being healthy. I want a six-pack, but the moment that I stop wanting a six-pack, And the moment I start eating right and doing my exercises and crunches and being consistent with my six-pack, with my health, that's when it would happen. And so, not wanting to sit at your desk on July 1st almost means that you'll be sitting at your desk after July 1st. It means that. And so, we got to flip that around. There needs to be a plan. If the goal is to not be at a desk come July 1st, so what are you doing? Do you have a plan? Have you written it down? Have you tried to, you know, like, what are you doing? Who are you being also, right? Because the truth of the matter is that employees are employees because they're being employed. Don't miss that bar. Employees are employees because they're being, uh, they're being employed. Entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs because they are being like, I am the business, I am an entrepreneur, right? I'm permanently unemployable. I am permanently unemployable. I can't— I cannot be employed. Because I am an entrepreneur in my being. And so, it wouldn't even— they're like, it's not even possible, right. It's not even possible for me to be employed, right. And the other question was around 401s. Should I take my 401 and start a business? I say hell to the no. Hell to the no, no, no. And the reason why I say don't use your 401 to start a business It's because the business— prove the concept first. If the business requires money, then do something like take a little bit of money or find a minimal viable product to prove that the business works. Don't pay for your idea, let the idea pay for itself. Bar. Don't pay for your idea, let the idea pay for itself. And what do I mean by that? I'm saying don't take money and put it into the idea. Take the idea and make money from the idea. Once you make money from the idea, that's how you know it works. Yo, my throat is so dry right now. My bad, y'all.
I need to— pulling you back no matter where you go in life. There's something that keeps— I gotta go because Destiny screams at you every moment of your day. It quietly screams. It's the loudest silence you can ever hear. It's the loudest silence you can ever hear. It's your destiny. There's something Even while I'm talking, it's probably crying louder now because I'm talking about it. Yes, it's screaming. It's that thing that is already established by God that you arrived to fulfill, and no matter where you go, what you do, it haunts you. It prevails. It overpowers. You try to drown it in busyness, but it's too strong. You try to bury it in your preoccupation, but it is your occupation. That's why until you find your destiny, all you have is a job. Ah, pass out, miss.
Your destiny is not a job.
Your destiny is your work. Your job is what you do until you find your destiny. There's no substitute for purpose. What I'm saying is so important. This is more important than anything that you can hear right now. There's no substitute for purpose. What I'm saying is so important. This is more important than anything that you can hear right now. Purpose will frustrate you. Nothing But nothing can take the place of purpose. Purpose is the key and the measure of success. Purpose is the key and the measure of success. You're only successful if you did what you were born to do. You're only successful if you did what you were born to do. Everything else is failure. Everything else is failure. Everything else is failure. Everything else is failure. There's no substitute For purpose. There's no substitute for purpose. What I'm saying is so important. This is more important than anything that you can hear right now. This is more important than anything that you can hear right now.

Exclusive. Exclusive.
You can't make me want what I don't want. Yeah. Yo, tap in with my guy Ramiah for the after party.
And many of you are taking anything because you don't know what you want. And so if I can do one thing for you when you leave this room, I don't want nothing from you but for you to leave this room and know what you want. What do you want in your marriage? What do you want? With your son and your daughter? What do you want in your health? What do you want financially?
Like, how much money do you want to make a year?
What do you want to drive? How do you want to live? Stop just waking up like an accident. What do you want? And then once you find out what you want, spend the rest of your natural life waking up and going after it. The reason why I speak with so much passion— E.T., why do you speak with so, so much authority? Because I'm talking about my life. Not something that I read. I ate out of trash cans. I had no business eating out of trash cans. I lived in abandoned buildings. I had no business living in abandoned buildings. But E.T., your daddy wasn't in your life. Your mom was a teenage mother. You grew up— come on, look at your shirt. That's not an excuse. There is no excuse for not living up to your fullest potential. No excuse. I told you I didn't get a new daddy. I didn't get a new mama. What changed? I changed. I stopped being a victim. I stopped saying I've got to wait for good things to happen to me, and I said I'm gonna grind. I'm gonna grind. I'm going to fight. I'm going to work. I'm going to— I'm going to do everything in my power every single day. I'm going to do everything in my power to become a victor and not a victim. Let me say this before I move forward, and I can't explain it, but you better feel me. Winners win and losers lose. I can't explain it any better than that. I don't know how it happens, but winners win. And if you create a culture of losing, if you keep being a victim, if you keep letting losing happen to you, if you keep letting people do you and treat you any kind of way, it's gonna become a culture. I can't explain it to you, but you better stop making excuses and find a way to win. Because once you start winning, you go from $1,500 to $3,000 to $5,000 to $7,000. You remember C? From $7,000 to $10,000. Nothing changed. We still in the basement. We don't have a building. We still use the garage for all of our products. We don't have business cards. We don't have a 5-year plan. We don't have a 3-year plan. How you doing here? We wake up and grind. Winners win. I focus more on winning than I focus on structure. I focus on winning. And when you become a winner, they start seeing you as winners. You get from being a loser low self-esteem, doubt, and fear. You can find your way on this side, guys. Sweeten on this side. You know what's so funny? We want people to make guarantees to us, but we're not willing to make guarantees to ourselves. I'm gonna say it again. Like, somebody gave you a guarantee, $30, 30-day guarantee. In 30 days, if you don't make what they told you you was gonna make, in 30 days you want your money back. But you've never demanded your money back from yourself. You've never looked at yourself in the mirror and said, you let you down. Until you get to that point, you let you down. You've never— you're not brave enough. You want to put it on somebody else. The reason why I'm not successful is because of my boss. Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and said, I'm not getting up on time, I'm not going to work on time, I'm not putting in 120% when I'm at work, I let me down? And when you get to the point where you can say you let you down, I don't care. Listen to me, no disrespect, I don't care about Glenn. That's not why I do what I do. And I love Glenn. I don't come here and do what I do so Glenn can affirm me, so he can give me a pat on my back. I care more about me than I care about what I don't care what Glenn thinks about me. I have standards. I have values. I don't care how much you pay me. If I speak at an elementary school for $300, I chose to do that for $300. If I chose to speak at a prison for free, I chose to do that. And I will not go in there and give those prisoners less than what somebody paid me $100,000. Why? Because I value myself enough to give 120%, or don't do it. That's the problem with some of you. You always want to blame other people. You always want to— you want to You want to blame the system. I'm not blaming the system. I'm blaming the people. hold other people to the fire, but you're not holding yourself to the fire. You just said you give 50%. You owe you an explanation. You owe you an explanation. You owe you an explanation. You need to look at yourself in the mirror and say, why are you only giving 50%? What's wrong with you? You need to put yourself on punishment. You need to tell you no more TV, no more snacks, no more desserts, no more— no, you're working out now. No more alcohol, not right now. Not— no, I can't handle it right now. You need to tell you that you owe you something. Stop going back to— you keep going to the mall with the receipt. This is what y'all said it was. Glenn didn't do what you said he was gonna do. Well, you didn't do what you were supposed to do, so how am I supposed to do for you? You walk out of this room. You owe yourself. I didn't get here making excuses.
I didn't get here making excuses.
You can't make me want what I don't want.

I promise you that I mean, most importantly, most importantly, am I? I have to go because my my throat hurts. Um, most importantly, there is somebody that's not being blessed by your disobedience, and that's all. That's all it is for me. That's it. It's obedience for me. That's it. That's all it is for me. It's not. It's nothing. It's nothing less than that. I'm not thinking about myself, I'm not thinking about how other people look at me. I know through what God has allowed me to— the little bit, and I'm not even downplaying what I put out into the world. So, when I say the little bit, I know that the impact that I'm having isn't even at the level of impact that God wants me to have. And so, the impact that I'm having on people's lives, that's more than enough, right. That's more than enough for me to— that's all the demonstration I need to know that we ain't got time to waste because when I watch how much people are being blessed. Not by me though, people are not being blessed by me. I'm a vessel, people are being blessed by the package that they ordered. You asked for this, you can't unhear this, you asked for this. You prayed to God, you put it in your subconscious, you did this. And I'm just a vessel delivering it, so I love you all, thank you all so much for allowing me to live in my purpose. Thank you all so much for tapping in every day, for tuning in. You know, I'm looking forward to seeing your abundance in real time, like right now.
