Now, I can't claim I know too much about this personally, but many of my coaches are women and they've shared with me their personal experiences. So around the time of your cycle, you may naturally notice a bit of a dip. Although if this doesn't happen, don't program your mind to expect that. But if you do get a dip around your cycle, please just float through it. Don't attach too much importance to it, because there are natural changes to our levels of hormones and neurotransmitters around the cycle which can magnify some of the symptoms or some aspects of the condition.
