First-person testimonial by Karlicia (Carlisa Berry) describing severe functional decline following a tick bite and likely Lyme disease alongside major life stress (husband's prolonged cancer and death). She reports numerous diagnoses (cluster migraines, myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, insomnia, arthritis) and profound disability (bed-bound for two years, chair-bound for one year, impaired walking, hand function, driving). After completing the Gupta Program she describes substantial recovery: increased energy and vitality, return of physical activities (sledding), reduced catastrophizing/worry, emotional relief, and a belief she may be fully healable. She calls the program transformative and cost-effective compared with prior treatments.

My name is Carlisa Berry, and before I became ill, I was a teacher and was married, had two children in the home. And I was like a superstar. I was like, what? Oh, my goodness. I was. Had robotic teams all over the state of Idaho. I was working a lot and enjoying life, living large. Living very, very large. I got bit by a tick. Okay, so I do have Lyme disease. And at the same time, my husband was dying of cancer. And so. And it was a very traumatic. They're all a little different. But in the 18 months that my husband was dying or trying to survive, he had 11 operations and nine of them were emergency. And I was his full time care provider, working full time, still had two kids in the house. And so, yeah, it was really, really hard. I had no one else helping me. He had no family, I had no family in the area. And so I was doing all of this by myself. So, yeah, so that was. That was what was happening when. When I became. It was about a year after he died that I started having the symptoms. I was diagnosed with 13 different things because a lot of doctors don't recognize chronic Lyme, so. So. But mostly cluster migraines, myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, you know, insomnia, I think l. Arthritis, but arthritis. So a lot of pain, a lot of pain conditions. My feet became so tender and bruised that I couldn't walk on them. It's part of my condition. So I thought I was going to be in a wheelchair, and then my hands were severely affected where I couldn't type on my keyboard. And here I am. That's part of my job. And even driving was difficult. Like when they were flared, even just turning the steering wheel would be. Would be painful. I started getting cluster migraines and having to medicate, to go to work and to medicate, medicate, medicate, to sleep. And then I would just stay in bed all weekend long so I could just get up and do it again. And then the chronic fatigue hit. And when the cluster migraines and the chronic fatigue hit, that's when I had to stop working. You know, I just couldn't. So I went to bed for two years. I was in bed for two years, has managed to get out of bed, and then it was in a chair for a year. The Gupta program has been so. Just been a revolution for me, a revelation for me. It's just changed my life energy. I went. I was able to go sledding for the first time in years. So I was able to take my Sled, climb up the hill, slide down the snow, go back up, slide back, snow. I haven't been able to do that in years, so. And just real vitality. I just really was energized. And, you know, it just felt like a lot of the burden of the. A lot of the burdens kind of fell off of me. It's like I was carrying something. And. And with the Gupta program, I was able to just kind of just shed that weight. And it did really help me emotionally, too. I'm a worrier, and I can catastrophize. You know, just thinking about the future and, you know, thinking all these catastrophes that could happen and that, you know, the stop, stop, stop has just been so helpful for me, even just the shortest form of it and has been a. Just like a, you know, a tonic for me. And so that's what I noticed. So, yeah, I was just able to do more and more and more. And. And what was nice, too, was just realizing that, you know, realizing that I could be healed. And so that has been. That was a new way of thinking for me, that I was allowing myself, giving myself permission to think, you know, I actually might be totally healed. There just might be just this stuff kind of hanging around, you know, that's worried about me and, you know, triggers when stuff comes up. And so, yeah, so that's. I've allowed that thinking in, and. And that's been really freeing. You know, it brings tears to my eyes because, you know, we're so desperate. You know, we're just so desperate, and many of us have been wandering around in the wilderness, you know, looking for help and. And just trying thing after thing after thing and just, you know, spending all of our money, you know, just. Just so desperate for help. And, you know, here's a program that's so wholehearted and. And so honest and giving, and it's, I guess for, you know, people like me, it's just. It is just so inexpensive compared to what we spend out there, and it's not something we're putting in our bodies we don't have to worry about. You know, it's not like a medication. It's tonic, but, you know, it's not like a medication. We're not having to leave our homes to do this. You know, it's. It is truly, after, you know, 18 years, it's truly the best money I have ever spent.
