Hello and welcome back to our live event where we are now in the second part of our live event where we'll be sending the positive prayers and vibrations through our meditation to those in Gaza and Israel. And please do join me for that and please share this on different streams and groups so they can join us for this together. And once again, when we feel that we can at least do something that supports us in our nervous system dysregulation to re regulate ourselves because we feel that there's something that we can actually do in this situation. And as we've mentioned in the first part, the most important is regulating our own nervous system. Peace on earth can only come when there is peace with it. So please find a place that you'll be settled and not disturbed and switch off our phones in terms of any vibrations or noises. And let's just close our eyes. And as we close our eyes, let's just become aware of the room around us, any sounds around us. Let's now become aware of our body. And like we did in the first part, let's become aware of our feet on the floor and that connection and grounding to Mother Earth. And now let's become aware of our ankles and our calves. Just breathing comfortably from the stomach. Let's become aware of our knees and our thighs. And as we do so, let's imagine a grounding energy flowing from the earth up through our feet and up through our ankles. And that grounding energy can be whatever color feels right for you. As you feel connected to the ground below you, That's that gentle energy rises up through your legs. Let's bring our attention to our hips and our pelvis area. And bringing our attention to our stomach. If any parts of your stomach feel tense or knotted, let's take a deep breath in. And gently loosen your stomach. Allow your stomach to flow freely. So we bring our attention to our heart, Which is the brain center of our empathy for others. Bring our attention to our shoulders and notice any tension or tightness in your shoulders as a result of world events. And just loosen deliberately your shoulders and your arms. Take a deep breath in. And breathe out slowly through the nose, just relaxing your shoulders, giving your body permission to relax and let go. Let's bring our attention to our neck muscles and our throat. And bringing our attention to our face. What tension in our face are we holding on to as a result of world events? Perhaps there's a tightness or a furrowing of our brow. Let's give our face a wiggle and just loosen the face muscles. And we often hold tightness and tension in our head and our scalp. So let's take a slow deep breath in from the stomach. And just loosen the muscles of our scalp and our face, Allowing ourselves to feel the grounding energy flowing up through the bottom of our feet, filling our teapot of resilience within us. Keeping our eyes closed through this session. And now let's focus on our heart. And let's put one of our hands on our heart area if that feels comfortable. Breathing slowly and gently. What is a feeling within you that creates a sense of love and compassion? It might be your connection with your children, if you have children. Could be a connection with a parent or your partner. It could be a loving connection that you share with your pets or perhaps a loving connection with a figure from your spirituality or your religion. With a smile. Just feel that sense of loving connection in your heart or nurture that feeling when you think of that person. And if you can't feel a sense of love, simply imagine what you feel that would feel like with a smile. And that love and compassion that we feel for others, we can now feel that for ourselves, for that self care, that compassion for ourselves is okay. In the current situation. And maybe you'll observe some sensations just imagining that tingly feeling of love in your chest area. Feeling that sense of safety that comes as a result of that self love, that self care and nurture. And when we regulate our nervous system and feel calmer, Only then can we bless others and send positive vibrations to those in need. And so now in whatever way feels safe to you, keeping our eyes closed, Let's think about those in Israel and Gaza or those we connect with who are going through suffering right now. Just believing in the power of your own consciousness. To send those positive vibrations of love and compassion to those who are suffering right now. Imagine those delicate pearls of love, the energy transmitting from your heart to those who are suffering, Breathing slowly and deeply from the stomach as we bless them with the best outcomes possible given the situation. Sending those vibrations of unconditional love and support from one human heart to the other. We care about you. It. Connect to that feeling of sincerity, simply wanting to bless and help. It. Sending our thoughts and prayers to those innocent civilians caught up in this. May they find relief in whatever way they can. And may they know that they are not alone in this. It. And may we send healing at all levels. May we send physical healing, emotional healing. They're healing towards their mental health and spiritual healing. It. Just imagining the emitting of love and positive healing vibrations to those who you connect with, who are suffering. And any final prayers from your own tradition you choose to share, you can in your own mind send those prayers. Now. It. And now, keeping our eyes closed, we can gently let go of our hands, resting it facing upwards in our lap. And now let's reorientate ourselves back inside our body. So coming back to feeling our legs, Our abdomen, Our arms, Coming back into our body and our head. Take a deep breath in, Hold the breath and breathing out slowly and measuredly through the nose, just letting go and releasing, Coming back to our grounding, feeling the ground beneath our feet. Coming back here in the room, let us take a slow, deep breath in, Breathing out with a gentle smile. Another, another. Deep, energizing breath in. And let go. And when you're ready, once you feel complete, you can just gently open your eyes. Welcome back. So right now I would advise you to just spend some time alone, perhaps drink some water just to reflect on what you've experienced. And of course, I encourage you to join us each day for our daily Gupta Size live on the Gupta Program app. It's at 7am Pacific, 10am Eastern, 3pm UK, 4pm Europe, where one of our coaches will take you through this daily healing, breathing and meditation. And one of our coaches, Dev Myan, they'll be taking you through a special Gupta Size Tomorrow, Thursday the 19th, which will all be in relation to safety and given world events, how can we nurture that safety within us? That's a special Gupta Size that'll be happening on Thursday the 19th and you can find that all within the app on on our member area. So I want to thank you for joining us today and just know that that power of collective consciousness is there's more effect than you may realize. You know many people who've joined us for Daily Gupta size, where there's two or 300 people on the call, they found that their meditation experiences are far deeper when they have been meditating. Live together. There is that power of collective consciousness. And however remote people may feel who are going through this suffering, I do believe that consciousness is one, humanity is one, and we're sharing in that collective field. So please do share this on your social media feeds with friends and family and groups and let's spread the joy, let's spread those love and vibrations to those in need. So thank you so much for watching and we'll see you tomorrow on the Gupta Program app to take us through how we can nurture that feeling of safety within us. Thank you everyone and goodbye.
