Find a slice of serenity with this one minute Gupta sais, which we call the Ocean Breath. It's just what you need to step into a place of calm and healing. Start by inhaling deeply through your nose, letting your belly expand with each breath. Now exhale slowly and gently through your mouth while creating a little resistance in the back of your throat. This resistance should make a soft sound like an ocean wave. Just like you're on this beach. You can even visualize yourself by the ocean. With each wave lapping at the shore. You feel a little calmer each time. Keep breathing in and out, making sure you maintain this throat resistance during each exhale to create the ocean sound. So breathing in. And as you breathe out, feeling that exhale and that release of tension from your body as you lean into that sense of calmness and the sound of the ocean. So take as many breaths as you like to feel completely at ease. Let the rhythm of your breath guide you to a state of deep relaxation. Let's do that again. Breathing in and making that sound at the back of your throat like the ocean. And if you need your body to feel even more relaxed, you can join us every weekday morning for our full 15 minute Gupta size over on the Gupta program app. And remember, the Ocean Breath Gupta Sai is always here for you whenever you want to come and find your centre.
