If you can't sit there for a few moments with your eyes closed, what does that tell you about your mind? It's so busy. It's so looking for lots of different things. It can't be still. And that means you need all these tools even more. Someone who can just close their eyes and say, hey, I'm not thinking of anything. They don't need meditation. Right. And so these tools are designed for exactly this type of mind. And the benefits that you get from meditation or whatever relaxation technique you're using, that isn't just because you're trying to heal from this condition. It will, from so much evidence we see, make you feel happier, have less anxiety, less worries, less reactive to the people and situations in your life. You all know that person you react to, don't you? You know who that person is in your life. Yep. That pushes your buttons. So that time you spent in stillness is very valuable, not just for this program, but for life in general. So this is all an investment in your health. And a study which I quoted in, I think in the last webinar, there was a study by Harvard 2015 that should have been world news, but it just shows you the nature of our media. They conducted a study where they followed people for two years, actually three years, and they took people and measured how often they saw a doctor or a hospital. They then taught the meditation and resiliency techniques and then measured how many times they visited a doctor or hospital for another year. And they compared them to a control group, and they found There was a 42% drop in the usage of medical facilities in the year that the person learned to meditate and was practicing each day. 42%. If you want a solution to our sparring healthcare crisis, the studies are already there, already emphatic. And that was the study on 5,000 people.
