Hello, my name is Tullia. Hi. I'm a medical doctor, and before I became sick, my life was pretty busy. I'm married and I have 2 children in teenage years. I did a lot of sports and love to be out in nature, and when I became sick, it all suddenly stopped. And at first, I improved, and then when I started to go back to my normal life, Symptoms came back and fatigue started too. And yeah, it worsened and worsened till I was bedbound completely. I could go to the toilet, but I couldn't prepare any meals. And I was completely dependent. My husband luckily could work at home, do the household. And I'm very grateful that I had this support. There was also friends and family, but without him, I think I wouldn't have made it. I also got on medication for the sleep and the panic attacks. It stabilized me, but I still couldn't barely walk. And then I came across the Gupta Program. And as soon as I watched the medical explanation, I knew that I would come out of this again because my professional background is pain medicine. And I was also very familiar with the neuroplasticity concept. So I was so glad that I found this explanation. Because then I knew what I had to do and I knew it would work. And from that day on, I improved quite rapidly because before I had a big fear of movement. But then when I found the program, I had so much more confidence of moving again. And I started very slowly to do gentle yoga poses in my bed. I was wheelchair-bound at that time, but then I started to walk the few steps to the toilet and day by day I was improving. And I remember one of my milestones was walking the stairs again because our bedroom is upstairs and I was lying in my bedroom already for weeks because I was too scared to walk downstairs and upstairs again. I would plug my earplugs in and then listen to the Safe Haven meditation while I was walking down the stairs. And it really was good and it worked. And from that point on, I always had the safe haven when I tried something with movement, like walking in the garden. I always had this safe place in the back of my head that gave me so much safety to move again. I improved over the months. I knew that I would be healthy again. There was no— I had no doubt in it. And I think that was also helpful. Another milestone was when I was sitting on a horse again because I love horse riding. 2 months after I found the Gupta program again, it was just a slow walk, but I just sat on it for like 10 minutes and it was the best feeling ever. And from that on, I also went horse riding once a week. It gave me so much About 10 months after I became ill, I started working again part-time. Now I would say I'm 95% recovered. I go horse riding. I even started a bit of running. It's just like 10 minutes. I'm confident that it's gonna be okay soon. I especially liked the Gupta sizes. I'm a very committed person, so when I start something, I'm doing it. And I did the Gupta Size every day, and I really enjoyed it. Yeah, it was just such a nice feeling to see these familiar faces on the screen again and to wave to each other. It was also some kind of support to be in this community.
