Inder's ME/CFS Success Story With The Gupta Program

Inder (about 30) recounts developing ME/CFS after a period of extreme stress and overtraining while completing a high-pressure finance internship in London and playing high-level sport. He experienced flu-like symptoms followed by persistent debilitating fatigue, severe brain fog, weight loss and being largely bedbound for about three to four years. A nutritionist produced partial recovery (to roughly 50–60%), then Ashok Gupta’s program produced dramatic further improvement: within several weeks (≈4 weeks) his fatigue improved enough to work part-time as a hospital porter, and over several months his brain fog resolved enough to return to study (nutrition degree and later a masters in neuroscience). He reports rapid resolution of brain fog after single days of the program during flares.
