Your 100 Day Game Plan - The Ash Cash Show 9.19.22

In this episode of The Ash Cash Show, host Ash Cash outlines his daily broadcast schedule, discusses challenges caused by his travel schedule, and addresses a recent controversy surrounding his book. He promotes his Path to Prosperity mentorship program, emphasizing a premium‑pricing mindset illustrated with a sneaker‑purchase analogy, and shares that he now charges $35,000 for a program that previously sold for under $1,000, claiming higher client commitment and results. Ash celebrates recent achievements, including earning a ClickFunnels 2‑Comma Club award and generating seven‑figure revenue with his team. He urges listeners to take full responsibility for their lives, echoing Jim Rohn’s philosophy of personal accountability, and introduces Tony Robbins’ RPM (Results‑focused, Purpose‑driven, Massive‑action) framework as a 100‑day planning system. The episode concludes with calls to action for upcoming events—a Path to Prosperity challenge, a Miami conference, and a reminder to create a detailed, logical action plan for the next 100 days, stressing the importance of premium self‑investment, disciplined planning, and massive execution.

What up, what up, what up, y'all?
It's Ash Cash.
Welcome to the Ash Cash Show, every Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 9 AM, uh, Eastern Standard Time. Tell a friend to tell a friend. Make sure you go to theashcashshow.com, subscribe to the podcast, uh, go to ashcashtv.com, subscribe to, uh, YouTube channel. Um, hey Ash, I have a A good offline question for you if you have time. Um, sheesh, man, we're gonna talk about that. Um, From the Block to the Bank, thank you. Back Community, I appreciate you. Uh, see, we're gonna talk about a couple, couple of things, couple of things. Um, so number one, um, you know, thank you for everybody who has been, um, locked in Uh, you know, with me, uh, with this journey. Um, you know, I've, I've committed to come back, uh, and do this show every Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 9 AM. Um, travel schedule has been crazy though, I ain't gonna lie to you. I ain't gonna lie, I've been traveling, uh, crazy. Um, and you know, because I've been traveling, it's, you know, it's like really tough uh, for me to pop in, right? It's been really tough for me to pop in, you know, you know, early. Um, and so, you know, I, um, you know, at this point I'll figure it out at some point, right? I'll figure out the, the best way to, to do it while I'm on the road. Um, but right for right now, um, you know, I'm only, you know, I, I can only lock in when I'm home, you know. And so that's, that's the problem with like doing a daily show and you're always traveling, which I could probably just do it from, you know, remotely. And maybe I'm caring too much about the look, you know, to be honest, because that's what it probably is. It's just me like looking like, oh, I want, you know, I want this to look a certain way. So maybe I'm just too worried about the look and not uh, and focus on the message. So, um, you know, we'll figure that out. Um, a lot of y'all have seen, um, the unacceptable, um, thing that happened with my book. Uh, if you haven't, uh, I pinned it to my, um, to my profile. Uh, I'm not gonna talk about it though, uh, right now at this time, uh, because it's so unacceptable. I'm, I'm just trying to figure out Uh, what the next, um, what the next move should be, you know. Um, even, even as a mistake, even if— I don't know, even as an honest mistake, like, even if it was an honest mistake, um, that should never happen. Um, you know, that should never happen to, to me. It shouldn't happen to anybody, uh, specifically because, um This is a book that's written to uplift people, and certain you know racist things are triggers. And if somebody is looking to support or or learn, like it should have never happened. So that's all I'm gonna say about that. Should have never happened. It's unacceptable. And you know, I'm still still trying to figure out. Um, what the next steps is. So, you know, you know, that's, that's that. Um, you know, you know, somebody, somebody just hit me and, you know, in the comments and said, hey, I have an offline question for you, um, if you have time. Um, man, time, we all have time, you know what I'm saying? We all, we all have time. Um, but, you know, as someone that is, you know, thank God, glory to God, in high demand, um, there's a lot of people trying to, um, connect, you know. And so I have protocols, you know what I'm saying? I have, uh, protocols in place, uh, in order to sort of screen out um, conversations, if you will, you know, because, um, and this is just a message for anybody who is, uh, focusing on their brand and, you know, helping themselves, you know, that they're getting to that next level, um, you cannot do everything right. You cannot do everything, um, you know, and, and the way, um you know, you should, you know, when you get, you know, you, when you get to a certain level, it's time to start, um, putting people in place, you know, to manage a lot of this stuff. So, um, any knowledge base, like if anybody has a knowledge-based question for me, like if it's based on, um, you know, like knowledge and stuff like that or whatever, um, You know, if it's a knowledge-based question, um, you could simply just pick up one of my products or services. Um, and so I have, you know, books, um, I offer, um, ebooks, you know, courses, things of that nature. Um, my time, I only— like, if you want to— if you want like coaching or anything like that, you have 2 options. Um, if it's, um, you know, option number one is, is really, uh, joining the Path to Prosperity, um, program, uh, mentorship. Um, that way you don't only get me, you get, um, a community. Um, you get, uh, 3, you know, 3 main mentors— myself, Storm, um, and, and Marvin. Um, you know, and, and, and we mastermind, uh, we help you get to the next level from a business perspective and a life perspective as well. Um, if you are specifically wanting to, to, to get help with a, with a book, um, I actually stopped selling that course. Um, I actually stopped selling the course. I realized that I was undervaluing, uh, the information that I was giving Um, and people didn't— you know, it's so crazy, people didn't appreciate it. Like, and, and, uh, you know, you know, that's why it's— I tell everybody, like, do not think you're doing people a favor by discounting what you offer, right? Do not think you're doing anybody a favor by discounting what you offer, um, because they're not gonna— they're not gonna appreciate it. I don't care You know, I give you a funny example. I give you a funny example. As y'all know, like I'm a sneakerhead. You know, I'm a sneakerhead. And you know, I have tons of sneakers. Like I have tons of sneakers. You know, I you know, I don't never look at price when I buy stuff. You know, that's just me. And that's just because. I live by a space that says if I want something, then I'm gonna get it. Um, and so I, you know, I, I just get it, right? I don't really look at price. Um, and so I was, uh, you know, I was doing a photo shoot, uh, and so I was doing a photo shoot, uh, I saw these Louis Vuitton shoes, uh, that I thought would look— sneaker shoes, whatever— I thought they would look dope with my outfit or whatever, you know. Um, and so I bought this, I bought the sneakers. Um, didn't know the price until they rung it up. And then when I bought it, I ain't gonna lie, I ain't gonna lie, I could, you know, I could afford it, but I was like, ouch. Like, it was like, woof, you just paid that much for shoes? You know what I'm saying? Um, but it was all good, right? It was all good because I, I'm worth it. I have it. Abundance is my birthright. Um, but I, I bet, I bet this, I bet where when I usually get home and, and I kick off, you know, like my, like my— I got a pair of Jordans, you know, I wear, I wear a size, uh, 14. And, you know, pair of Jordans probably cost me like $300, maybe, maybe like, yeah, maybe like $300, $400, right? And even at that high price that people might look at as a high price, I kick them things off. I come in the house, I kick them off. No, no, no big deal. Well, these Louis joints, because they cost, you know what I'm saying, like more, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, it's like 4 or 5 pair joints for the, for the one shoe. I get out, I, I come in the house I take them shoes off and I'm going upstairs, you know what I'm saying? Peace and blessings. Um, you know, I, I take them shoes off and I go upstairs, you know what I'm saying? And I put them in my, in my cubby. Why am I saying that? I'm saying that because, um, I value them, right? I value them more than the ones that, you know, I just kick off and just leave anywhere. Right? I value it more, you know what I'm saying? I value it more. So I take it upstairs, I put it, I put it, I put them back in a box. Like, I, I'm taking care of those things, you know what I'm saying? Um, and so what I, what I realized I was doing, and everybody should do that, is that if you have something that's valuable— like, what, what makes, what makes the Louis shoes Right? What makes the Louis shoes more valuable than the Jordans?
They shoes.
They both fit comfortably. They both look stylish. They both get me to where I'm going, right? But what makes it more valuable? The price I paid for it. That's it. They do the same thing. It's the same thing, right? Uh, And but the price I paid made me value it more, right? And so same thing with your product and services. Um, I had, I had a course that I was, you know, I was charging $3,500 for. Um, and then sometimes I would discount it, let people pay $2,000. Um, I've even bumped my head and let people pay $497. Um, and people treated it— they, they didn't finish, they treated it horrible, they kicked it off there, you know, there was no respect, you know, uh, towards it, you know. Um, the same, the same course, same program, same access, I increased the price to $35,000, um, and more people show up More people are taking action. More people are asking questions. More people are maximizing their time with me. And so I'm telling you this: if you believe you are a premium person, you should start charging premium prices. Period. If you believe you're a premium person. You should start charging premium prices. And so I charge premium prices for my, for my products and services, and people pay it gladly. And the people who pay it are giving me, are giving me better results because I, I don't, I don't do, I don't do it Um, I'm not doing it to line my pockets up. I need people to, to execute, right? And so now, right now that I charge $35K for the same program that I was charging $35K, same program I was charging $2K, for the same program charging $497, uh, now, right, people are, people are finishing, people are creating their books. I have more success stories now than I did when I was devaluing, right? Um, and, and here's what I'll say about, about, about the price. Um, price only matters, right? Price only matters in the absence of value, right? Price only matters in the absence of value. So if there's no If if if if the value isn't there, then the price is gonna matter. People gonna care what they what they're paying for, right? But if if you see the value, right? If you see the value, because a lot of people focus on, right? A lot of people focus on what they are paying, but they they don't focus on the cost of not doing. Um, the program, right? And so I'll give you a prime example. If somebody wants— a lot of people write books, right? But if you want to write a book and learn how to create 6 to 7 figures from that book, um, without having to work so hard— like, I see a lot of people work hard, and there's no, no, no, you know what I mean?
It's, it's—
God bless. You know what I'm saying? But if you want to take, you know, your book, create 15 streams of income from your book, um, you know, make 6 to 7 figures from your book, then my program is the— is the program. Um, if you paid somebody, right, if you invested $35,000 and that person taught you how to make 6 figures, the great thing about that is that you paid that $35,000 one time, right? And after you paid that $35,000 and you, and you implemented everything that that person told you to implement, you made 6 figures that first time. But guess what? You run the play again and you make another 6 figures the second time, or 7 figures or whatever, you're never— right, you're never, um, have to pay that money. So you make a one-time investment, right? You make a one-time investment and then you're able to change your family trajectory forever. Forever, right? Um, but that's not the point. My point is not— I'm not trying to sell you on my program because I only want— um, I'm not trying to like— I don't— I actually don't even— so that— so that was one of the things I was gonna say.
I—
that's, that's actually one of the reasons why I removed the course. Like, if you go to my website and try to buy the course, um, you're only gonna get access to, um, a video, 20-minute video, and a, um, link to set up a call, right? Because, uh, I'm not accepting anybody in the program, right? I'm not accepting anybody in the program. Um, it's, it's really, you know, you have to apply, you have to see if you qualify. Because when you know your value, you're like, why am I Why am I trying to go wide with it when I could go more narrow and create you know a family of people that's actually doing the work, right? And so you know, and so I say that to say you know, to God be the glory, right? All praises due to the Most High God. You know. The busier I get, the the the the the more that the more the more valuable time gets. You know, and so you know I've been I've been man I've been traveling I've been traveling um and I've been traveling a lot. I've been traveling like all last like for the last two weeks. Remind trash appreciate the bad love. The last two weeks been on a run, been on a run eating. That's what I've been calling it. Um, and then you know last week I'm I have some travel. Uh, this week this week is gonna be a blessing, right? Um um I think tomorrow oh no Wednesday Wednesday um you know me and my brothers got a big interview um you know that we're doing um so stay I can't say what it is yet. Um, but on Wednesday, uh, we got, we got a big interview, uh, that we're doing. Um, you know, so that's gonna be, that's gonna be a game changer. Um, this week, uh, we're actually gonna be down at the ClickFunnels Funnel Hacking Live. So a lot— look, let me tell y'all something. A lot of people be capping, right? A lot of people be like, yo, I made this, I made that, I made— you know what I'm saying? Like, they talk about how much money they make uh, in their business, but there's no, you know, you really can't substantiate it, you know what I'm saying? Um, and so, you know, I, um, you know, you know, fast shout out to my brother Storm, fast shout out to my brother Marvin. Um, you know, we were able to, um, you know, we were able to generate, you know, um, you know, 7 figures, you know what I'm saying? Um, and so ClickFunnels, uh, gives out, uh, what they call the 2 Comma Club, right? Uh, 2 Comma Club Award, uh, for those who have generated, you know, 2 commas, um, you know, in, in their business, you know what I'm saying? And so, you know, we will be going down to Orlando, uh, this week, uh, to receive our, uh, certificate, um, or our plaque. Um, for, you know, for having, you know, for, for— we get to walk across the stage, uh, which is a blessing because I've always, as an entrepreneur, I've always watched people do it like, man, you know, they make, you know, you know, 2 Comma, like, man, they made millions of dollars, you know what I'm saying? I always had that, uh, view like, man, you know, I want to make millions of dollars in the business, you know what I'm saying? And, you know, again, all praises due to God, uh, was able to, you know, cross that, that, that line this year. Um, and so it's a blessing, right? It's a blessing. It's a lot, lot, you know, a lot of great things. You know, we got the, uh, we got a challenge coming up next week. Uh, you know, so our challenge is coming up next week. Um, you know, uh, for those who haven't signed up, link is in my bio. Uh, we got the, the mega conference Uh, coming up in October in, uh, in Miami. Um, and, and I'm saying all this to say, and get in the room, y'all. Get in the room. You know, um, I, I never tell you to do things that I don't do. Um, I tell you to get in the room because when I got in the room, uh, I like— I paid to get in the room though, let's just say that. So I'm not, I'm not interested in anybody who, um, is not willing to invest in themselves, right? Um, because those who are not, those who are not willing to invest in themselves, uh, will waste your time. That's just, that's just, that's just a fact. That's just a fact, right? Though those who are unwilling to invest in themselves will waste it, waste your time. Most people that have invested in themselves know the value of money, know the value of time, and they don't waste it, you know. Um, and so I'm, I'm honestly like, when I, when I was able to, uh, invest in myself, um, you know, I was able to Uh, man, more than 10x, to be honest, right? I was gonna say I, I 10x my investment, but I, but I more than 10x my investment, right? Um, and so that was through investing in myself. So that's why when, you know, a lot, a lot of y'all are afraid to charge because you're afraid to pay. I'm gonna say that again. A lot of us A lot of y'all— I mean, I ain't even gonna put myself in that boat anymore. I used to be that way, but I'm gonna take myself out of it because now, you know, I do what's necessary. But a lot of y'all are scared to charge because you're scared to pay, right? So you have $100,000 worth of value, but you're unwilling to charge $10,000 for that value Because you can't pay, because you're, you're not willing to pay $10,000 worth. You're not willing to pay $10,000, right? You're, you're not willing, right? You're not willing, right? You're not willing to pay $10,000, so how can you charge $10,000? Most people are comfortable charging what they're willing to pay. Most people. There's some people, you know, it's not all, all right. There's some people that, that may, you know, um, not fall in that category. But for the most part, right, for the most part, most people are afraid to charge because they're afraid to pay. So if you think $35,000 is crazy, um, to, to charge for a program, then you wouldn't charge it, nor would you pay it, right? And so, you know, for me, um, and, and I, and I'm not even like— y'all, a lot of y'all know I'm, I'm talking from a perspective of I've been there, you know. Like, like, I tell the story all the time. I remember charging somebody $8,000 Um, for my program, and it wasn't even the program, they got one-on-one service. I charged them $8,000 for one-on-one service, and within 10 months they made $200,000. Who you think got the, got the short end of the stick, right? Um, and I wouldn't say it's short end of the stick because I needed that to happen because it was a learning lesson. So in fact, it actually blessed me that it happened because, um, it allowed me to realize how much I was devaluing myself. I was, I was, I was devaluing myself so much that I gave somebody something that was worth to the— and that, like, that was just $200,000 in 10 months. I, I stopped calculating after that. So I, I haven't calculated after, like I haven't, you know, I didn't like after that and then say, oh, okay, so how much you made in 12 months? How much you made in the? You know what I'm saying? Like it could, it could well be more than that, right? It could, it could well, it could well be more than that, right? And so I, you know, I. I was like, all right, bet. Now my price has got to go up, right? And in fact, um, I— oh, now I only do one-on-ones for my $35,000 clients. So for my clients who pay the premium price, they get access to premium information.
That's it, right?
For those who pay the premium price, they get access to premium information, right? And so, um, that's, that's just the— that's just how it is, you know? Um, and I, and I'm cool. Like, I don't, I don't make no qualms about it. Again, nobody has to, um you know, it's your decision. You don't— like, if you are not in energetic alignment with my message, if you don't believe that, you know, I got what it takes to, to help, then that's fine. Because there are people who do believe that I can help, and they, you know, they pay. So a couple of things. Make sure, um, make sure you Um, stay tuned, right? This week got a big interview dropping, or I'm doing a big interview this week. Um, so that's number one. Um, number two, uh, if you haven't joined a Path to Prosperity Challenge yet, invest in yourself. Um, you know, join the challenge. It's happening, uh, next week, the 26th. Um, lastly, uh, if you wanna— if you wanna feel that energy live, right? If you want to feel that energy live, uh, with some big dogs— TD Jakes, Grant Cardone, Myron Golden, Wall Street Trapper, Ian Dunlap, Jeremy Anderson. Um, man, a lot of— a lot of big dogs. A lot of, you know, Ash Cash, Marvin Mitchell, Storm Leroy. Uh, go to pathofprosperityconference.com or hit the link in my bio. Um, and that's gonna, uh, that's happening October 20th to the 22nd. Um, but, um, I need you to take full responsibility for your life. That's the message for today. The message for today is to take full responsibility for your life. Um, don't kid yourself. Don't, um, put yourself in a situation where you are allowing somebody else to control anything. You gotta take full responsibility for your life. That's the only way, uh, that you get to the next level. Full responsibility.
Take full responsibility for what happens to you. It's one of the highest forms of human maturity, accepting full responsibility. It's the day you know you've passed from childhood to adulthood, the day you accept full responsibility. And another note, learn to reap in the fall without apology. Without apology if you do well, and without complaint if you don't. That's maturity. I used to have that long list of reasons why I wasn't doing well. To explain. You've got to explain, right? Otherwise you're gonna look bad. I used to have this funny list called Reasons for Not Looking Good. I used to blame the government. I mean, you can believe that or not. It was at the top of my list. I had a lecture second to none. The government, that was on my list. I used to blame taxes. Look what you got left after they take everything. And they expect you to do well. That was on my list. Prices—that one's easy, right? You walk into the supermarket with twenty dollars, come out with a little half bag. So I had that on my list. I used to blame the weather. I blamed the traffic. I used to blame my car. I blamed the manufacturers. I used to blame the company. I blamed company policy. I used to blame the training program. I blamed my negative relatives. They were always putting me down. I blamed my cynical neighbors. They're just selfish, looking out for themselves. Won't loan you money. They were on my list. I used to blame the economy. I blamed the community. That's a pretty good list for not doing well, isn't it?
Yes.
I thought it was good. I'll never forget one day. Mr. Shoaff was very kind, but he was also very blunt, and this was no exception. And I'm glad he was blunt. There's a lot of things I'd have missed if he hadn't been blunt. One day, with sort of a curious look on his face, he said, Jim, just out of curiosity, tell me, how come you haven't done well up until now?
Excellent question.
I thought, well, so I won't look too bad, I'll go through my list. And this list I just gave you, I put that on him and he was very patient. He let me go through the whole thing— the government, the weather. I went through this whole thing. When I finished, he looked my list over very carefully. He said, Mr. Rohn, big problem with your list. You ain't on it.
How brilliant.
When I went to work for him a few months later, I learned very quickly to tear up My list reasons for not doing well, and I threw it away. And I got me a fresh piece of paper, and I put one word on it: me.
You, you're the only reason. There's a black heritage spiritual that says it's not my mother, not my father, not my sister, not my brother. That's me. Oh Lord, standing in need of prayer. It's you. See, I used to blame everything outside.
And then let me give you a little philosophy that helped turn my life around. For your notes, here it is: It's not what happens that determines the quality or the quantity of your life. It's not what happens, and the reason is because what happens happens to about everybody. No different. The sun went down on all of us last night. A common event, a happening. And I found out that the same things can happen to two different people. One gets rich and one stays poor. Why is that? It's because it's not what happens, but rather it's what you do that changes everything. So that's a key phrase: it's not what happens; it's what you do. What happens is about the same. You might put that in parentheses here. Same. What people do, that's what's different. Anything can happen.
Nice basic lesson, sir.
I've heard all the stories. I've been one of the stories. Hey, we could all tell stories all night long, right? Happenings. Anything can happen. Have you heard of Murphy's Laws? Anybody here heard of Murphy's Laws? Okay, most of you have. Murph had these laws. One of them was, if anything can go wrong, it will. That's one of Murphy's laws. He was not one of the great positive speakers of the day. But anyway, it's still true though, right? Anything can go wrong. Everything can go wrong for sure. I've fallen out of the sky so many times. Once to the tune of a couple of million. Devastating. Took me a while to survive that one. Now, it wasn't all that much, but it was all I had. I mean, that's when it's much, right? When it's all you've got. If you've got 3 to go, you got 1 left, you ain't looking that bad. But when it all goes— has anybody been there when it all went? Anybody? Come on, rest of you liars. Hey, we've all been there, right? When it all went. Of course, it used to be a long time ago, right? When you ran out of money, got to zero, you were all free. Heck, now you can whistle right on by zero, right? They will bury you. That's what they will do. But see, those are the happenings, right? Everything can happen. Anything can happen.
But it's not the happenings. I understand.
It's what you do about it.
Somebody says, yeah, but you don't understand the disappointments I've had. Come on, everybody's had their share. Disappointments are not special gifts reserved for the poor. Everybody has them. The difference is what you do about it.
What do you do?
It's not the weather. I used to blame the weather, and I discovered it rains on the rich. So see, that won't help. 2 men wake up one morning, there's a rainstorm on. One of them looks out his window, sees the rainstorm, and he says, wow, what a storm! With weather like this, they can't expect you to go out and make sales. He stays home. Same morning, the other guy looks out his window, sees the same storm, says, "Wow, what a storm!" But he says, "You know what? With weather like this, what a great day to go out and make sales. Most everybody will probably be home, especially the sales." See, that's the difference in how your life works out. It's not what happens; it's what you do. So here's one of the key points. What happens, y'all? Starting tomorrow. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? Good question. What are you going to do starting tomorrow? What are you going to do?
Hold on. What are you going to do? So, so the question is, right? The question is, what are you going to do? Right? If it doesn't matter whose fault, right? It's all about responsibility. You have to take full responsibility for your life, right? You have to take full responsibility for your life. When you take full responsibility for your life, it's saying that what are you going to do to get your life to the next level? What are you going to do?
Starting tomorrow, something starting tomorrow that'll make a difference. Guess what?
Starting tomorrow, it's gonna be the same if you don't change.
And see, that way you can guess what the next 5 years are going to be like. Look at the last 5. Because the next 5 are going to be like the last 5 unless you— major key— tomorrow change it all, or change a little, or change something, or don't change. It's choice time. You can do whatever you want, but it's nice to know any day you wish you can change your whole life. What can you do starting? Why not today?
Starting tomorrow. I'm gonna tell you why tomorrow.
Wait quick.
I'm gonna tell you why tomorrow.
What can you do with economic chaos, massive disa—
right? I'm gonna tell you. I'm gonna tell you why not today, but I'll tell you tomorrow. That's fine. Um, I want you to, you know, I want all of us. Um, to be able to really plan out what they say. They say, they say, um, if I had, if I had 6 hours to cut down a tree, right? If I had 6 hours to cut down a tree, I would spend 5 of them sharpening my knife or sharpening my axe.
Right?
So a lot of people, right, know that they need change and immediately start swinging, right? And they put 6 hours worth of work swinging, trying to knock down that tree, and that tree don't go nowhere. Because it's not the action that you take, it's the smart action that you take. Right, and so yes, if I'm telling you to change, yeah, you can try to change and do something different tomorrow— today. But do I want you to do something different just for the sake of doing something different? No, right? Do I want you to do something different for the sake of doing something different? No, right? I've been up since 3 in the morning. Writing. I ain't gonna show y'all because y'all be taking screenshots and stuff, but I've been up since 3 in the morning writing, like writing, preparing, um, planning, figuring out, you know, in my head, right? When you think about Napoleon Hill, Napoleon Hill don't say Do and Grow Rich. The book is not called Do and Grow Rich. It's not doing grow rich, it's thinking grow rich. That's what, that's what happened. A lot, a lot of us ain't thinking. A lot of us just doing. A lot of us immediately a thought gets in our head and then we just do, right? I need you to plan this out. I need you to plan this out. I need you to think. What's the what's the what's the best logical move? What's the next logical move? What's the best and next logical move? That's you need to ask yourself. That's what you need to ask yourself. What is the the next and best logical move? Need to write it down. You need to figure it out. You need to map it out.
What's the point, Rick? What can you do with a broken heart? What can you do when it won't work? Good question. So if I had a word with you tonight, one-on-one, just you and me, I think my personal advice to you would be, this year, 1981, reach down inside of you and come up with some more of those remarkable human gifts. They're there waiting to be utilized. And then change anything for you you want to change. And I challenge you to do that because you can change. If you don't like how it is for you, change it. If it doesn't suit you, change it. If it doesn't please you, change it. If it isn't enough, change it. And I challenge you to do that because you can change. See, you don't ever have to be the same again after tonight, only by choice.
Take full responsibility. Take full responsibility, y'all.
It's one of the highest forms of human maturity. Accepting full responsibility.
Full responsibility. That's what I need you to do.
It's the day you know.
Don't blame nobody else.
Nobody else can save you. Can you accept responsibility?
We all have access. And another note.
Learn to reconcile without apology. Without apology. If you do well. If you do well. And without complaint. If you don't. If you don't. That's maturity. That's maturity.
If you change your mind, then you change your life. Mind Right Radio, inspiration and motivation 25/8. That's all the time. More than humanly possible. Elevation on another level. And so look, so once you plan though, here, here's the trick though. Here's the trick. Once you, once you figure out, look, I'm taking full— look, this is your step, this is your process. You look, you got 100 days, 104 days left until, until the next year. And so a lot of us had set up a lot of plans and things that we want to accomplish this year. So we got 104 days. So today is the planning stage. You take one, you take full responsibility for your life. 2, you start to plan. You're like, all right, what I— all right, matter of fact, but 3, I need you to do this. I need you to take massive action. Massive. Once you're ready, you go.
Purpose is power. Questions you know are what? Why do I want this? Why is this so important to me? Why is this a must for me? How will I enjoy this? Here's the M in RPM. The M is a MAP, a massive action plan. Once you know exactly what it is you want, once you're absolutely clear in your mind in terms of your purpose, like why this is not You need the M, you need a map, a massive action plan. Why a massive action plan? Because small plans don't produce any result. How many of you have ever set a goal, been juiced about it, and gone for it, and your plan miserably failed? So our goal is not to be anal. Our goal is to create a map with so many choices that if one doesn't work, another one will, another one will. Because if you try something that doesn't work and you don't have another plan, you're screwed. Basically, you lose all momentum. So our goal is to brainstorm out as many ways as possible to get that result in the shortest period of time. And so it's more like art. So now I can make it this way, this way, this way, this way. I can try it many different ways. And think of a map as being like this. A map is the way you navigate from where you are to where you want to go. Now, if you got a map, you got some power. But for the map to be valuable, you got to know 2 answers. Number one, you got to know where you want to go.
Where do you want to go, y'all?
You don't know where you want to go, the map is worthless. The second thing you got to know is where are you. If you don't know where you are and you know where you want to go, you're not going to navigate accurately. The question you're going to ask yourself is, what specific action do I need to take in order to get this result I'm committed to? What specific action do I need to take in order to get the result I'm committed to? Now you don't say general. So for example, someone says, um, my outcome is I want to lose some weight. The problem with that is it's not specific result. So you've got to get specific. Now let's say, okay, I want to lose 12 pounds. That's wonderful, but how come you've not done that in the past? Because you haven't marshaled enough reasons. Reasons come first, answers come second. Get strong enough reasons, you can figure out big enough why to do something, you can figure out how to do anything. So this time, take the extra time to figure out why. This is the part people don't do in the beginning because they go, oh, it takes time to write down these reasons and think about them. Let me just write my list. Well, writing your list without knowing your reasons is a guaranteed way to make sure that whatever you do is not sustainable. The emotion makes it sustainable. Okay, so you've got to make sure you come up with that. Then you come up with what the actions are. What specific actions are you going to take to make this happen? So you say, okay, I want to lose 12 pounds. And the reason is— and there are gonna be lots of reasons— because I'm sick and tired of no longer being able to fit in that chair where I sit down with my kid, because I want to feel sexy, because I want the juice of feeling fully alive. Whatever the reasons are for you, they're different for everybody. But if you get a juicy enough reason, strong enough reason, now when you ask, what should I do? Now's the time to ask that. What specifically should I do to achieve this? Having this emotion. For example, if you're angry, if you are excited, if you are energized, any of those emotions, will you come up with a different quality of to-do list than if you're planning? Yes or no?
Yes.
You better believe it. Or tired or overwhelmed, will it change you? Yes or no?
Yes.
So that's why the sequence of these is so critical. If you start out with what to do, I guarantee you're not going to experience what it is you want. So it's kind of like if you know the right numbers to someone's phone number and you dial them in the wrong order, I don't care that you have the right information, you're not going to maximize the result. You're not going to reach it. If you know the vault, you know the numbers in the wrong order, you're not going to open up all the juice you're after. This is the way you do it, and all successful people can tell you to answer 3 questions. What are they? What is it you really want? What specific result are you committed to achieving? Secondly, why Why do you want it? Why do you want it? Purpose. What's the reason that'll make this something you want to do? You will do. You find a way. And thirdly, what's your massive action plan? What specific action you'll take to achieve this?
You can not like any way for that package, man.
I guarantee you can achieve things you never achieved before. In fact, if you can do the first two, you'll achieve more than ninety percent of people.
Send it out this week.
How many of you in this room have ever had? Something you got focused on, a specific vision, a goal, a desire, and you were so focused on it, focused on it every day because you were excited about it and you had a lot of emotion about it. Something really juiced you up. You had no clue how you're going to achieve it, and stuff just started to happen. Like you meet somebody, or something came together, or your brain come up with an idea, and before you knew it, this thing you wrote down was now a reality. How many of you have done this before in your life? Say Then all of you here are people that use RPM. You've done RPM anytime you succeeded. You shouldn't call it that. A results-focused, purpose-driven, massive action plan. Massive action, y'all.
All right, look, massive action. So I gotta go. Coolio mean it's getting too hot. Uh, but I appreciate y'all. Uh, thank y'all for tapping in. Um, again, this week, big week. Um, stay tuned. Um, you know, just a blessing to serve, you know, it's just a blessing to serve. Um, I thank God for service. Um, and so I appreciate y'all. Thank y'all for tapping in. Um, make sure y'all go to theashcastshow.com, subscribe to the podcast. Go to ashcasttv.com, subscribe to the YouTube channel. Um, man, I just— I appreciate y'all. Oh yo, if y'all didn't see The Woman King, uh, y'all need to go see that ASAP too. Woman King, next level. Do your history first too. Learn about the Dahomey tribe first because I've been seeing a lot of inaccurate, uh, opinions, um, on the net about the movie. Please do your research first. Uh, you know, fast shout out to the First Lady. She, uh, she wrote a bunch of books, um, you know, you know, The Haitian Revolution, Queen Zinga, Queen Amina, um, all of those, you know. If you know the history, then you understand the role of women in the Dahomey tribe, you know what I'm saying? So, um, all right, y'all, I appreciate y'all. Right? Take massive action. Make sure that action plan is together. Um, you know what I'm saying? Like, like I said, you guys, you got 6 hours to cut down a tree. Spend 5 of those hours sharpening your axe. Sharpening your axe also means education. Educate yourself. Don't, don't tell yourself you're gonna change Right? Don't say you're gonna change and then your change looks the same, right? Don't say you're gonna change and your change looks the same, you know. Um, don't, you know, don't, don't have 5 singles and then turn it into— and then turn it to $5 and say, hey, I changed. The goal, the goal, right? The goal isn't to, is, is it to stay the same, right? If you got 5 singles and you turn those 5 singles to $5, even though it looks different, it's still the same value. We talk about increasing, right? We talk about increase. So your change Right? Your change should, should, should be about increase. Don't let that go over your head. Your change should be about increase, not doing the same things. So that's why, uh, part of that action plan, right, part of that action plan should be about learning. How am I, how am I gonna, how am I gonna learn something different? You know, I, I, I had a goal this year. There were certain things that I wanted to do, but in order for me to do those things, I had to change. But change meant I had to invest in myself. Change meant that I had to find people who had the results that I wanted, and I had to, you know, you know, uh, do What they told me to do, even if what they told me to do didn't make sense. And when I did it, I got the result. All right, y'all. Let me get out of here. I appreciate y'all. I'll see y'all tomorrow in God's will. Yeah, I'll be here tomorrow. I'll see y'all tomorrow in God's will. Same time, same place. Peace. I ain't talking about rich.
