A short (≈1-minute) guided breathing exercise (a 'physiological sigh') led by Ashok Gupta, recorded with ocean sounds. The speaker instructs a sequence of two inhales (one deeper, one shorter) through the nose followed by a slow exhale through the mouth, repeated several times, and invites listeners to join daily sessions for breathing, healing, and meditation.

This 1 min Gupta size is called a physiological sigh and we're going to do it whilst listening to the relaxing sounds of the ocean. So the first thing we do is close our eyes, take a deep breath in through the nose, another deep breath in through the nose but shorter. And breathe out slowly through the mouth in a relaxed manner. And again. Then breathing in through the nose. Another shorter breath in through the nose and breathing out slowly through the mouth in a relaxed manner. And let's do it one final time. Breathing in through the nose. Another deeper, short breath in and breathing out slowly through the mouth. Lets do it another time. One deep breath in through the nose and again through the nose. And breathing out slowly through the mouth. And you can repeat this exercise a number of times to help relax you. And of course you can join us for daily Gupsasai for healing, breathing and meditation each day.
