Margaret records a personal testimonial (dated 27 February 2020) marking her 10-year recovery anniversary after starting the Gupta Program in January ~2010. She reports that within about 18 months she was fully well from chronic fatigue syndrome, that fibromyalgia (diagnosed 2003) and multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) gradually improved and MCS resolved entirely, and that continuing Gupta techniques helped her recover from a later eye condition after daily "soften and flow" practice. She emphasizes continued lifelong practice and recommends the program.

Hello. And today is the 27th of February, in 2020, which I'm saying because this video is to celebrate my deca versary, my Gupta decaversary. It's 10 years now since I knew I was going to get better, because I was already getting better, because 10 years ago in January, I started the Gupta program. And within a couple of weeks, I had hope and I had faith that I would get better. So I just did whatever Ashok suggested, listened carefully to his words. So when he said, do your best and leave the rest, that's exactly what I did. I did my best and left the rest. And I altered, adapted whatever techniques I needed to alter or adapt. For instance, I always lay down to do meditations. I still do because I have a damaged muscle in my right hip and it hurts to sit for any length of time. So as hurting unnecessarily during meditation may not actually help, I decided to lie down. And it has worked. So within 18 months, I was fully well from the chronic fatigue, which is what I'd wanted to get well from because it was limiting my life so much. And within a couple of years after that, so around about 2011ish, sometime during 2011, I felt fully better from the chronic fatigue. I wasn't getting brain fog or any of the other chronic fatigue things, but I had developed, well, I'd been developing for years multiple technical sensitivity and a few of the other conditions. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2003. And so I had a few of the amygdala conditions. But gradually after the middle of 2011, because I kept on Gupta ing, because I didn't see why not, it didn't take that much of the day up, and it helped me get through the day. So because I kept on Gupta ing, all sorts of other things improved as well. The MCS has completely gone. It went a few years ago. I can eat anything I like. I don't like some of the things I used to like, but that's. My taste has changed. Bananas are one example anyway. And I can do a lot of stuff during the day without getting well. I get tired, but that's healthy tired, not unhealthy tired. I even continued. I'm still continuing. I'm going to continue. Gupta is for life for me, not just for Christmas or the New Year, as it was in my case 10 years ago. I continued. And I've been diagnosed with one or two other things recently. Eighteen months ago, I was diagnosed with an eye condition, which frightened me, which actually made me stop moderating for a few months. But what I did was I did soften and flow every day on that condition. And six months later, when I went back to see my specialist, he was gobsmacked. He said, you shouldn't have. That shouldn't have happened. I don't understand. People your age don't usually recover from this condition, but you have done. So I thought, oh, well, that's good. Just as my doctor, when I first went to him, when he first diagnosed me with chronic fatigue syndrome, he said, you'll never get better. You might improve a bit, but you won't get fully well, you won't go back to work. You know, get used to it, basically. I mean, he said it nicely, he wasn't nasty. Now, he is the son of people who used to be my next door neighbours. So I saw him after I got better, not as a doctor, but as a next door neighbour's son. And I said to him, oh, you know, I'm fine now, you know, and he said, oh, well, it sometimes burns itself out. And I thought, oh, I'm not going to argue with you. But I told him how I'd got better and it was the Gupta program. The Gupta program for me has changed my life. I've come out of it with such an amazingly wonderful life, able to do what I want, full of joy, full of happiness, full of serenity. I can float through difficult times. I can use the Gupta techniques when I feel ill. And I get better quicker than other people do from viruses like flu and things like that. So it's unbelievable. Except I do believe it because I've lived it. And on that note, just keep on keeping on. It's worth it. It is so, so worth it. Bye for now.
