In a live session at Monroe College in the Bronx, financial educator Ash Cash delivers a motivational talk that frames the themes of Jay‑Z’s album 4:44 as a curriculum for financial freedom. He emphasizes visualizing goals, building multiple streams of income, and cultivating generational wealth, especially for people of color. The presentation is punctuated by enthusiastic endorsements from Professor Young and several students, who highlight Ash’s encouragement of entrepreneurship, the reframing of failures as obstacles, and the relevance of the album’s messages to achieving financial independence. The overall narrative positions the 4:44 album as a cultural catalyst for financial literacy and empowerment among college students.

Hey, this is Ash Cash, the financial motivator. I am excited. I am in Monroe College. We're about to give the students work. We're talking about 444, why financial freedom is our only hope. These are financial lessons that we learned from the album. Whose skin is black?
I'd like to formally introduce to you guys our dear friend Ash. I think like a millionaire. I have millionaire love. Every day, in every way, I am very ready. I love myself unconditionally. I am willing to accept the best that life has to offer. I am open to opportunity.
Good afternoon, this is Professor Young live and direct from Monroe College in the Bronx, New York.
Today, Ash Cash, he helped me to become optimistic because, you know, he gave— he has an example of his books and, you know, the Jay-Z 444 album, and it's great for a guy to come and help us and sponsor us to become successful in the future and never to give up.
I enjoyed Ash Cash this morning. For 3 reasons. One, because he continues to encourage our students to become entrepreneurs, to create multiple streams of income, and he reaffirms for them that wealth is available for people of color.
It actually really motivated me. Because it teaches you about generational wealth. I learned about financial literacy, and I learned how to be financially free.
And riches and how to get there. You need to visualize what you need in life.
You give a lot of great information, but for me, the part about there's really no failures, there are only obstacles, that was really inspirational and motivational to all of us.
I want to thank him so much for coming out today, for sharing his experience, for sharing his knowledge, for sharing his journey with our students. I honor you, sir. I appreciate you.
I had an awesome time speaking to the students about how to create wealth, generational wealth, financial freedom. This was an awesome time. I am proud and happy about where we're going. Because financial freedom is our only hope. I'm Ash Cash.
