Hi, my name is Julie and this is my Gupta Program success story. I started the Gupta Program three years ago. And when I started, I had very severe cfs. I also had fibromyalgia. I had postural orthostatic tachycardia or pots, and I had orthostatic hypertension. I had so many different downstream conditions as well. I can't remember them all, but I had hypoglycemia, multiple chemical sensitivity, food intolerances, migraines. Since I was child, I think I was 10 when I had my first migraine and I had many, many, many other downstream symptoms and I couldn't see, spend much time with my family. I have three children. I wasn't able to hug my children because of the pain. I wasn't able to hold a conversation with the children because of the brain fog, but the mental confusion as well as the fact that it was noise because I was noise sensitive. I couldn't even watch a movie with them or spend any time with them. So I spent most of my time in a dark room with carers doing all my personal care for me and giving me my food. And if I sat up for any, like for a minute or two, I would have a blackout. So I wasn't even able to sit upright. Telephones ringing, they could be enough to trigger heart rates of 180 beats a minute. And the wrong foods could actually cause blackouts. So it was a really difficult time. And Akira mentioned that my health attitude was really negative. I had a lot of negative self talk about my health and I wasn't really able to focus on anything positive in my life. And obviously I denied that completely. But she made me think. And I'd heard about the Gupta program, so I decided to look it up and watch the first three sessions for free. And by the end of that, I just knew. I knew this was me. This explained everything. So I purchased the program. There was no risk because if it didn't work, I could ask for a refund. When I purchased the program, I never actually spent that much money on anything like that, so. So I made myself one promise, which I think is one of the key success factors is I promised myself that I wouldn't question what I was being asked to do. I was going to do it fully, not question anything and just do it every single day for six months. I think that was the best decision I ever made. About 10 weeks into my retraining, I hit dip for three months. And during that dip, where I'd actually managed to get my health up it went down slightly and I just. Three months. And the whole time I was thinking, this isn't gonna work, this is too hard. But yet I did the retraining on those thoughts and I just kept on going and I did the retraining every single day. And about three months later, I came out of that dip and it was about two weeks before I hit my six months. And by the time I hit my six months, my health had increased, had doubled. I had managed to hit 50%, healed from where I started at 5% and I went into the dip at maybe 30% and went down to 20. I came out at 50%. That was it. I recommitted for another six months and decided not to question the program because it was working. And I kept doing that and I'm now three years in, and this time I had a look and I realised that my life was where I wanted it to be and it was time for a success story rather than recommitting. But that doesn't mean I'm gonna ever stop doing things that I've learned, because the program changes you fundamentally. It doesn't just heal your physical health, it heals emotional health, mental health. Not in the. Although it does. It did help with anxiety quite considerably. I'm talking about just the way you think and see life, and also spiritual health, the way you interact with the world. It really helped me overcome so much of my conditionings and I realized that the life. When I started the program, what I was really hoping my health would look like was this most amazing woman who was going to be go, go, go, go all the time, which is actually who I was before I got sick. And. And that's not what health looks like, because that's what ill health looks like. That's what made me sick. And I realized that it was that inauthenticity that I was living that had to change. And when I realized that health doesn't look like that and that I don't want it to look like that, that's the big thing, you know, is I didn't want it to look like that. And what health looks like is balance. And it just. It's so much balance. I could have gone back to where I was and I could have worked full time and have childcare and live the life and have all this stuff, but I didn't want that. What I wanted was more time with myself. I wanted more time to experience joy and more time to go out into nature. Wanted more time with my children. I wanted more time with my Husband. I wanted evenings and weekends. And then it ends up I also wanted to give back. And I've decided to train to become a Gupta coach. And I'm in the middle of the training at the moment, so I'm studying and I have clients and I work part time. And yet I choose still to make balance. And I love it. I absolutely love it. I wouldn't increase the amount I'm doing because I have this beautiful balance between living and working and being. And. And it's just amazing. It's really amazing. And I'm so incredibly grateful to be here. I'm grateful to the program, but I'm actually really grateful to myself because doing the program was the reason I got healthy, was because I chose to do the program, because I chose to implement the techniques. Even when things were difficult, I chose to turn to the techniques to support me. So that was my decision. So I'm grateful to Ashok and I'm grateful to the program, but they only gave me the tools. I took those tools and I implemented them into my life. And so I'm more grateful to myself because my success is a mix of the program of Ashok, of all the people who've supported me, my buddies from the Buddy program, as well as my friends and my fellow trainees, and just everybody and my husband and my family, they are really important. And so everybody helped me. But I made that decision every day. Every day. I made that decision to commit to the training and just do it. And I haven't regretted it. And even now, I still do some of the training techniques because they add deep quality into my life. Mostly the meditation and mindfulness, but also having my parts as allies and these habits, you know, being being able to help people in a healthy way rather than at the detriment to my health. And so it's a really beautiful place to be when you're. When you're in your health. And it just takes that first step and that commitment to yourself to do the program, to do the techniques one step at a time. And I don't know, it just slowly adds up. And next thing you know, you realize you don't need to recommit for another six months because you're there. And it's just. It's really an amazing feeling. Anyway, I put a little bit more detail in my written success story, but I'm going to end this video here. If you're thinking about trying the program, I just. Just try it. You know, you have nothing to lose but your ill health, and you might find this life way you're so grateful for the condition because it took you on this journey and you found this really amazing place. Thank you very much.
