A first-person YouTube testimony in which Dana describes becoming unwell after prolonged overexertion, receiving diagnoses of chronic fatigue followed later by Lyme disease, and trying many treatments before discovering the Gupta Program. She reports gradual improvement after using the program’s adaptable tools: initially self-rated health roughly 20%, later an overall ~70% improvement, fewer doctor visits (no infection-related visits for ~6–7 months), increased energy, reduced need to dread errands, and improved ability to self-care and meditate. She still experiences occasional pain after overexertion but feels hopeful about the future.

My name is Dana. The way I became unwell is I overdid it for long periods of time and was very active in school and didn't slow down for to take proper care of myself. And I just became tireder and tireder and sicker and sicker. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue first, and then later on Lyme disease. And I was just. I had no energy. I didn't feel like doing anything. I felt poorly almost all the time. It was very challenging, of course, to function in normal life and to see about those under my care. Like my children tried lots of things to get better. I just followed the instructions of my practitioners, went to different places to try to get the proper care. In my quest to get well, I just came across something online about the Gupta program. And it sounded. It sounded great. A shock was just so confident and relatable, and I decided to give it a try. When I first started the program, I wasn't able to do much because I was just so sick. And so I did what I could. And I really like how Ashok understands different people's abilities to do the program. And there's different tools to adapt to different things. So I just did what I could as I went, and just slowly things got better. I really noticed when it started working because I became calmer. And like the last several months, I've not needed to go to the doctor for any type of, you know, sickness, infection type thing. And I started to have more energy to where I didn't dread going, run errands, or go and do things with my daughter. So that was just truly a gift. And I believe that the thing that helped me the most with the Gupta program is how Gupta Program teaches us truly how to take care of ourselves, put ourselves first when we need to put ourselves first, and to love ourselves properly. And so that was a big thing because a lot of times I just went through life and I did not take the time to truly check in with myself to see what I needed or spend the time to take care of myself and to. To find time to meditate, to find time to truly listen to my body as to what. What I needed. When I started the program, I would say percentage to my health was really low. I don't know, 20%. And like I said, I haven't been to the doctor for any type of infection or whatnot in probably six, seven months. I believe it's been. And so I would say for that, it's like 70% better. I still do sometimes have days that aren't the best. I still sometimes have pain whenever I overdo it, but I'm really grateful I have. I'm excited about the future now. And what. Another thing I love about the Gupta program is that Gupta teaches so many tools that are not just to get well. It's life tools to stay well for the long haul and as life goes, things that other things will come up. So you always have those tools to continue to retrain your brain. And it's really about re. Rethinking things and. And having a different perspective on different things so you can be calm and relaxed so you can always heal or stay well.
