My name is Charlie. My life before I got ill was very stressful. I worked long time hours, I did a lot of physical workout and I want to achieve everything in every area of my life. And I was something what Escher called the maximizer because I also love to go on parties, meeting with friends. And I became ill in a thing 2006. But then I had a really bad crash at the beginning of 2008, which, yeah, conked me out for two and a half years. @ the beginning I was diagnosed only with asthma. And then I developed more and more symptoms like gut issues, headache, fatigue, I couldn't concentrate, had very bad brain fog, bladder issues, skin rashes. Then when I had more and more malnutrition, massive hair loss, thyroid problems, I was ill or was on sick leave for one and a half years because I couldn't work. Then at the worst, that was in the beginning, in 2008, I reacted to our dog and to my horse. So I couldn't go to the stable for six months, which was very hard for me because I'm a real horsewoman. I had the imagination that my life is shrinking to smaller, smaller and smaller, and I could do less and less. When I started the program, the first thing I realized that I got calmer and more resilient. And when time went by, some of my symptoms or a lot of my symptoms lessened, my breathing issues decreased and I have less allergy symptoms in spring. And that's also a big freedom for me because I could, I could go out more often and I tolerate more food. I have more freedom of choice. Another big win for me was, or is that I'm able to draw boundaries, that I live my life more authentically. I'm much calmer now that that's really, that's my, my biggest win, that I'm not so anxious and so nervous anymore and I can concentrate much better. Brain fog is nearly gone. And I would say I started at the level of 40% of health and now I have back 70. Now I'm more self confident. I allow my to dream bigger, to visualize bigger. If I'm having or will have some dips, I know what to do now and I can stay more calm in that moment when I'm dipping and also more.
