This is not just if you grow up here, you need to think about this. So I was looking at this work at the firm, and what I found often was 70%, 80% of people are operating in a sympathetic fight, flight, freeze nervous system. They are constantly on. There are multiple things going wrong in the world, and often then they're operating in 2.0. They want something that's not happening. It's in their OKRs, and so they're struggling from that place. And I think this is very much a lived reality for people. So I want to go into the Brain 2.0 system. This is applicable to all of us. It's applicable to our children who are growing up, and that's the power of this work around really taking control and saying, I actually want to shape the default mode network. I want to change how I experience the world.
